i remember for track we used to do muscle warmups before practice and i could never do the side planks with leg lifts (gracefully anyways lol) obviously i’m not in track now but i tried doing them at home after just a week of this workout and OMFGSJD I CAN SERIOUSLY DO THEM NOW. i’m so happy, thank you sm for this workout!!:))

Day 8 of the May calendar and it kills me having to do other videos after doing the waist whittler and beautiful abs videos but I am just so excited to be done with abs and move on to the next section.. I miss working on different parts of the body every day. I am starting to dread having to do the same videos every day and I miss having a rest day where I get to just focus on stretching and flexibility!

WOW how am I sweating from this? I didn’t do the cardio part yet lol. It’s tough to keep the foot flat on the ground. PS you look amazing!

If I can give you all some damn advice: WALK while doing this. Walk through the whole room, through the yard, through the kitchen. It takes away the attention from the pain. If you got a partner he will look funny at you anyway:’) he did. No space? Walk in circles!
blogalaties somone please help me!! heres the situation, i am nearly 15 years old and i weigh 59 kg, i really want to lose my belly pooch because every time i do an ab workout i get in a negative mindset i have decided to do this for a month and slim down a bit but its really hard to know what works because everyone on youtube says something different. i cant go to the gym so i only do at home workouts. i would like to do it as quick as possible but i know it will take a while. and i cant really change my entire diet and if possible i would love to get a thigh gap aswell before october thank you

hi! Could someone explain how these exercises work? Especially the last one.. I dont feel it in my thighs at all but in my abdomen. If I knew what exactly they did, and where I am supposed to feel them maybe i could correct my way. Also are any of these for the front of the thighs?

I’m here for the June 2020 Challenge. I loved so much today’s videos! They were absolutely amazing, proved to me that my core is a lot more stronger than I thought and that all these years working out had been worth it. Thank you so much for all that you do.
After the 7daysabschallenge I had to stop FOUR TIMES just for the first, the crisscrosses… I could follow the moves with double leg lifts, scissors and rollovers. Table top crunches I had to stop once, eagle crunches… meh. And for the plank my last energies were totally gone, and had to stop several times too.
i heard that work on obliques isn’t actually the best way to get an hourglass figure..is it true?

Absolutely loved that video! I can’t do the eagle crunch because my spine was broken and it hurts my back do I did the roll up and no problems, I just adapt!
I find that personally doing the 45 / 15 works better as that little break does a LOT in terms of getting ready for the next work out, the first 3 exercises are all so similar that i need more than 5s to recover. This workout is a killer but I love it!

I think we’re supposed to breathe out, when the exercise is the hardest, and in, when it’s easier, but sometimes the moves are so quick, that one would have to breathe really really fast? I’m kind of afraid of hyperventilating if I do it like that:D or is that part of the training?
I love this so much it burns like crazy! I’ve been doing it for about a week and it become easier the more you do it! Omg the first night I was cramping soooo much but it’s so worth it bc I can see my thigh gap getting bigger and bigger each day!

I somehow found areas in my room that could accommodate my leg circles, but the butterfly kickouts kicked me out of the room.

All time favourite, the eagle abs always make me sore for days to the point that I cannot even laugh.

Does anyone know why my right inner thigh just won’t react to these? I feel it more on my outer thigh than my inner thigh but my left inner thigh stretches perfectly.
So I could hardly lift my bottom leg during the “awkward foot” exercises with my top leg pressing on it (I have narrower hips and full thighs). I put a yoga block under my top knee and problem solved!!

Um…how is that last move not called ‘The Queef Maker’?? I’ve never queefed like that in my life, and I’m so uncertain if it was even working out my legs that much.
Finally, I did it without changing the legs in the second move of each round =D
Okay….but that last move got my shoulders literally popping. It’s safe to say that it shouldn’t be like that right?
I hate when she does roll-overs, I can’t do that move AT ALL. Also, my legs are too fat for whatever sort of twisting she has going on with those eagle crunches.
Couldn’t do the last one no matter how much I tried. And yeah thank God my furniture was saved during those leg circles!

I can hardly do the thigh lifts. Not because I’m not strong enough, my legs are literally too large. I also can’t do eagle crunches right lol
