Hi, love your videos. I just have some advice from someone who has previously struggled from disordered eating. Please try to stay away from labelling foods as “bad” or “good.” Although we should be mindful about what we eat, there is nothing wrong with eating foods that are not “clean.” When we start to separate foods into good and bad categories and limit what we can eat, this may cause an unhealthy relationship with food. We should never be afraid of a certain ingredient or kind of food, no matter how unhealthy it is.

I know you spend a lot of time and money at Starbucks but I haven’t watched a ton of your videos lately like I have in the past. I do follow your Snapchat. So I’m not sure if you’ve done this yet or not. WELL, have you ever thought about making a difference and using a reusable Starbucks cup?? I think you showing that you care about the environment would start a huge snowball effect. So many people look up to you, can you imagine what it would do if you used a reusable cup instead of creating all that waste? Maybe your followers like myself would copy and do the same. The spinach feta wrap has like 800mg sodium which is a lot lol and the reduced fat has lots of sodium too. But add avocado spread to the turkey bacon and it’s amazing

If you’re in Canada you can get matcha without added sugar. Up North matcha powder is 100% microground green tea and baristas add Liquid Cane Sugar to the latte, Frappuccino or iced latte. You can opt for no LCS (substitute sugar free vanilla, splenda, or stevia to cut the earthy taste and add some sweet) and you’re good to go!

My go-to is a venti blonde double shot on ice (which is actually 5 shots) with 6 pumps sugar free vanilla, 2 pumps white chocolate mocha, and half and half. It’s so good but I’m sure it’s like 400 calories.:( I’ve tried so many other variations but nothing else compares.

Popeyes! Popeyes is located inside every military base, Popeyes, Burger King and Starbucks have military contracts so there is one of each located inside every military post across all branches. I’m stationed in Fort Irwin, California. Middle of nowhere and those three places are here. Most facilities here close at 6:00pm. I’m a nurse, I work from 06:45am to 7:15pm and some days I forget my food or forget to prep my food so when I get off work these are the only places available. Starbucks doesn’t have sugar free caramel. If you ever order sugar free caramel and they accommodate, they’re lying. They only sugar free syrups we have are vanilla, cinnamon dolce, and mocha. Not sure about the mocha but the sf vanilla and cinnamon dolce have 1 carb per 2 pumps.

Hi Brittany! I have two questions. I’m 16 and trying to sculpt my body more or less to look similar to yours. When sculpting legs, will calve muscle develop even if it is not targeted in a workout? So for example calve raises would target calve muscle. Also I am not trying to build serious muscle, just trying to tone and shape, but I am not sure with how much weight to use. I ordered the a tall blended iced coffee but with 2 pumps SF cinnamon dolce and it was GOOD! But, half of it was ice on the top (as seen in the video) so technically you’re not getting more.

These drinks are good for counting your macros and are keto-friendly drinks as well! People say that sugar-free is bad for you due to slow digestion of these products but it doesn’t affect your blood sugar or insulin levels if you’re used to intaking sugar-free products…it only affects you if your body isn’t used to it which is understandable like any other foreign thing going into your body but if you’re iffy about the sucralose in sugar-free products go for stevia it’s an easy alternative and plant-based!:D AWESOME VID!

Brittany can you try my Starbucks drink: old thread but low carb hack: iced lightly sweetened chai with no liquid cane sugar and almond milk! they are two components to the lightly sweetened chai (the lightly sweetened chai concentrate and the liquid cane sugar) so if you ask for this it’s lower carb spicy chai hack! then add your own stevia or other low carb sweetener (: since each pump of cold bar liquid cane sugar has 2.5g of carbs, 2.5 g of sugar, 7.5 calories and a grande has 4 pumps of LCS.. than you would subtract 10g of carbs, 10g of sugar, 30 calories from the listed nutrition of the grande iced lightly sweetened chai on the website with almond milk to get 100 calories, 15 carbs, and 13 grams of sugar and 3.5 grams of fat! Not exactly keto but a good alternative to the regular grande iced chai! even with almond milk it’s still 180 calories, 38 carbs and 35 grams of sugar!

Could anyone recommend any hot coffees? I don’t mind any iced coffee’s but I live in a cold climate and I NEED WARMTH. Sure you can do stevia w pike coffee and almond milk or coconut milk but I need more options por favor!

I work at Starbucks and I’m so tired of my daily 4 blonde ristretto shots on ice in a venti cup with a splash of soy milk so thank uuu! (The soy milk is sweetened but it has more vitamins in it than the other non dairy milks also ristretto shots make the espresso taste naturally sweeter so u don’t need that much soy)

I ask for no sweetener in my black iced coffee every time, tastes so much better! Or I ask for an iced americano with no sweetener, crazy caffeine will definitely pick you up in the morning!
