I have been a binge eater for 8 years after my dad passed away. When woman diet they try to stick to 1200 calories which leads to a binge starve cycle. I couldn’t get out of this cycle until my friend asked me to count the calories I ate when I wasn’t dieting and I was easily chowing down 3000 calories. So I then decided to stick to 1800 calories which was high for dieting but low in comparison to what I usually binged. I am losing steadily now without feeling deprived and will go down slowly over time as I get used to it. I truly think that we eat too little when we diet which sparks a whole cycle of binging and starving that you cannot come out from.

I am now embarking on a path of only using glass, stainless steel, or ceramic coated pots, etc. after reading a story on how aluminum leeches toxic chemicals into food. That includes Aluminum foil. Also, get rid of the plastic involved in heating and cooking. There are toxic chemicals that get in your food from plastic. Maybe a program on carbs, my biggest problem is carb craving. Some substitutes for this. Also, do you think eating later at night, as is done in Europe and other countries is a good idea? Started subconsciously eating at 9. I realize I can skip days of fasting and add that to an article of a guy going 31 days without eating, a guy who did that just by drinking water.
Its not surprising at all. I started going days at a time, every time waiting a few days while still intermittently fasting to go back adding one more fasting day. First time.. this is worth explaining.
I walk into the bathroom.. taking brief video I captured the sheer shame and pain of what my own image was. If only you saw those 6 seconds… I realize I can go a day without eating so I try 2. Then I try 3. Then I try 4. Then I try.5 but i messed up on the 4th day. Then I did 6. Realized that 4 to 5 days at a time is enough.
In my own conclusion I gathered weight didnt changed my trauma, it addressed it. Showed me i wont work out, because of self issues I won’t seek help, its a type of depression to want self sabotage. And realized emotions are juices ajd my thoughts are the triggers, and my patterns are in control. Figured these are programable but remotely, I need help with the programing. Its actually believe it or not unprograming, which is still a form of programing haha. Could be wrong. Found out that love is like uzi said, fake. Found out god is law, not a savior and Issa k. Found out that praying is helpful, even if I pray to the universe. I found that love doesn’t include respect, and boundaries and all the things people think unless a person does then they dont love who they say they love. I realized love is wanting the best for someone, without considering yourself as a priority. Out of context this can be wrong, in context you can run a relationship on that. Find the context, find my conclusion. I find that everyone is fucked in the head, bare with me, everyone is fucked in the head and ima tell you 2 that hide it well. One hides it with image and control of how much you know about them. You probably defend these people. Beneficial to be them, I dont know how that works but I will. The perfect. The other is the one who hasn’t gone through anything so the thoughts they have may not correspond with what’s factual and moral. They are what we call a dumb ass. Great video overall,but I have to disagree with the grilled cheese-turkey sandwich being a good option if you’re trying to lose weight. Not only b/c cheese usually have high amounts of saturated fat, but also because it takes a long time to digest all these three food groups at once;starch-bread; meat & dairy-especially cheese! That’s definitely not recommended for someone who’s obese/or someone who just wants to shed a few pounds. I’m a registered nurse and I’ve learned a lot about nutrition through the years and I’m trying not to be biased-(me being a vegan). But if you want to lose weight,it’s best not to mix more than two food groups together,like starch=bread;rice;pasta etc,with vegetables; meat OR dairy products with veggies,etc. Another great tip is: Only eat fruit and drink water/green tea till 12pm,-(& stop eating after 6-7pm).-Then you’ll lose weight fast! Give it AT LEAST 6 weeks!
But remember,it’s about changing your entire lifestyle,otherwise you’ll go back to the old eating habits and gain weight again.Eliminate saturated fat & sugar,-that’s the first important baby steps. Good luck.

I eat an egg a day for a month…and workout at night before I workout I drink green tea (no sugar) too boost metabolism…..I lose 32 kg within 2 month…after 2 month I eat as usual (3 meals a day)…it’s been 2 year now…I just gained 2 kg..think you can handle it

What should I do when I have breakfast at around 6.30 am but then I go to school and I am home at 1 pm and I do my workout in the afternoon? When it’s not a school day I have a muesli for breakfast then I do my workout like an hour after it and I have a smoothe after 30 min. But idk where to put the smoothe in the schedule when it’s a school day… (btw I am trying to lose weight)

the calories you eat pet day depend on your body weight, so this is wrong. for my weight it says to eat 1800 calories a day but I was losing weight when I was only eating 1200 so I’m lostm

this video is ridiculous. you are talking about food in terms of weight and calories, giving genders calorie counts and making silly statements like “a healthy snack is hummus” when you should be saying “dont snack at all”.
