just over a month since school starts again, lets see if I can get back into shape after quarantine…
I did just this for 6 days 2 months back and lost an inch of belly fat. I also exercised on my spin bike twice a week burning min 300 cal and danced a bit. My tummy was not flat but had nice shape in the front. I ate cheesecake on day 6 and did not feel like working out on day 7.
This month, I did this work out mixed with Series 2 and Lose Back Fat from Lucy’s other videos. I also walked thrice in these 7 days and used my spin bike on 7th day. I ate KFC popcorn chicken (small)and a dessert on the 6th day.:P (This is my boy spoiling my diet. xD). There are no noticeable differences from my before and after. However, I did lose an inch around my waist and hip. My diet includes rice and wheat, may be that’s why it is slow for me. I almost have quit sugary and oily foods in the past few months. I’m sure with a proper diet this workout will do wonders. I have two-tier belly:( I don’t even eat a lot. I probably eat junk (baked chips/ dessert) once a month. I’m planning to continue these workouts for a month to see where I’ll be. If I lose major fat and got a flat belly (my aim), I will update and tell y’all what worked for me. Y’all should start doing at least one of Lucy’s videos as this definitely works to lose an inch of belly in 7 days without modifying your diet too much. Anyone can do this! I have minor knee and hip injury and I’m able to do these!

been heavily inspired to do around 50-60 minutes of exercise instead of doing her programs since they didn’t work for me. i’m just following my own schedule and not hers to see if it’ll work for me. i know which exercises i find comfortable so if you think her programs are too hard remember you can put together exercise schedules yourself in order to do 60 min of exercise a day (which is recommended for weight and body fat loss)

I started 4 days ago and planning on going for +2 months, in those 4 days I did it 3 times a day, and I cut out 2 of the exercises because they were too intense and replaced them with 4 other exercises so I hope I balanced that out. Im also following a low carb low sugar diet, I’d be lying if i said I’m seeing a change, but I’m definitely feeling it, i noticed that whenever i do a good work out I get a muscle spasm in the first few days and my other muscles all become aching which indicates that the workout is doing its job, so I’m going to keep doing this for 2 months, more if I need to, and maybe update you guys if I remember

For everyone saying “Chloe Ting challenges didn’t work for them”, y’all have to remember that EVERYONE is different AND it is not only exercise you have that plays a role in your results. The amount of sleep you get, how much water you intake (there is a way to calculate how much water your body needs look it up! My body needs about 5.5-6 bottles a day, but i tend to drink more because of exercise), how much you eat, what you eat, and other things make all the difference in your results. I spoke to my uncle’s daughter who is a personal trainer and wellness coach and she said a lot of people think eating less is how you lose weight when really that slows your metabolism. She said that to boost your metabolism you have to eat small meals throughout the day, which basically trains your body to keep working on burning the foods

Day 1: Found it very hard as I am extremely unfit at the moment. Took a 2 minute break after move 5 and only managed 40 seconds on the crunches. I had a healthy lunch and drank lots of water.
Day 2: I found certain moves a lot easier. Had a little break after move four. Managed all of the crunches today. My body was aching little from day 1 because I’m very un fit. Had a healthy lunch again and decided to do the workout again as I realised how busy we are next week getting ready for our holiday. Managed to the whole workout without stopping. Kinda proud of my self ❤️

1 month ago on 15 th June 2020 when I started doing this I was doing each exercise by taking 2 -3 minutes break but today on 15 th July 2020 I can do 2 sets without taking break and I lost around 2.5 to 3 kgs (before this 80kgs,after this 76.89 kgs)

You can’t burn fats from a specific area, you loose fat overall so if you want to loose belly fat you have to loose overall fats…by staying in calories deficit and do exercises

I’ll say this for the people:) I started this video and the arm video and did it for 2 weeks and at first I didn’t see any changes but as time went on I started realizing that my arm, legs, back, and chest muscles were getting kinda toned after the first week. It’s been 2 months since I did this video and I have moved on to other videos but in the 2 months I will say that this video was the most effective!!! You have to remember to eat healthy, don’t starve, but don’t indulge in junk food either. From the 2 weeks of this video I didn’t lose much weight but it was because I was building muscles. My starting dress size from Ralph Lauren: 14 Dress size now: 10 You’ve got this and yes I’m getting back into the videos

I essentially cut out all junk food and soda pop (which is HUGE for me) for 3 weeks. Two weeks ago I started this program. After my first week I lost 1 inch from my hips and 1 inch from my stomach!!!! But the second week I lost NOTHING. It makes me wonder if it’s because I didn’t lunge down far enough, or because I didn’t hold my arms in front of me the second week when doing the pendulum swing, or because I couldn’t keep my balance the whole time for lunges, etc., etc. That was a bit discouraging and I decided not to do it tonight but instead ate a bunch of chips and drank Dr. Pepper. I eventually ended up doing it though. Is this normal? What can I do to continue getting results?

This is good information, something to possibly keep in mind is something I heard many years ago when it comes to belly fat/abs. While working on abs when burning fat does create muscle it is something you won’t see the results of until you manage to burn off that belly fat. So the whole body workouts and other strength training to help burn fat faster might be better to concentrate on at first because if you are just trying to get abs as a main priority without actually getting rid of the excessive fat first the common person might get discouraged from not seeing good results quickly. And for most, not the dedicated highly motivated, but the common person that is already struggling to get fit and healthy, the one trying to break bad habits from a life of acting/being unhealthy, they need to see some sort of gains to keep them motivated while they are fixing everything else in their lives and in their mind to keep going and not give up because this stuff IS hard even though it is absolutely worth the effort.

You’ll be exhausted, gasping for air and eventually demotivated. Let’s admit, Cardio is boring. Lifting is fun, cause there is an Objective. There is a goal everyday.
Fat doesn’t go away location wise, it decreases by overall body
Things that will actually works to reduce your belly aka overall body fat is: Lifting weights aka compound exercises e.g. bench press, deadlift, squat, overhead press,. Start with an empty bar.

Guys, losing weight does not need to be difficult (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that diet plan has transformed my entire life. I probably should not even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

Just a little motivation for y‘all since I‘ve also been doing this challenge: even though after the first day you might feel demotivated because the workout feels like an eternity and you might be a little sore the next day, day 2 will be going so much smoother. It goes by quicker, you will most likely have gotten the hang of the exercises by now and if you’re like me and sweat hell of a lot, this will also decrease over time. Along with everyone else, I’ll be doing this. So for the last 2 weeks, I’ve been calorie counting (whilst still eating junk food), my daily intake is 984 calories and by taking in that much a day, maybe just a little bit over, I’ve lost 2lbs. But me being me, I’ve gained it back. I keep ranging between 15 stone 11lbs to 16 stone 1lbs. If you know by now, for a short girl who’s in her early 20’s, I’m really overweight, so starting tomorrow I’ll be doing this and posting my results here! Wish me luckkk, will deffo need it aha

We follow this 7 minute with the Series 2 and sometimes the 20 minute workout. I really enjoy the moves you have included and do feel that I get a great workout in such a short period. I have not lost any inches but was in pretty good shape to start but my abs are more cut and stronger and I can now hold a plank for 4 min 30 seconds (up from 1 min 30 seconds). I’ll have to try your thigh workout as that’s really my problem area. Thanks again.

i think i might switch to this one because the 10 minute abs workout was a struggle(plus i did it two times a day)
