What if you have love handles or hip dips???? My measurements are hourglass if I measure below my hip dips but I think my love handles or whatever are bigger so idk… and dressing tight shows them so how can I avoid showing those without hiding my waist?

Guys, losing weight does not have to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan called Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that course has transformed my life. I think your ideas you expressed about how a women can stay fit is unrealistic for many women who raise large families. The lack of time makes it almost impossible to work out. I’m happy to go walking for 25 minutes, three times a week, can’t imagine having time to work out! The fit women you describe are women who choose to have one or two children or none at all.

I’m curious if most of this holds true for guys and does menopause play a large role in female aging that men’s decreasing testosterone mirrors. And yes, not all women are the same. Genetics and childhood still play a huge role, but staying active while having a positive outlook can help. My mother is fit, weighs roughly 110, in her 60s, and could easily pass for late 40s. She also had 7 children. Her younger sister, who never married or had children, lived an inactive lifestyle and looks a decade older.

This is a complete lie. At the age of 54, I has visible about muscle, exercises 4 days a week for at least two hours per day. I was a long distance runner and had to stop running. However, increase cardio and muscle strength. At the age of 55, doing the same workouts and eating the same healthy diet, my body changed. So I increased cardio, and it got worse. So I stopped and went back to what was the norm. Despite what I did, my body changed. Here, today, two months from the age of 57, I still have extreme energy, but I have had to accept the fact that unless I do what one does to have anorexia, I can’t stop this body from gaining fat on my stomach and skin becoming lose.
It is sad to hear someone in their thirties telling us how to maintain our youthful LOOKING body. The body is a suit in which we live upon this planet. I have met healthy overweight people who did not have hurting feet and knees from running. At this point in my life, I see that youth is a state of mind. Although my body is aging, my mind and energy level is extremely youthful. My words are stay in the NOW if your life and let the past go. I am about to be 40 in 5 days. I am very under weight and have been trying for the past couple months to gain weight. It’s frustrating at times. Rubbish. There are so many different types of bodies and there are health issues. It’s also easy to say all these things for a woman with Far -Eastern genetics. They are all tiny and slim. Your genetic plays a big role in how easy you put on or lose weight. She simplifies it way too much. Sedentary women and fit women. Come on!!!! I know women who eat crap food like McDonald’s all the time and never put on any weight or women who genetically so slim, they have no fat on their bodies, they get pregnant and still literally skin and bone apart from their big belly. Others are doing sports regularly, eating as healthy as possible, stop training for 2 months because of injury and straight away gaining weight and not only a few pounds. It’s genetic big time. Sadly I belong to the last one. No matter what I do, my genetic prevents me to achieve the figure I want. I am a working woman in my late thirties with responsibilities so I cannot only concentrate on my training. So a person is not necessarily sedentary if not slim.

My mother as well so genetics do play a role there but I am a strong believer in weight training for metabolic and bone health as well as cardio for heart health paired with a healthy diet with lots of whole foods. I’m 64kg I have a glass of wine at least once a month, very good face skincare but notice my hair a bit thinner! I drink hot water with lemon In morning and love cooking! Honestly tho… why we all “hourglass”? I saw comments saying it’s uncommon and now I’m afraid I did something wrong . It says rectangular shape for men and hourglass shape for woman but I know some women who have a straight, rectangular figure instead of an hourglass figure. I’m one of them… The common thing with rectangular shaped women is usually small breasts and small butts, because the fat is being restored everywhere and not just boobs and ass.
