Not good I have toe bone angle I have pain in first use walk run
Is nike free rn 3.0 flynikt is comfortable for all day wearing not as a running purpose but in office use?
Nike Free peaked from 2005 to 2007. Then again in 2012 with the Free 5.0 3. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had.
okay… serious question would this be any good for parkour or actual free running?
After watching this I’m like… MEH, I’ll get another pair of Altra Escalante. At least you can run a lot in them and even race. I find these Nike free pretty useless IMHO.
best shoe ever for the barefoot feel. Getting a 2nd all white pair!
Great review. I’m a size 13, should I go up to size 14? I got wide feet so not sure if this is for me.
You can’t tell me he doesn’t look like mateo from the show ”SuperStore”
im just a tall guy aroudn 205 lbs who wants soft af shoes for walking. Would these work?
i like the colorway but the purple accents on the back are a dealbreaker
Idc what anyone says, I ran miles on miles in all my free runs. 8+ a day. I prefer it over the over cushioned runner shoes that Nike produces. My feet get cramps with lunarlon and all the other run cushions Nike makes.
cool video!! I’ve just ordered these shoes and can’t wait, thanks bro
Compared to the 2018 joints, I felt that these shoes had too much foam that was too stiff. Honestly, the puma suedes seem like better shoes than these.
Saw these at the store the other day and didn’t realize they where the new free run model. Will have to check them out now. The first couple models I loved.
Damn. I just got into running and only plan on running up to about 4 miles each run, about 5 days per week. Because I saw on Nike’s website that these were designed for shorter distances and that I think they look cool, I ordered them. Now I’m worried that I should have gone with Zoom Pegasus or something. It sounds like these aren’t very comfortable. I’m running on inner-city park trails, etc. so it’s mostly fine gravel (no paved roads, etc.). It looks like you’re running on pavement/streets based on the black bottoms in the video.
I returned my 5.0 they felt fine on the treadmill but hurt on the road
Damn.. 19 mins for a shoe review? That’s too much to watch..
The rrp is pretty high in Australia, I would rather stick it with Vivobarefoot
Great and thorough review! Shoutout to Frieza for giving out the last bit of design influence on color. Lol
Personally, I’m on the fence until I try them on. I’m interested in getting the 3.0 as well since I like minimalist shoes. But for me the 5.0’s just look cool. Hopefully, they’ll restock it in crimson/black. Otherwise I’ll be getting the Frieza version you got.
interesting review zooty. Nike should rebrand this Free (like Nike did w/ its Roshe line). Solid ground feel w/ Free but not suited for running unless you’re on softer surfaces, doing v low mileage
I just got them for €31,49… at such a low price it would be a big mistake not to buy them. They are really comfortable at walking, I’m not running anyway. They seem more comfortable than a New Balance pair I bought 2 weeks earlier at double price.
I’m going to get these shoes I’m size 9 1/2 so I should size up to 10?
The point made about the maximal running distance in these shoes being 5k is absolutely paramount. I have done significant damage in my feet muscles after attempting runs in the range of 10k’s, 15k’s and above. If you intend to run long distances being anything from 5k plus, this shoe isn’t for you.
If you have a wide foot would it still fit good in the middle section?
which one better nike free rn 2018 flyknit or adidas pureboost go?
wym Brooks shoes are heavily cushioned, they’re super stiff and heavy and designed poorly with an extremely high drop and heel loaded cushioning. I don’t know of one good runner who wears em
thanks for your helpful video, which one do you prefer epic react or free rn flyknit?
I’m having a tough debate between getting these ones or the Nike Epic React Flyknit 2 as overall workout shoes. I’m not looking into running lots of miles but train in them. Can anyone give me their insights?
I use them for training! CrossFit style workouts where I need a more minimalist “barefoot” shoe.
okay very serious question cuz i cannot find any good reviews so i’ll turn to this comment section… what do y’all think or what are your experiences would would the flyknit 3.0 be any good for parkour and free running?
I don’t run I just wear them because I like the feel for my knees
I really love these shoes but GOD DO PEBBLES GET SUCKED IN THE SOLES LIKE A MFER! They’re comfy for walking and regular everyday use, but the minute I get back home I just grab a pen and take every little pebble out! Would I recommend the shoes? If you’re a neutral runner, yes. But they get dirty pretty quick, and every time I get back home I wash them in the sink with cold water.
just snagged from dicks for $65, thanks for the awesome review man!
I just bought these from the nike factory store on sell for about 40 bucks
You’re the most underrated shoe reviewer. Stay true & stay humble. I like how you go with the casual & performance use of a shoe. Keep it up!!!
Must disagree, running up to 21 km in these shoes and they feel great.
this model could look even more super-great with full transparent black soles, like “motion” model 2017
Reviewing the 2018, but the title says 2019?? Lame. Click bait.
They’re way cheaper on Amazon now. I had an older model fo these shoes and they were amazing. I lost them when I fell in a swamp though:(
I have 2017 and 2019 Nike free runner shoe I like them they are most closest shoe to track and field shoes in weight I go out and do 13.2 to 16 miles with them.
Title says FlyKnit 2019 Review yet you only reviewed the 2018 model. CLICK BAIT ALERT!
I wear tennis shoes 43 EU size with sock. Should I go for the same size with this shoes? Thanks
I have the Nike Free RN 2017 CMTR utility. And the sole caught a dry leaf which I have to pull.
I ran two marathons and thousands of miles in free runs…switched to the zoom fly and 4% in 2017. I just bought a pair of these 2018 free runs today. Going back to what worked for me before
“Nike Free RN FlyKnit 2019 Review” is misleading when this is a review of the 2018 shoe. Seriously??
won’t have to worry about the rocks if u just use them for the gym like I heard they meant to be nice vid tho
Im a dancer and I love these shoes when I dance am practice for my dance team they are GREAT for dance! I also where them to the gym and class favorite shoes
Why nike thinks that 8mm drop shoes are “barefoot like”? Its beyond me… No 0mm or AT LEAST 4mm drop = no buy. Simple. You get that nike?
With your reviews are you in a partnership with Nike and if so how do you get it?
Pebbles that get stuck in the bottom of the shoe? I would never buy shoes that do that.
I have both free run and adidas alphabounce, imo alphabounce is definitely more comfortable for running because of the response and cushioning.
It’s Nov 2018 and the price has really dropped to $29.97 at the outlet.. great deal!!!
Confused as to why people wouldn’t want to do a ton of running in them. I agree that Nike suggests for shorter distances but don’t understand why. I like them for marathon distances. Agree that Nike takes steps backwards. They had the pebble in the sole issue solved years ago and now the 2018s collect lots of rocks again.
@RIZKNOWS do you know if there are any good for circuit and HIIT training?
Im 9.5 US most of my shoes I use or should go all the way to 10 US? (Buying via online ) please need help
These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever put on.-Black ass donkey
I bought these for casual wear. Only wore them once. Not that great.
Would you say this a good shoe for indoor track pt tests? Airforce pt test is push ups, sit ups, and 1.5m run, Im close to a 100 on the test I just need a couple more seconds, I need some new shoes to help, my current pair is over a year old
I used to own the Nike free 5.0 and I’ve put so many miles on it and loved those shoes. They’re on sale right now so I’m hoping they’re as good as they were back then
Some colors are on sale now and if you have ebates you get 9% cash back. I purchased the carolina blue color for a total of $71
What shoes would you recommend for long distances if not these?
Which one is better? Pegasus 35 or this flyknit 2018? I already have the pegasus but havent tried for running.
I wondered why your b roll shots looked so familiar. I live in Reno as well!
My store just got these and they’re already on sale lmao no one wants these
Wanted to get these because the 2017’s are great but I don’t want another pair of shoes that drags the gravel with me. They look so good, though! Nice review, sounds like it’s just as good as the 2017 but it didn’t improve the one aspect I have a complaint with.
@rizknows Great Video! I have the 2017 model and love them. I’m going for these but am worried about the size. in the video you say that it runs 1/2 small. Would it be safe to say, it runs 1/2 size smaller than what I’d get the 2017 model? or do the 2017 also run 1/2 size smaller making me purchase the same size 2018 as my 2017? Sorry if this is confusing.
I have the free run 2018 (not flyknit) how does the flyknit compare?
Would you please do Nike Pegasus 35 and how it fares compared to its predecessor?
For lateral movements/plyometrics/change of direction, is flyknit the best option? Or is the regular free a better option
Noticed your socks is an Adidas! Don’t wear competing brands…..
I’ve been buying relatively cheap runners most my life, my old go to running shoes were the Relentless 6s, so these were my first real nice running sneakers. Really recommend them.
What are the best nike free flyknits from best to worst??? Plz answer
I don’t really run too much, but I always have long walks everyday and will even have more because school is resuming in June 4, 2018 here in the Philippines. Btw, I always walk going home from my school because it’s good for the health, you can save more, and you can have bonding with your friends while walking.
Ugh why did I have to watch this review! These shoes are great! I have never been much of a Nike fan except for the Pegasus in the past. Since I discovered Hoka’s I don’t buy the Pegasus any longer for my longer runs. These have been great for my workouts that include treadmill intervals. I have always resorted to the Crossfit Nano’s because I liked the wider toe box. The upper on these are great because they stretch. Love love love them!
Not so much running but like to walk, hike outdoor paths. Trying to get out and find new trails
I’m more of a walker/hiker than runner but I like spending time on the trails. Also, did you mean to wear that same hat as the last Nike review or was that just coincidence?
I run in sandals, Bedrock Carina, that is all you need. These are sweet looking.
Nike free rn is the best barefooted layered for run!!! It trains ur foot to land naturally and makes ur balls of ur foot stronger
Every of kind sport shoes
Knit technology is always best choice
hey im considering buying one of those but are they good to play soccer in? you no like one time on the ground and just casual football play on the streets
Which one would be better for running on the balls of your feet (like sprinting trainers)
Feels way steeper than a 6mm drop. Like standing on your toes.
hey guys what are your top five shoes that can double up as sprinting shoe that still can be used for intense change of direction? lateral stability
I’m a 10 and a 10 fits me perfectly. I have 2 pairs the all white and the black and grey. No problems with the fit being true. Everyone’s foot is different.
Man, how I miss the Free RN Flyknit of 2015/2016. I wish they’d bring that version back.
How do they go from the 2018 look to this?? Jesus they look so bad!
I disagree, this is my main running shoe! Im a true believer of the nike 3.0 my foot breaths and can expand freely inside which helps with fatigue. I swear I’ve tried just about every shoe on the market including the ones you mentioned and this is the most comfortable shoe for me to run in. I have 0 issues jogging back to back 7-8 miles days with 60lbs weighted vest.
I was really shocked by how comfortable the 5.0 is. I have been suffering from really bad plantar fasciitis for 2 years now and the 5.0 is literally the ONLY shoe I’ve worn and experience little to no foot pain while walking. I don’t really use them for runs but they are amazing at the gym and walking around casually. I tried the 3.0 and it was meh. Something about the placement of the thicker foam on the 5.0 just makes my plantar fascia pain melt away.
would be ok for jumping rope? running is a pointless way of getting cardio. thanks
for those longer runs, you might feel it. and IT DONT FEEL GOOD 4:15
I was big fan of Nike flyknit, however The aesthetic of these pairs 2019 are really not appealing to me. Have to put my money to NB fuelcell
please make your spotify plays lists available! 40% of the reason I watch your videos is by the soundtrack! great job!!!
I WANTED adidas ULTRA BOOST $130,but nike free was on sale for $60.
What is the difference of nike free run 5.0 and Nike flyknit 3.0?
Bought them, weren’t very comfortable, front side felt like it was digging into my foot. Cushioning was stuff.
I keep looking for what material is the midsole and outsole and I finally find it here thanks.
Bought both and prefer the 5.0. 3.0 is too tight over the top of foot and can’t loosen but more comfortable in toe area. To hard for me to use as a walking/running shoe and will be a gym/store and back home shoe.
you can get an Ethiopian/ Keneyan runner, put them into some bedroom slippers and they’d beat your ass running.
Hy Michael. You are great the best! Tell me please which shoes are the best for long easy sunday runs? Is it Pegasus 35 or something else? If someone else comment and suggest on shoes, i would be also happy. Thanks for the answer!
Loving how the 3.0 looks. Both look like water shoes but I dig the minimal sleep low narrow design.
Are these like the old nike frees with really thin soles? I used to run barefoot as a kid playing outside so I naturally run striking the ground with my mid-forefoot so I loved those shoes! It forces you to not strike the ground with your heels and run naturally.
If I wear no show socks or no socks at all will i get heel rubbing?
first time runners, try the peg 35. easiest shoe to run in and you can use it for almost anything.
Hey, man! Now that pegasus 36 is official, what is you opinion?
Why the beginning of this sound like he was aboutta start spittin some fire
the 2019 model of the free 3.0 has a Flyknit upper, but instead of laces it has a reinforced band across the midfoot. Jamison Michael did a running review on both free models
I don’t think that it’s a serious running shoe, just a casual shoe to wear around town…
These shoes are indeed running shoes. They’re Nike’s line of shoes that compete with other “barefoot ride” type shoes worn by insane ultra runners
The RN is pretty butt ugly. The Flyknit is nicer, but I’m sure they’ll be overpriced like most Frees. I’ll wait until they go on close-out.
These are the ugliest shoes I’ve ever seen. And I’m usually a sucker for the Free series…
Thank you for reviewing these especially the 5.0. Been searching around YouTube for it.
If you want to use the laceless Free RN no matter what then tape your ankles for ankle support before running
I thought these were for sprints not for long runs. At least that’s what it said on Nike.
Finally someone reviewed this badboy! Been looking for one since the release! Great job!
I saw these and was intrigued by the unique design and kinda like it not simply because it’s Nike (saw another comment of yours)
I had the free run 5.0 back in the day and it’s not the move. The point is so your feet/legs work harder as you know. Might be good for sprints. Made the mistake of wearing mine a full day in an amusement park. L.
That being said in combo with the price these are a pass! Pegasus 35s are pretty cheap nowadays. Keep up the great work. Appreciate the 1440p!
Please do a review on the Skechers GoRun MaxRoad 3 Ultra, everyone said the cushion is super soft.
Those rocks in the soles! Nike seems to do this with a few of their shoes, whereas most other shoe companies have figured out not to put those thin grooves in their soles. Also, those prominent rounded white edges and soles will look especially dirty and gross almost immediately. Big thumbs down for these shoes.
I am an 800m and miler and was wondering if I can do some track repeats in the 3.0 so anything from a 200-1000 repeats
Does “RN” mean they are meant for nurses who spend all day on their feet?
Yes, no thanks with the Nike Free’s for this almost 60 year old.
Would these work for Track? As in…. would these make a good track type of shoe? Not better than spikes ik but… for non spikes, would they be good?
I still love my Free RN flyknits, especially on the treadmill or for 5ks.. These don’t appear to be as running-oriented. Bummer
#teamgretchen for the win! Jami great video, this shoe is too unstructured for me I fear. Is it me or was this video a bit darker than usual?
Humans can totally run long distance with bare feet the problem is that is on soft terrain like dirt or sand but when running on concrete it complicates things but even then an experienced barefoot runner will out run most running shoes runners since humans have evolved to run barefooted.
Don’t like the look of these. 2018 version or before looked better than these. Guess I’ll wait for newer versions
Hey can you suggest me one shoe between. Nike Flex Rn 2019 and Nike Free run 5.0 in Durability point of view.
Plzzzz rply
I just love the free runs. I don’t care for running at all, but walking in them is a real pleasure. Just ordered the same model and color, around 50 usd (black friday). Coupldn’t help…
I move furniture and it’s great if your on feet and hustling every day and I got the old version
I have these and great for general gyming deadlift sqauts and some short sprint work and agility
I love mines i wear them for casual wear, got some cool compliments from people about mines, cool video guys
Specifically designed for short runs up to about 3 miles. To be included in a regular rotation of cushioned trainers and lightweight racers. Great for strengthening your feet to prevent injury. NOT designed for daily wear or looking good.
The midsole/outsole on Nike frees are usually made of phylite, 40% rubber 60% phylon.
2019 suck in looks and color options. 17 looked nice but had flaws. 18 is gold though it is light af. almost as light as the niker racer flyknit good colors and more durable than u would think i have had them since they came out. a year and a hald later they are starting to wear towards the toe of the outsole. i reccomend everyone to shoe goo the outsoles when ubfirst buy them and maybe even flex seal. to fix the rock problem put shoe goo in the outsole shapes. and ppl should just wear the right socks for the weather. copper lined socks are great for them. any nice socks are fine for them. also if you do not double knot your laces they easily come untied. ive put these things in the washer too and they were just fine afterwards. i wish nike would redo the 2019 like the 18 but with a different outsole pattern
They remade the free outsole because the last version got a bunch of rocks sticking in it after the first run
You guys had the #snap before Thanos lol. I love my Nike free on the treadmill oddly enough, the flexibility feels great
I love mine but I only is for the gym for functional training.
Pls try the Adidas pro adversary low 2019 and upload a performance review!
Those will hit the outlets soon, for $39.97 with an extra 30% off
Can you put Nike air Max in a vacume chamber and see what it does
if i am doing cross country but i am only doing 25-30 miles a week would you subject these? mostly road running around town. I am currently coming from the on cloud flyer.
Bought a pair of these over in Germany and they ran super wide
Iam a regular runner, but i would never use the free-runs for that.
But i really do like to wear them as a casual shoe. Especially in the summer.
I can speak for the people who run track because I run highschool track. For practice we need a good training shoe and free runs are a VERY good shoe for running if you’re a sprinter. For distance runners you should have more cushion like the nike zoomfly sp. but yea the free runs are a great training shoe for sprinters
I can always tell when Don is biting his tongue. He gave that intense blank stare lol I know he was thinking bro it fits tight cuz you went down half a size♂️ but Sammy’s in charge of the vids/channel so he doesn’t say shit to make him look bad. I got you Don. Lol I know what’s up thanks for making this vid covering these shoes though!I was a big fan of the free runs years ago
Congrats on 300k! Been he since 100k and it’s great to see the progress
Please bring old FREE RN 5.0 shoes back atleast in india. so that we can finally buy these tech shoes. We cant afford these shoes atleast we can buy the old ones for cheaper price
The OG FREEs had the best big toe space,
The retros of them didn’t.
I left FREE for brooks pure drift then altras/topos
But now they’ve gone back to bigger big toe space I’ll give these 5.0s a try.
Would be good if they bring back OG air rift also considering its 25th anniversary.
The air rift also had nice big toe space 😉
I’ve been running in nikes since the OG Pegasus Plus in 1986:p
that model is not good for running i have that shoes.
bring back the old nike free
Barefoot running is a bad idea, no matter what you’ll tell me. Ever stepped in glass?
Well, too bad most shoe manufacturers completely ignore people who wants 0 drop running shoes which actually look ok for wearing day to day. Dont even start with altra, vivo, as they look like clown shoes. I miss you dearly my beloved legendary saucony virrata 2. They stopped making the line and ill have to settle for 4mm drp shoes. Life is not perfect….
Don’t do this, this lady has no idea what she is talking about.
These are not barefoot shoes at all. More like highly cushioned shoes with no lateral support. I much, much prefer my Merrell Vapor Gloves
My question is how do you properly wash your feet to get rid of the smell ones you landed on shit?
I can’t believe how many people still run and excercise with regular shoes holy cow they are missing out!
I find sprinting is easier barefoot than with spikes or shoes, although my feet get tired on longer runs.
I run both barefoot and on the Nike 3.0 Although you can run on them with a forefoot landing, they does not punish a heel landing. It is the most comfortable shoe I have ever had, but it is not specifically good for learning to run with a forefoot landing.
Your info is ok, but running the way in this movie kills your feet. I run marathons on barefoot and dislike these kinds of populistic marketing running forms, its just not reality.
im dying to know your thoughts about Altra One 2.5 light weight 0 drop shoes.
I ran barefoot before I bought nike frees. You facts surprised me lol.

Not comfortable today I wear it to walk run my big finger have angle I feel pain not suit all foot
I went to the Nike outlet store and got these for $8 if you don’t believe me msg me
Nike flex rn 2019 versus Nike Free run 5.0.
Which one should i go for in the sence of Durability. Plzzz reply i m confused.
Reply plzzz
When I was a running I ran in the air max for my road work and I now work at GM and the 5.0 is like the unofficial work shoe in the plant. I came across the Nike free 5.0 and just love how they look on my feet, so im about to purchase a third pair in different colors
Reason why these are not everwhere like the 3.0 and 5.0s is there are no longer a barefoot feel to them. I dont understand why Nike would do this…
Nike free and nike flex are the only shoes that feel good to run in for me. I use these even for high mileage. I can’t do the clunky thick running shoes. I’ll wear clunky ones for like standing but for running they literally mess me up.
This model is so trash compared to previous years in both performance and looks. The inside top scratches your foot. Whatever you normally wear you need to go 1 size up because it’s too tight.
Wow 3 data ago i buy this shoes with a coupon on nike.com and i buy It at 53.18€ (og cost 111€) (idk of my english Is good )
Look good but for me I couldn’t run in them not comfortable at all that back part is rough
Can u guys do another top 5 shoes for wide feet, fat footers, thick ass foot review?? Thankx
I’ve been buying Nike frees for work since 2017… I work in long term care as a nurses aide & started having issues w/ chronic pain & come to find I suffer from OA, RA, & fibromyalgia. I started buying nothing but Nike free once I learned shoes that allow free (natural) movement of feet is the best option to maintaining proper alignment of the body! I literally can’t wear ANYTHING but my Nike frees cause it’s painful!! Needless to say, they don’t last very long when I’m putting 3-7 miles on them daily at work! I bought 2 pair (2018 model) in March, 1 for work, 1 for outside of work & after 3 months I’m already using my “non-work” pair for work cause the others cushioning has started to wear down!! I’m about to buy another pair to start cycling out b/t 3 pairs. Also, considering buying new insoles for my old 2017 model that I wore for like 9 months so I can add them back into my collection of work shoes haha I like the flyknit in the old models, I think mainly d/t the look of them cause idk what purpose they serve as I don’t use them as a “running” shoe! I’ve debated purchasing the 2019 model, but they’re so ugly..I prefer things be symmetrical & don’t know how I feel about such an unbalanced look! I just slipped on my old 2017’s & noticed they run much bigger than the 2018’s cause I remember worrying my 2018’s were cutting it close to almost being too small for my liking & my 2017’s seem too big in comparison!!
I tried this on because i have narrow feet but this is just too tight. Being low, it’s bound to be too tight for anyone as it did for me. it has no breathing room. this would have worked if it’s fly knit but it’s not, so the low cut doesn’t work.
I’m a big fan of the 5.0 great looking shoe I used to own a pair of the old version thinking about picking those up as well
Do stones still get trap in the soles like the old ones? Just took a minute picking them off mu old pair with a screw driver. Not a big deal really.
I tried this on today. I have slim feet but this was just too tight. Nike React is perfect for me.
Kind of reminds me the Nike Aqua Sock 360… I wanted them so bad but too late now
What shoe do you recommend for sprint and change of direction speed training?
I have the issue of BOOST causing numbness/burning/tingling. I’ve got a pair of UA Speedform Apollo and have far less of that problem with those shoes. I’ll look into Nike Free. Cheers for the video.
Sneaker used to be pretty…only 90 models are good…these new models all wack
Would you say the shoe is high off the floor? I’m asking because I don’t like shoes with a high midsole
As much as I’d love these shoes to run in or to use as lightweight gym shoes, these are extremely tricky style. The 2018 joints lookwise are better, and they’re god damn comfy!
Nah, the Free Flyknits 3.0 and 4.0 definitely look better than these do. Interested in trying them, wish the 3.0 version came with laces, too. The creamsicle colorway looks nice.
Most people who are hard core runner would never touch the free run
Ive never been a fan of sneakers with soles that look like molars.
I’ll always love Nike free. I just love them. This sounds crazy but I’m a drummer in a full time band and Nike frees are literally the best shoes for drumming hahaha. The way you feel the pedals under your feet kinda same concept as court feel for basketball shoes and how flexible and light they are yet there is a slight tiny bounce back when you are playing. They are perfect. Super cushy shoes aren’t good for drumming cause you can’t even feel the pedals under your feet like ultra boost for example. Hahaha prolly no one else would care about this comment but just want to say how much I appreciate Nike free for this purpose and the fact I can wear them as everyday shoes as well. Don’t like how these look but the 2019 Nike free rn flyknit 3.0 looks better and I’m gonna get those once an all black colorway comes out. They both kinda look like water shoes but I dig the 3.0 since it’s more of a solid color throughout the shoe.
Having a channel like this to turn to really makes my life a little better
I personally think these are dope but in 6-8 months these will look really outdated so def a functional shoe but not for sustaining fashion
I am unable to find this colour on the official nike website also. Please can you share a link for this colour.
I’ve had almost every variation of Nike Free and loved every pair. These on the other hand look like water socks you’d find kids wearing to water parks.
Yo hes, I’m looking for a new work shoe. I do a lot of walking and lifting at work. What would you recommend? Prefer Nike shoes
You power up when you step on it just look out for turtles
The grass insole is a nod to the early developmental stages of the Nike Free Concept. Started with observing track runners at Stanford that practiced on the grass infield. That then led to Nike NSRL developing a treadmill made of grass to study runners feet.
I think u should make a video about best shoes for driving, Nike free can be one of them
At least the low profile will allow cool sock designs to really pop!
I’ve always HATED that thr heel is flimsy and folds when walking. If they had a heel cup I’d like em way more
Do you think they’ll make the freeknit racers back in day ever again?
Love the vids have been watching since 100,000 and live in Portland when I was like eleven I swear I ran into you at Red Robin’s
They honestly look like something that came from Fila, but I hope Nike lives up to their standards with this shoe
Love the free concept but it is quite hard compared to others so why don’t they make the free outsole out of react. Not a fan of this iteration prefer the ones in 14-15
What do you suggest for someone who is on a budget but still runs 25+ miles every week..
So you didn’t even try to run in them? Not even a mild jog haha
sa a fan of Free, will definitely give them a try. but hope they will release some better colorway
I hope a black and yellow color drop! I love that ninja look
The last Free RN’s I bought were the 2017 Flyknit Free RN’s. After recently experiencing Ultra Boost and buying a pair, the Free RN outsoles are hard af.
Glad you reviewed these Hes! I know your not a huge FREE fan but I appreciate getting a look & your take on em. I might grab a pair when some more colorways pop for the summer ☀️ A volt could be dope & no brainer with shorts & a white tee
Hmmmmmm that is super low pro. Gotta try on feet before buying for sure
Thanks Hes! Been searching to look a video to cover this on the casual perspective. Gonna grab this!
The Jordan legacy 312 low Breda are so fire I cant get my hands on them
