This dizziness vertigo treatment “Yοkοntο αyb” (Google it) has been a life saver to me. I used to be dizzy with vertigo and also could have unbearable attacks. This makes me stressed when I`m operating my very own motor vehicle. I have been utilizing this two times each day for Four months and thus far no more light-headedness, nausea or dizziness..
When u bend forward this problem only increases…so some of the yogasana’s are correct but some are not.

Actually, Yoga is not just these body postures, it is a way of life. It has 8 parts
YAMA Restraints, moral disciplines or moral vows. For example, telling the truth, not saying some thing that hurts somebody,etc.
NIYAMA Positive duties or observances. For ex. Respecting elders, protection of your family, duty towards your country,etc.
ASANA Posture.
PRANAYAMA Breathing techniques.
PRATYAHARA Sense withdrawal. DHARANA Focused concentration.
DHYANA Meditative absorption. SAMADHI Bliss or enlightenment.
Last 4 are those which only most experienced yogis can do. If you follow all these, you can probably even defeat coronavirus.

संजीवनी मंत्र मे इस घोर कलियुग मे बहू उपयोगी सिद्ध साबित हो रहा है ।
इस दिव्य मंत्र के जप से लोगो के शारीरिक व मानसिक रोग व नशो से सहजता से मुक्ति हो रही है।

Another great video. I use what I see here to improve my postures when I am in class. Seems crazy but while I may get some specific direction from my class teacher, which is tough when I’m one of 20 or so, Dean’s videos are really more instructional on an individual basis because he explains things so clearly and I can always back it up as many times as I need to get it right. Your not going to get your female yoga instructors or even the male instructor leading a class that is overwhelmingly female, to talk about how pose X differs for males. That’s what Dean does so well. Doesn’t matter what your learning style is, you always see (visual) and hear (auditory) in perfect sync with Dean and then you do it (kinetic)!
