Losing weight is a function of time, excercise and diet, no more, no less. You did not gain the weight overnight so you won’t lose it evernight. This is how you do it. Step 1 establish your weight. Step 2 write down everything you eat and drink in a day. Step 3 try and walk every day and try to get up to between 30 to 60 minutes at a brisk pace. I was at 114kg (251lbs) on day 21 so now i would be somewhere lower than that (i don’t have scales at home to check atm).
I had no hunger on the fast at all or any significant bodily complications. I was aiming for 40 days but decided to stop at the first instance of vomiting (just clear water, nothing gross). It may not have been anything serious and i believe it may have been due to stress from not enough sleep caused by me staying up late watching movies every night.
My goal weight is 90kg (198lbs) and i plan to start another extended fast next weekend and be a bit more disciplined with getting more walking and sunlight and going to bed at a reasonable hour and see how long i get without being sick. Then i can do the slow race these guys are talking about to maintain it by never eating shit again like biscuits, pizza, sodas, etc. My love of these foods has completely gone because now i can eat all the butter and mayonaise and fatty meat i want and it is tastier and more satiating anyway.

For me, it’s all about portion control, and eating only when hungry. Oh, and FYI, it’s not “less calories”, it’s “fewer calories”. Any noun that you can count individually needs “fewer”. Any noun that you can’t count individually, like “money”, “food”, “health”, etc., needs “less”, when you’re noting a decrease in quantity. I hear this grammatical faux pas over and over again. I hv a food addiction don’t know how to stop that want to lose fat from my body but without wrinkles on my skin?
The moment when the video stated that 8 hours of sleep is important but it’s already 12 midnight and I can’t sleep because I had an afternoon nap. I now feel anxious.
I was able to lose 10kg of body weight with resistance training alone while not really watching my nutrition in a year, 3 times per week but I mostly just account it to not eating that much anyway and going from a couch potato state to moderate exercise. Not getting too strong on lifts but I do see some definition on my muscles, it’s just mostly newbie gains though I guess, we’ll see in another year or so.
instead of gum I would take a cup of lemon green tea also make a habbit of leaving the table when done eating. family dinners are great but lingering over the food after you feel satisfied can make you take ekstra food or another portion, so that you overeat. so excuse yourself and wait for the others. you could also eat slower, which works very well for me. take small bites and cut small cuts of your food. and crew in the food and really taste it

The calorie in and calorie out theory was proved wrong at least 30 years ago. In many cases i have seen fat loss after tripling calorie intake.It’s where the calories come from. It has nothing to do with the number of calories. Avoid refined highly processed foods get your calories from fresh hole natural foods. Walk before breakfast. Do strenuous exercise later in the day. I taught nutrition and fitness for more than 30 years

Resistance training might be bad for weight loss but my dude you should see hoe much i sweat during my leg day
like during arm day back day chest day n stuff i sweat probably like 2 times less than during my legs exercises
now i am quite a chub so i guess that has to do with my extreme sweating but i dont get it why is it only during my leg day and not during the other 3 workouts (4 if you count my cardio only day)

Stop advising “lowering calories”, it works short term, sure, but it fails in the long run, really badly.
I am no professional, and PLEASE let me know if I’m wrong, but as far as I know, forcing yourself to stay under calories will affect your metabolism and your body will hold on to everything it can. It’s much better to eat healthy food, and to gradually remove sugar from your diet, completely if possible.
It’s really hard for someone who’s overweight to stay under 2k /day especially since there’s so much food out there that has a high calorie count, but no nutrients, and if that’s what they’re used to eating, and think they can keep it in their “low calorie diets” they’re basically starving themselves.

Everything ist true but when you have bad habbits like easting a lot of sweets every day, you have to fight this addiction first. Change things step by step. For example drink your coffe without sugar, replace the chocolate with bananas, drink watrer instead of soda. The insulin rush from sugar is like a drug but after 3 days of cold turkey it’s easier.
I’m 22 and i was 126 kilos so one day i was like ok that is it, so i started doing treadmill 6 days per week for around 35-40 minutes per day so the first 2 weeks were awesome since i lost 4 kilos now I’m 122, i started watching what I’m eating, not that I was eating chips or chocolates before but i was eating more bread and cheese than i should and i was eating whenever within the day, anyway long story short i lost those 4 kilos but because i literally was barely eating i took one kilo back because of the “yoyo effect” so i started drinking green tea each morning and eating small meals every 4-5 hours, but the thing that even though i exercise my kilos are stale I’m stack at 122,5 for almost a week and they do not drop
