Bought your book, Kindle version, and was excited to try the first recipe today-Pork Herb Patties. Just finished prepping everything according to the instructions then realized that 1 EGG was in the ingredient list but not in the instructions. Now wondering whether I should mix an egg in and form everything into patties all over again. Decided not to, we’ll see if it crumbles on me. I wist the book was proof-read and edited better.

Cauliflower Fried Rice is the best. You can actually sub out the cauliflower for shirataki rice.
I just made this and it was sooo good. I didn’t have pork rinds, so I added a little bread crumbs. I also added ginger and a few drops of orange extract to the sauce. Amazing!

I used monk fruit instead and it tasted great. I wish I had used 1/4 cup of rice vinegar instead of 1/2 for my 8-9 oz chicken breast, nonetheless this recipe was amazing.
You might want to specify that the quarter cup of marinade should be set aside before the chicken is added-better safe than sorry when it comes to contact with raw poultry!

Thigh meat is authentic and juicier and also finish with sesame oil in the toss. Hot pepper flakes or whole dry peppers were forgotten here. Your choice. when using hot peppers start with those in the sauce pan and burn them a little and cook in cast iron, as here, for extra heat on an electric stove if you have one. Fresh garlic is nice too.

You were my first inspiration to start working out❤️ I wanted to lose weight quickly but couldn’t hold out long to exercise regularly, just because I wanted results quick. After changing my mindset into truly wanting to stay fit and strong, I now exercise 3-5 days a week for 30 min, eat healthy or junkfood whatever i feel i want, measuring my weight with a scale only once in a few months and now I actually lost 8 kg in less than one year!

This is the 3rd recipe of yours that I have made today. LOL! I just found you this morning watching SimplyMisti and she made your ranch dressing and shared the link. I made the ranch dressing, the hamburger buns, and this lo mein. I had to put my own spin on them to work with what I already had at home. I used spaghetti squash for the pasta for this one. I had some rotisserie chicken that needed to be used up so used that already cooked chicken. I chopped up my chicken. Made your marinade and put that cooked/chopped chicken in it and let it sit in the fridge for several hours. Used a bag of broccoli steamers. I cooked the chicken in my electric skillet in the marinade..nothing left over..just dumped it all in. Then I added the spaghetti squash and my green onions. I even had sesame seeds to top it off with. This is wonderful too! I can’t wait to make this again with the same ingredients you used.
A good tip for anyone wanting a quick coating for chicken, you can use unflavoured whey protein powder, you can either make a batter with it or use it dry by dipping your chicken in egg first.

for people who are ok with wheat gluten there’s a great product out from LC Foods online.. tempura batter.5 net carbs per tblsp. add egg and water and its absolutely awesome. I dont sell it. Just passing on a great find that works for me.
