Salad recipes look great because it’s simple and easy. i love all your recipes. Just made your Acai bowl recipe (I did swap out the banana for greek yogurt because to cut down sugar content) and definitely one I will be going to since it’s the only one I know that uses powder instead of puree packets.
I did noticed that you don’t make soups very often. Is it because it’s not very filling or did you not have the kitchen utensils to make them? Also noticed the lack of seafood.
Sad to say! Nobody can loose 1kg withing 1day… So it’s also better to be realistic..! Other then the tittle of the video, It’s a great video for people who want to loose weight..

MORE SALAD IDEAS
Here are my fav salads:
1. Strawberry spinach salad
Ingredients:
-spinach
-sliced strawberries
-sliced toasted almonds
Dressing:
-2tsp balsamic vinegar
-1tbsp maple syrup
-1tbsp olive oil
I sometimes add blueberries to this one too.
2. Roasted sweet potato salad
Ingredients:
-roasted cubed sweet potato tossed in olive oil, salt and a bit of cinnamon
-spinach or lettuce
-toasted walnuts or pecans
-pomegranate seeds
-chopped basil
Dressing:
-1tbsp olive oil
-salt & pepper to taste
You could add crumbles goat cheese to this.
2. Broccoli or kale salad
Ingredients:
-broccoli or kale (or both)
-sliced almonds
-dried cranberries
-diced red onion
Dressing:
-3 tbsp mayo
-2tbsp white vinegar
-1 1/2 tbsp sugar
-salt & pepper to taste
If you use broccoli, this salad won’t wilt, even when converted in dressing!
4. Mandarin salad (very similar to her asian salad)
Ingredients:
-lettuce
-purple cabbage
-sugar snap peas
-cucumber
-grated carrot
-chow mein salad noodles
-cashews or peanuts
-1 strained can of mandarin slices or 1-2 fresh mandarins
Dressing:
-1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
-1/2tsp sesame oil
-1 lime, juiced
-1 grated garlic clove
-1/2 inch grated ginger
-salt & pepper to taste
Sweet and sour and just delicious!

Also say if you prep your salad the night before will tomatoes and cucumber make it doggy. So perhaps I should put them in just before eating.

Ahh the spinch one would be so good! I’m anemic so dark leafy greens would really boost my iron up and I find it hard to create HEALTHY recipes to help

Glad you put Best salad in the title and not healthy salad it’s not healthy at all. Corn and corn chips are gmo’s, cashews and beans (legumes) have lectins and cause leaky gut syndrome. Bought dressing has soy and canola oil, heavily linked to cancer. Peppers are a nightshade plant, cause chronic inflammation, cheese is dairy and has casien m which destorys gut bacteria. I could go on and on. All you proved is even salads can be bad for you if you are not aware of what you are eating.

Dairy and oils in salads doesn’t help to burn fat, it adds to fat instead. Adding a lot of pure filtered water to your menu does that.
