Hi Emmie! I cannot digest any beans and legumes, but I consume lots of oatmeal, potatoes, corn, brown rice, sometimes rice pasta, veggies, greens and fruit. I’m worried if I consume enough protein without the addition of beans and legumes to my diet:/

Protein does not provide energy. Eat carbohydrates, especially starches for energy. And don’t listen to clowns for advice.
