Some people might be able to achieve a pound burnt every 2 or 3 days though ( mainly the people who work from home ( wholesale businesses and stuff similar to that ))
Under the best of circumstances a person could burn upto 25 pounds in a month ( but that’s mostly from lots of vitamins and supplements along with energy enhancers )

If a person does this 3 hours a day and is able to achieve at least 100 calories burnt an hour from the afterburn…then that is at least 300 additional calories burnt a day
If the 300 calories are not refilled from eating ( meaning: if you do enough in the day and don’t eat enough to cover the exercises ) then you’ll be burning a pound every week to 2 weeks
Key: 3600 calories per pound

I can see why a person would lose weight by doing that…even doing that once every 3 commercials would make a person lose weight pretty fast…all those exercises that were displayed targeted most all of the important ( major ) muscle groups…the combined afterburn is enough to increase caloric burn rate by at least 100 additional calories an hour

Hey now i know this really isn’t related to the video at hand but i have some questions about my knee cap. so around 2 weeks ago i dislocated my knee and of course it hurt like crazy but when i moved it back into place the next day it felt fine. though i still am wearing a brace now and the pain have substantially gone down i’m still worried it might happen again because everyone says its more likely to happen again. this is the second time that it’s occurred but the first time it instantly went back and there was little to no pain. i’m only 15 and I want to do everything to avoid surgery because this year i was given a leadership position in my band program and i am the drumline captain. next week i will be moving around a lot since its band camp and i will be wearing the brace. but i haven’t gone to a doctor yet because there was no open slots until around august. now I’ve been doing the stretches your recommended and I’m not seeing that much of a change but i defiantly feel more confident about the situation. I just really don’t want this to happen again because I’m dedicated to my band program and i don’t just want to leave. when i dislocated it though there was no tearing and i’m honestly surprised i feel as good as i do. i’m about 99% sure i wont need surgery and that i didn’t tear anything but there is still that 1% change. I don’t know if you can give me any advice but i would really love to hear some feedback because i’m really worried about my knee situation.
