Calcium helps build bones (in conjunction with D and magnesium). It’s also vital for good muscle tone and strong muscle contraction.
I’ve been drinking milk and eating dairy for decades. Milk is my favourite beverage.:) I can’t imagine ever giving up Dairy! If your not lactose intolerant why not consume dairy.. Are there health risks to eating dairy on a daily basis??? My reasons for consuming dairy….( good source of calcium plus it helps prevent osteo. Life without cream, sourcream, butter, milk, yoghurt and cheese is unthinkable.:)
Shoot I have been buying wild caught skinless boneless sardines from Costco.
Yes, Bestie, I have had many of these, at least I know I am getting some calcium! Thanks!

Great vídeo very informative and interesting! Cheers from Brazil ❤
I consume maybe one 8 oz glass of milk a week plus 1 serving of yogurt a week. I have lived on fat free milk for the last 25 years. Took it out of my diet for the last three years and then just put 2% milk back into my diet one 8 ounce glass a week. I eat leave a green vegetables two times a week.
WOW! This guy LOOKS and SOUNDS just like a younger version of the guy from GETLEAN in 12!!!!
I also don’t like the taste of milk thank u bestie for help to find calcium without milk love bestie awesome video ❤
Other than oranges and sweet potatoes, all the other sources mentioned-green vegetables, legumes and nuts contain phytates and other antinutrients that block the absorption of calcium from it. Not a good list of sources for calcium. Dairy is still King. If milk causes problems, either try yogurt or get non-homogenized traditionally pasteuried or raw milk
I take Osteoprocare instead of dairy. If a person has dairy issues they usually have gluten issues.
i do dairy not once i been dairy free for 5 years im never going back to eatting dairy

you shouldn’t be telling people to take a calcium supplement…kinda surprised me that you said that…inorganic mineral that deposits in your arteries (heart attack & high blood pressure), your joi9nts (arthritis, joint pain) and your brain…can cause kidney stones, prostate problems etc etc etc…careful what advise you give to people…listen to what Dr. Mercola etal has to say about supplementing with calcium…best to get this mineral from your foods, himalayan pink salt, tissue/cell salts etc…God Bless
What about K2? Which moved the calcium where it needs to go?
Milk is for cows and breast milk is for babies. Stop drink milk once u stop being Brest fed. Eat greens like cows and u get milk.
Was literally racking my brain last night over this.
