Hi dude I have water body, when I have diet and workout my body reduce d fat but after few days I stop diet and workout my body regaining d fat and unshap body please what d solution to get fit permanently to keep fit

My weight was 144 lbs and I’m also heading to MEPS on the 13th. For a few days I’ve been eating one meal a day and working out. This really helped me, now I’m 137lbs.
