I stopped eating foods with high fructose corn syrup for several reasons, but one of them is that it supposedly makes a person feel hungry. I don’t like sweets but LOVE, salty, sour and spicy foods. I CRAVE it all. I put loads of salt on grapefruit, lemons, etc or I put loads of hot sauce on nearly everything. Story time:
In math class, I sit at a table of 5. The other 4 girls are so freakishly skinny. As usual, we’re not paying attention and talking about our weight. “I’m 90” most of them would say, while I’m here at 104. I’m so freaking embarrassed when they ask me. 3 options come to mind:

At lunch, somehow word got out about my weight and a guy walked up to me and said “Don’t take this personally but…” I looked at my lunch. I WAS eating a lot. “You’re fat.” Right there I started crying in front of the whole cafeteria. My friends tried to cheer me up but it didn’t matter. I was fat. I hope I can change so this never happens again. I ended up going to the principal’s office. I didn’t want to tell them but my principal is pretty strict and forced me to. Now that guy got in huge trouble and hates me a lot. I’m kinda frustrated at my friends for telling the teacher. That’s my story of why I am here…

U are right it works. I have loads to loose. I just avoided carb for the first week. Don’t eat cheese or dairy unless natural yoghurt in smoothy of greens! I have detox drinks too. First two weeks we eat high fiber food with small amount of protein like u explained in small proptions. We felt hungry every 2hours and ate 5 small meals a day. 3rd week 3 meals a day and by 4th week our body adapted to 3 small meals a day with half a plate of vege with fist fall of protein and carbs. We meaning my teenage girls and I lost 4/5 kg in one months. For me I lost 4inches on my waiste. So yeah it helps and eat helps to change the contents of your fridge and cupboards too.

MY COMMENT is mainly for other men (but women need some testosterone too)….anyway, I’m in early 50’s very disciplined in diet and exercise but had the stubborn weight that wouldn’t budge knowing low testosterone has direct impact on weight / metabolism and comes with age I started adding shrimp to my diet very high in Vit D and Zinc both critical for testosterone production changed EVERYTHING overnight for me….finally stubborn weight dropped very quickly and my muscles underneath some skin/minor fat were almost instantly visible after just a week. GIVE IT A SHOT! and FYI supplements do NOT have the same affect as NATURAL food source intake this change didn’t happen taking vit-D supplements and zinc. Also, I noticed probiotic yogurt really helps lean out stomach/ get things moving along…..but don’t eat too much as it causes irritability and tension. Don’t over do on shrimp as it is high in cholesterol dark chocolate is good for fighting cholesterol and actually helps with weight loss too…..lower in sugar than regular choco…… google it…

I find myself coming back to this video a lot. Mainly because it hits home for me like I’m sure it does for a lot of ppl. But even before I hit a state of depression I was working out. I was tired of being too weak and skinny so I bought some stuff for home use, really committed, and never looked back. I’m no model, but I’ve come a long way. My arms are over 16 inches in circumference and I weigh less than 200 lbs at 5’9.75. I mean there’s always room for improvement, but that’s not bad. But within the last two years or so, I’ve finally started getting attention from girls. The first one I met acted like I was the best thing to ever happen to her after a week of just talking with each other. She was everything I ever wanted in a gf so I was excited when we started talking about future dates, our feelings, and all kind of things that made my heart soar. Then one day out of nowhere she stopped talking to me and after constantly asking if she was ok, she told me she’s moving to another state. Not only that, she admits she had this planned for over a year, so long before she met me. She was leading me on the entire time, and playing with my feelings like they were a disposable commodity. After telling her she was wrong to do that, she ghosted me. The girl who one day acted like I was her angel sent from God to her, just threw me away like I was nothing. I’ve dated since then but everything felt lackluster and didn’t get very far. Not to mention every time I think I’ve found someone who reminds me of her and how she made me feel, they end up ghosting me too, just like she did. This has been going on for two years now. Since then I’ve been depressed and angry and amped up my workouts. I want to be the kinda guy who has a physique that women drool over. I want to make the girls who hurt me feel like they’ve made the biggest mistake of their lives!
I learned from the time I entered 1st grade, if you don’t inhale your food, you don’t have time to eat it. It’s pretty much taught at that time because kids have a really small lunch time window, in which they have to wait in the line, get their food, eat their food and get back to class. This window gets smaller the higher up in grades you go. I know my brothers had an awful time during high school, as they had to walk all the way across the school, wait in line, get their lunch, eat, walk back, all in 25 minutes. I was lucky because I had orchestra, which was right next to the cafeteria, so 25 minutes wasn’t horrible. Many workplaces are just as bad. Sure, a 30 min lunch break is “normal”, however if you have to leave for whatever reason to get your lunch, you may have just a few minutes to actually eat it. My brothers still wolf down their meals, the habit is so ingrained. After I went on disability b/c of my MS, I naturally slowed down my eating. The bad thing is, my nieces and nephews that have just started school, I can see them getting into the “I must finish this meal ASAP” habit, and I know it’s because of the school lunch time issue.

I definitely trust my body! After a lifestyle change with food, I feel amazing! Low to no carb, high fat meat proteins, while primarily OMAD (One meal a day)! No calorie counting! I eat as much as I want. No food deprivation! I control what I eat and when I eat, no matter where I go or what I’m doing!
I recommend a meats and fats! The lower the carb diet the better! I still enjoy vegetables and fruits! But the less I consume, the better I feel! I’m satiated longer with meats and fats. No calorie counting, I just eat until I’m full!

nice video! I’ve tried out a bunch of ways and only to find out that they don’t really work for me. It has been nice already that i disn’t gain more weight because of disturbance on diet. I am trying a new technique to myself where i chew but spit out the food, mostly carb or grain or the well-seasoned, so to trick my brain and stomach into that i had all the food i wanted. It was a good experience though really hard to have food out, almost against human nature, but i did it. Usually after i had carb, i’d need to go straight to sleep for 2 hours, and later feel really about myself and my stomach would feel like too full to do anything. With this, i didn’t feel sleepy or anything at all. I probably is a little compulsory in many ways but since i can’t control this and just really craving for some food at times, then i am not but trying to find out those that i can.

I must agree to disagree. I have a thyroid problem. I gained 50 lbs. in 2 months while exercising at Athlete Level; HIIT, cardio, weights etc. I had the perfect body for me. then I wake up and look in the mirror, and I am fat!!!!! trying Keto diet now, but its sooo expensive.

Watching this again after a few years I’ve realised this is one of the best YouTube style videos I’ve seen.
I went from 180 to 100 pounds all I did was nothing, didn’t eat, didn’t shower just slept for 3 months or so works like wonders. Make sure to not forget to wake up for school tho. ( I did this in summer ) in the beginning it’s gonna feel like hell but soon enough you’ll pass out from hunger since you haven’t eaten in like a week making sleeping through it easier.
