The most unhealthy food that I eat is crackers with cheese (maybe 4 days a week) frozen pizza (like once a week) and rebbl drink (again one a week, and it has coconut sugar) and mac n cheese like twice a week ).Other than these, I eat all real healthy and I’m still skinny fat. P.SI was overweight(101 kg) and am still overweight (88 kg) after 10 weeks at 1200 calories per day except Saturdays when I ate anywhere from 2500-4000 cal. I don’t know how much body fat I have but I think I have a lot. My height is 6 feet. I calculated and I roughly ate 1425 cal per day on average over the 10 weeks burning about 600 cal per day from exercise. At the beginning I only did cardio then i started to split my week into 3 days cardio and 3 days bodyweight strength training. Please give me some advice because supposedly this can stunt my growth and I don’t know my maintenance calories or BMR because I don’t know how to get it for teenagers. Please help!!

Guys, burn fat does not have to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that diet plan has transformed my entire life. Does calisthenics count as weightlifting? Considering that you follow a progressive overload in your routines so you don’t reach a plateau (at least an early one).

I would wake up drink a scoop of protein and a scoop of workout energy supplements and workout and drink another scoop of protein and wouldn’t eat all day because the energy supplements suppressed my hunger really good and at night I would eat extremely lightly because I wasn’t even hungry but you have to eat I would eat tuna, Greek yogurt or like a hotpocket and that’s it i did this for 2 weeks and my skinny fat Is nearly gone but at the same time this might not work for everybody it’s just something you could try

It would be a shame for you not to get rid of fat while other normal people are able to shed weight very easily using Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine).

Eat rice, beans, vegetables/fruits and meat on a daily basis and that’s it.

Start with beginner yoga and calisthenics.. no matter your age and weight it will more than likely help develop strength, flexibility, balance, and general mental well being. The most important thing is consistency. Some days you’ll want to do your exercises and other days you won’t want to do them. BUT STAY CONSISTENT. Good luck.

You can’t start lifting heavy from the beginning, this could only lead to injuries and wrong technique. The correct approach is to start with weights which will allow you to perform the excersises correctly, learning the proper technique but also you should put a lil bit more weight everytime in order to get stronger, step by step.

I went to the gym early this Thanksgiving morning. I thought I could get through the workout on a empty stomach. I had up my weight as suggested by my trainer. After my workout I had a protein smoothie. I was really hungry after that smoothie. I had a little whole wheat pasta. I don’t want to workout on a empty stomac again.

Body does understand time!!! There are tones of research showing that metabolism is higher during the day! Also, the whole body function of all living organisms are based on circadian rhythm, especially gene expression! Another proof is that it is shown that exercising between 4 pm and 6 pm is more beneficial for body because genes that are important to cope with the stress produced by exercise are more expressed in this time frame!! So, seriously? Body doesn’t understand time??

And esearch shows that glucose taken up after 17h is perceived almost as double compared to morning time. That’s why people say try to stay away from even fruits with high sugar content in the evening.

What I have noticed about my years of exercise is that I have a combination body type. I seem to be a mixture of mesomorph and ectomorph. I am just curious if with the fat burner will it cause loose skin? I have about 75 lbs I want to lose and worried. Please let me know or if anyone has had experience and can comment.

I currently weigh 170, 20% body fat, train full body 3 days a week, and cardio 4 days a week, roughly 20 minutes of cardio each day.

6:35… 20lbs of lean muscle in a year is obtainable… but it takes complete focus and discipline to do it without gaining more fat in the process. Either way you’ll benefit because muscle burns more calories at rest than stored fat but do yourself a favor and only have a cheat meal(NOT CHEAT FEAST) ONLY once every week or 2 and you’ll be fine. This is coming from someone who learned from trial and error the hard way. Thank me later.

This is all well and good but it completely depends on a universal notion that dictates that EVERYONE reacts the same way to things like a) healthier eating and b) resistance training / lifting.
Just like there are some kids at school that have naturally low enough fat levels to actually allow for ab visibility (and the vast majority of kids are not training or on diet plans), there will equally be some people as adults that don’t react particularly well (physically) to a “healthier” diet (it may actually promote a skinny fat-type physiology) and simply don’t find that they gain much muscle with average levels of commitment to resistance training. Sure, an absolute lifting obsessive that COMPLETELY orients their life around what their mirror is telling them should eventually get results, there will clearly just by sheer nature of human biology be some people that eat a healthy surplus and lift weights that just don’t see much change. In fact, those very same people may go through injury, arthritis flare ups, healing and recovery pain and inflammation that isn’t that quick to dissipate and general joint pain. Sure your muscles may break down and get a little bigger but knees, back, neck, shoulders and ankles can take an absolute hammering from regular training that some people will really struggle with.
Unfortunately, there are some people in this world that are more predisposed to physical “gains” / aesthetic development than others. This bro utopia that we can all look like Greek gods is just not realistic for some, nor is it great for mental health.
Ironically, as we move towards more of a body building aesthetic, I think we move away from the more universally applicable and beneficial health gains derived from more cardiovascular-type pursuits.

you build the most amount of muscle if you train each muscle group twice a week instead of once. training each area once a week(the bro split) is less effective than doing whole body routines, top/bottom or pull/push/press type splits where you train a certain muscle at least twice a week.

Hi guys, I’m going to be doing this workout for a month or so.
Day 1-It was really hard for me. My thighs were burning so much! I did this workout a two others.
Day 2-It was still pretty hard, today my fam worked out are together. I did this and two others annnddd How you like That full body workout for fun.
Day 3-This day, we went to the park for a run and looked around.
Day 4-A bit easier but still got a strong burn. I did this twice today along with How You Like That workout.
Gonna try and remember to do this workout every day so I’m putting it here for myself as a reminder. I measured my my thighs and I am not comfortable sharing my starting because people may think I’m too skinny to do this but I want to do it for me. I will tell you how much I’ve lost after a week though. day 1: it was hard but felt nice. day 2: I am so sore from yesterday so started with some stretches and definitely felt the burn by the end but it feels rewarding! Day 3: had to stop during split pulses for a second but am working harder on each rep.

Lucky for me I´ve never been here and I was wondering why… Perhaps it´s because I never ever eat processed food! Just stop eating what ever it is you buy from the supermarket that´s already processed. Go to the market and buy yourself fresh broccoli and lettuce etc. Start rope jumping… Everyday 2x10minutes. Lift some weights! All these video´s tell you way to much information. Just live like we did hundreds of years ago (food wise). Stop being lazy. The whole society we live in is made so we stay weak. Go meditate and do what you love. Don´t wear face masks. Educate yourself! Be a man!
I have done this workout for 2 days now, and my quads have been burning every time I walk. Is this normal.. bc I am scared I’m not doing it correctly. I have been looking through the comments for someone else to address it, but haven’t found an answer. Plz help..
Places are beginning to open so I want to lose a bit of weight before I go to the beach in 2 weeks. I’m going to do this everyday and see how much difference it makes. Day 1: My legs were so sore and were shaking after I finished. However, this shows that it is working. Day 2: I did an ab workout and then did this straight after it. It did hurt again but I found that it is getting a bit easier due to my body getting used to the exercises. Day 3:My legs were quite sore when I woke up but i know that it’s good news. I’m noticing that the workout is becoming a lot easier!!

DAY 2; could’nt get up in the morning, burning hard, somehow did it, screamed hard during those 15 secs of rest

Day 2 Completed it fully today, and got half way through a second time however my doggo thought I was playing and I had to stop. I didn’t expect to see this much change in two days, honestly it’s insane.

Day 3 Managed to complete the workout again however I was so tired after a full day at work that I forgot to measure.
Day 4 I missed a day out as I had a super long day at work and was exhausted by the time I got home but today I managed to complete the workout. It’s seeming a lot easier to complete now.

I clicked on this workout because it had so many views and was kinda long it looked effective, and this is one killer workout. The burn is real and I can feel it a lot. I only workout because I wanna do something productive and not boring at the same time and I totally recommend this leg workout.
I’m almost 12 and i weight ridiculous amount. It’s humiliating so i won’t say it. But my thighs are HUGE. and i can’t wear jeans cause they don’t look good on me so i’m doing this and belly fat workout. I’ll update if i can fit any of my jeans in the next few weeks.

Notes:It takes an average of 2 weeks for some people to see results
What I Eat:I try eating stuff like fish, peanut butter, almond, fruits, tofu, yougurt and anything green.
What I Drink: water, smoothies, green tea, or protein shakes
Don’ts: try to not eat any junk food or drink soda but you can have a cheat days but I prefer to have a cheat day during a special event. Please do not try to starve yourself even if you lose weight you’ll gain it back once you eat again so try eating healthy with a balanced meal.
Tips:try to do the exercises though out the day if you’re soar or it’s too hard if you’re a beginner. Try slowly becoming healthy with your foods and not jump into it because it could be hard for your diet to change so fast. Plus try making up a day if you missed it for any reason. Remember that it takes time to see results others may see them faster but everyone has a different body. The best time to exercise for me is at night so I don’t gain back the weight so easily by eating but instead I’ll tire myself out so I can sleep. Drink lots of water but not too much it could kill you because most of our body is made of water it’ll have many benefits (it helps clear skin too). Try putting on your workout outfit because you’ll feel way more productive around the house and would want to workout.
Other Ways:You could sleep in the cold to help lose fat but not too much that you’ll freeze to death. Our bodies are made of 50%-60% of water weight and you could get rid of it by putting trash bag/plastic wrap around your thighs with leggings on and go on with your day while you sweat the water weight out (you can do this with your stomach too with a waist trainer).

March 22nd, 2020, quarantined America. I went out around 4:30 pm listening to this video, went to get distilled water to drink post listen. I felt like I was in one of those end of the world movies. Gray skies and empty roads. Very surreal.
I have been doing this work out for a week now here are the results:
The first day:
My Right thigh was:62 cm
My left thigh was: 59 cm
After a week
My Right thigh size is 60 cm
My left thigh size is 57 cm
Oh cool so I’m not the only one that’s attempting to this too atm during quarantine
day 1: kind of hard but doing fine. just looked at myself in the mirror and my thighs are huge
