I see many people commenting that’s it’s impossible to burn 1000cal in just 4mins. How many calories you burn depend on how hard you work and how much you weigh, how tall you are and your age. If you’re overweight you’re going to lose way more than if your aren’t overweight. So it’s not impossible burning 1000cal in this but most of us would burn 100-200cal.

I didn’t preview this workout so had no idea what I got myself into . I had to modify some workouts and pause for several seconds in between in order to keep up. But wow I felt great after finished it. I’ll definitely come to back to do non-modifies version when I’m stronger. Thank you
