Love short and simple workouts that get to the pointusually don’t really care about abs, but these are easy and fun and I can feel the burn within a few seconds. Do this after some HIIT or cardio to burn more calories while your heart rate is pumping

I tried sooo many others and I liked this the most because your belly burns in the end of it, it’s not that hard compared to others->effective, she tells you when you have to breathe and the sound of the counter reminds me off an old videogame I used to play lol

I do this for my body weight portion I weight lift and do heavy labor construction I mix all these together but this workout isn’t easy if you have good form and go fast its timed I’m not used to the timer and 5 second rest I’m actually out of breath after lol

LOVE that it gets STRAIGHT to the workout! LOVE the full timer at bottom! Love the voice countdowns for almost finished! Love the animated character to demonstrate exercise! Love the text notice of what’s next! Don’t care for the background music much, as it kept cracking my kids up and blowing their focus. During school I worked out everyday including most weekends and I was doing good but during quarantine I got lazy and can’t do what I used to and I also gained like 10 pounds so I’m getting back into working out and I love this workout plus some stretches and eating better I should be losing weight and getting ready for the new school season.

Been doing this workout every day for the past two weeks!!! Im overweight and most ab workouts I have a ton of difficulty completing! This is easy, don’t get me wrong it’s hard work but easy. I can do all this no problem and I’m pouring sweat. I can’t clap my hands under my knees but I still get as close as I can and geez I feel it!! It’s helped so much already! Less back pain even!!!

day 1: it’s not that hard, you feel the burn while doing it but it’s not that bad. no soreness yet.

I’ve been doing this every day (except one day when I was sore) for a week and the exercises are getting easier. I haven’t worked out before this in like a year, so I definitely wasn’t going to jump into a 20 minute or 45 minute workout routine right away. This is super nice to ease into a healthier lifestyle while still challenging myself. Thank you for posting this!!

I have never posted any comments to exercise channles but Holly’s workouts are amazing. She keeps it fun and interesting, while providing results. I’ve been doing her workouts for about 3 months a few times a week. But when I do her ab workouts everyday, after a week, I see an amazing transformation. I only watch her channel and I am currently following her 30 day quarantine workout routine. I am much more toned and stronger, and the best part is, I can really see it. So everyone here talking about their progress seem to be starting at a relatively not too bad level of fitness. Like not being able to do a couple of these. I on the other hand, feel like shit for only being able to do a couple. The first 2 and i laid down defeated in about a minute… And I’m not even overweight so dude?!
Anywho… Ima record daily how far down the routine i could go. To the minute and second. And hopefully, it’ll take less than 2 weeks to be able to complete it properly.

I am doing it twice per week for 2 months, 3 times 7 minutes back-to-back with 5min rests in between. I have become super fit and lost 6kg in this period just by doing this.
This is still best exercise for me, especially during corona times!

I am a mother of 2 and was always skinny as a child but having my kids made me gain weight and I hated the way I looked always pulling down on my shirt trying to hike my shorts up so you wouldnt see the fat I am proud to say i have lost 5 pounds already and plan to keep going I want that beach bod and I wont stop until i reach my goal!!!!
I’m on my 5th day of this workout…I haven’t seen much to any results…2 more days to go otherwise I’m still at the same weight…and I haven’t seen any slimming of the waist or toning yet…I’ve also cut my meals down to smaller portions…any suggestions that might help… current weight:130lb Goal:Slimmed Legs(have a separate workout) and stomach…maybe 125lb.. note: i realize that consistency over a long period of time is key, but anything that will help results show faster is what I’m looking for…

Alright, I was hoping you could answer a few questions I got about this workout. First of all, does it help build muscles, or are we looking at a more cardio exercise? And the tricep dips, will they help me with my pull-ups? Lastly, what is the reason of rotation push-ups? If I perform another set of simple push-ups (provided I am not dead yet), will it have the same effect?

I do this workout twice everyday, and the good news is that, I do feel more fit and healthy every time I do this. I personally recommend this, it has given me a lot more motivation.

I could do everything but the side planks! I didn’t think I would break out in a sweat in 9 minutes. Great workout when you’re short on equipment.

Hhmmm. now I can’t complain that I don’t have time for exercise.. it’s 7 minutes..
Ok so school is starting in a month and I want to get fit so I’m doing this everyday for 2 weeks before school starts
Day 1: I finished a little out of breath (not too bad). My legs got a good workout and they’re a little sore (especially my thighs)
Day:2 I had no time so I only did a little.
Day:3 I did the full workout again. I feel less out of breath then the first time I did this.
Day:4 I was having stomach pains and so after this I felt better. I still feel like my legs get worked out the best.
Day:5 I haven’t seen any results yet, but after the workout I feel better mentally and (even though I’m sore) physically. I walked 2 miles.
Day:6 I’m still doing it! I’ve found that for me the Superman and Zumba squats are the hardest. I walked 2.5 miles also.
Day:7 still working at it! I walked 3 miles
I’m taking the weekend off but I walked 3 miles on Saturday, and 3 miles on Sunday
Day:8 still doing it! I walked 3.5 miles

Finally a workout tutorial made by an actual human being and not a fitness monster. It’s something simple, yet at points challenging to the average person. She had to take a break or two just like all of us at home and heaved her breaths occasionally, just like all of us. As someone who’s been working to get their life together just the tiniest bit more during quarantine, I’m hoping to use this as a starter workout for me. I’ll try to do this everyday for a month, or more if I need it. Then I can slowly work my way up to longer and more challenging workouts.

I’m actually very fit but since I had my hip surgery I wasn’t able to do anything except for arm workouts…I can do everything easily in this video but it’s still perfect to build up some muscles around my hip and my thighs (since they were pretty damaged during the surgery) since there’s no jumping or super fast movements! Love this workout
