Is there a recommended diet for blood type P, and if so what is it? (if you have any information on it)
I think a primary value of a low carb diet is just the nutrition audit of your current diet that you should do on the front end. E.g., I checked the label of the pan bread I would eat with an omelette. 2 slices is 240 calories without the butter. That’s like 3 additional eggs. Knowing the nutrition content of what you eat can motivate you to selectively lowering your carbs even if you don’t go full keto.
How much weight were you able to lose on a weight loss plan you tried? Which plan?

I agree with you. Keto Diet is sustainable for a short term. I am doing it for 10 weeks presently for Fat Loss.
Great advice Lee, I use Keto at the start of my cut and cycle carbs to keep losing. Balanced eating for lean gains definitely!
A good hypothyroid diet doesn’t have to be overly complicated. https://t.co/dBnv3xaIdy It just has to naturally support your body’s needs so that it can produce and utilize its thyroid hormone effectively and efficiently. Learn more here->
also, get your cholesterol levels checked too… the bad cholesterol can shoot up to extremely dangerous levels!!!! I KNOW!!
My diet/lifestyle is: I eat whatever I want (fruits, vegetables, meat etc.) + I workout daily, so far it worked ^^
I’ve been doing keto for about a year and a half and by this point, I find it very easy to maintain.
I lost almost 90lbs in 8 months on keto. But my gains are slower and workout less intense. But great tool for fat loss
sooooo how about the diet for people who are underweight and trying to gain mass?
I’m a lacto-ovo vegetarian, but I mostly eat eggs than vegetables. My diet is similar to the 3-Hour diet, and Blood Type diet (type A, eggs and rice and veggies). plenty of workout, too
A keto diet is a lifestyle change. As long as you combine with intermittent fasting, it’s LONG term. Your body will get adapted to use fat as a fuel and you won’t feel cravings, you won’t feel hungry, you won’t spend so much time worrying about food and cooking. It improves your brain and mental focus, mental clarity, it has tons of benefits.
It’s doable for long term as long as you don’t rush in and do one meal a day keto style and you find yourself having troubles. You have to take it gradually, 3 meals or even 2 meals and as long as you make sure to eat enough fat, you will be satiated.
Ask everyone who’s been doing this for a pretty long time, it’s doable and it’s not hard. The first week may be hard because of keto flu, when your body is trying to adapt….and you won’t lose your muscle gains. Because it’s a super low-carb diet, you won’t trigger much insulin and when insulin is not triggered, your body produces HGH which spares your muscle mass. The body is not that stupid to use muscle as a fuel instead of stored body fat. There are studies which show that you don’t need lots of protein to build muscle, as everyone has been taught. The fitness industry is full of crap, just to make money:
-eat 6 meals a day
-protein shakes
-etc etc…
Yes, it’s real. Anything you learn in the “Kοnοnοz yyd” (Google it), eating plan guidebook. The 3 weeks I have dropped 7 lbs, 2.5 in off my very own waist and Two inches my hips Am 1 pants size smaller. Wonderful!
The mention I have is that type o blood doesn’t exist. It’s type 0 (zero) and it’s called like that due to absence of agglutinogens on erythrocytes.
What do you think of lost a lot of fat with Custokebon Secrets? I notice many people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets.
As specialist, I do think Fenoboci Diet Plan can be great way to lost lots of weight. Why don’t you give it a chance? maybe it’s going to work for you too.
Look keto is not for everybody but you can make it a lifestyle whatever kind of diet you’re on you have to make it a lifestyle if you’re trying to lose weight and you only do it for a couple of months and then go back to whatever you were doing before the wait is going to just come right back whatever. You do you have to make it a lifestyle and stick with it
Has anyone tried Custokebon Secrets? (do a search on google) We have noticed numerous awesome things about this popular fat burn diet plan.
What are some ways to lost tons of weight? I read many great reviews on the net about how exactly Custokebon Secrets will help you lost crazy amounts of fat. Has anybody tried this popular fat burn secrets?
Detox? Really? The scientific community wholeheartedly agree that detox is industrial-grade bullshit.
As for a diet that worked for me 5 oz lean meat, chicken or fish, 1 cup complex carbs (I prefer whole grain pasta) and vegetables. Eat three of these pr day, plus two half portion meals. Total of about 1800 calories a day, and so far it’s been working just fine.
you really should get your cholesterol level checked eating that many eggs is seriously bad for you and very likely to cause problems later on in life eggs are the highest Food Group for cholesterol.
This video was a whole lot better than your previous weight loss one. I like the more objective and informative approach. Great job!
“I’ve seen no negative effects so far”… what a terrible justification. I know a guy who smoked 2 packs of cigarettes a day for 40 years and he still doesn’t have cancer. Doesn’t make cigarettes healthy.
Veganism doesn’t inherently make anyone lose weight. Going vegan helped me gain weight which is awesome because I used to be terribly underweight.
You only need to eat once a day. 5 times a day is propaganda pushed by food corporations.
hello Lee is this diet good for getting shredded I’m trying to get shredded 4 months ago I used to weight 267 now I’m 202 soo I’m also using carnitine when should I take it and also what foods should I avoid.yes I know I have a long way to go
So if you only did it for a short term period how would you have the insight to say it’s not that great that’s the same as someone who has been on it for a couple months saying it’s great
Love these videos on weight loss and diets bro! Keep it up!:)
The military diet takes determination because you will definitely get hungry but there’s ways to make it a little easier.
When you feel hungry drink large amounts of water to fill your stomach, also tea without sugar or milk is a great (almost zero calorie) way to help fell satisfied between meals.
Also you don’t have to stick below 1500 calories on the four days off, you can just go back to your normal diet (obviously provided your daily calorie intake was about a maintenance level) and you will still lose weight but not drastically or dangerously fast. Also there’s no strict requirement to not eat meat or anything else so you don’t have to miss out on any nutrients.
Personally I lost about a kg (2 pounds) per week while I did the diet and the weight has stayed off for many months. The hardest part is trying to get to sleep at night when your stomach is grumbling but by morning you feel fine and its only 3 days of the week. If you have no self control then don’t even bother trying it. But if you want something that works, and is free and simple then I really recommend it
The basic one I did (when I actually have a proper lifestyle was carbs for breakfast, (usually oats) and a protein shake if I went gym that morning, lunch is more carbs and protein (I chose rice and chicken, originally beef but because of my Utica acid levels spiking I went to chicken) also I recommend taking a blood test before and two weeks after you start something to see what it impacts positively and negatively for me everything was better besides the Utica acid, and for dinner I would have practically no carbs, besides what in vegetables like broccoli carrot beans peas corn cauliflower you basically want to stay away from potatoes and other high carb veges at dinner (corn aswell so if having corn have a small amount) and I would also have some more chicken. The point of this is carbs for the energy for the day and then st night basic nutrients and protein as you don’t need lots of energy while you sleep and so you keep the most of your carbs at Brekky and lunch, some people cut out all carbs for dinner but I say don’t be that picky just cut out heavy carb foods. I would also have snacks between meals if I got hungry, likes nuts or a some fruit as I don’t have those in my meals. So what a day with gym would look like for me is, wake up 6-7 am eat a banana and drink preworkout, go gym for an hour to and hour and a half, come home have breakfast and a protein shake, have lunch (usually have another snack somewhere before dinner) have dinner then not eat anything until the next day. I feel great when I do this and yeah it sucks at first waking up at 6am but once you go to bed early enough it feels great.
Does Custokebon Secrets really work? I see a lot of people keep on speaking about Custokebon Secrets. But I’m not sure if it is good enough to lost lots of fat.
wtf is this shit? just eat -20% of your maintenance calories and go the gym? Eat high protein to minimize muscle loss, easy.
Its just bullshit to do anything else
5-6 eggs? Because you dont see negative results doesnt mean your arteries are not clogging. Also meat causes cancer and is generally unhealthy so i would suggest some research on diet that prevent heart disease and start a more healthy lifestyle with the advice on http://www.nutritionfacts.org (rather safe than sorry)
1-3lb/week??? Mate my average morning crap weighs about 2lb! if i replace my dinner with 2pints of water and some lightly salted popcorn, i’ve probably lost 1lb (plus peeing out the water…)
Hey, I really like those Videos, but many others don’t. How about you create a Channel for those Videos? Like Practical Physiology or so:D
Practical psychology what is anchoring? And is it possible to psychologically control a person’s thoughts? If it is, how?
In this video, Thomas DeLauer rates the most recent diet trends? What’s your opinion of the Keto Diet, Paleo Diet, South Beach Diet, and the Atkins Diet? Did these work for you? Please share your experience.
Wow this Highlander guy really has nothing better to do than looking for comments about veganism and bitching about it i love it
Way too much negativity here. Lee gave his opinion.
The Webster dictionary defines “Opinion” as: “a view, judgement, or appraisal formed in the mind about a particular matter”.
When it comes to eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diet plans are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your daily nutritionary intake. While they may induce fast weight loss, these diet plans are never a long-term answer for your weight problem. It is best to check out Custokebon Secrets on google since it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.
I intermittent fast every day which has helped out a lot of my weight loss. Just two big meals and one or two snacks and I’m good plus now I have the whole day to do what I need. I do my training while fasting and see no issue unless I don’t sleep properly.
I really loved the music at the beginning and the animation of the previous videos. you can do better than this.
Breakfast oatmeal and fruit. Lunch meat rice and greens. Snack in yogurt and fruit before workout. Dinner yolo
Way too much bullshit here. Seems like you’ve gone Dunning-Kruger on this one, vastly over-estimating how much you actually understand about legitimate science on the topic of nutrition. It’s a topic littered with pseudoscience and you’ve just perpetuated a hell of a lot of it, doing a disservice to your viewers.
Great video as always man! A very good introduction to different kinds of diets!
I find your videos be quite misleading especially with regards the vegan diet. Where did you get your information, and why aren’t they cited? I feel like I’m wasting my time unsubscribed
The vegan diet doesn’t lack fats? Nuts and seeds are healthy fats. Avocados are rich in fats as well as nut butters, which are all vegan friendly. Also, mushrooms are one of the most vitamin d dense foods which you can eat on a vegan diet along with many juices. Idk where you’re getting your facts from but I find a lot of flaws in this video. I usually like your videos but the nutritionally misleading information in this one is putting me off.
I’m B3+ and the diet you show isn’t working for me. I drink less milk, cheese is good, less wheat, corn is great, rice is awesome, meat is good, like fish, chicken, caw, less pork, and fruits and vegetables in small quantities because makes gazes, milk also make gazes and also beans make gazes. Not such a great video, you can do better, other videos were much better. Keep up the good work.
This video is so helpful! Thank you for making it! I also think it’s great that you list the pros and cons of the diets. Too often I think people are so concerned about losing weight, and they don’t consider their diet for other health reasons.
I’ve found that for me, cutting down the sugar and dairy in my diet was a huge factor that helped me become healthier and eventually lose some weight. I don’t think I could ever go vegan tho, haha
Dude, no hate but aren’t you supposed to be a psychology channel?
what application are u using to make these videos? Please help. Thank you
I don’t really get why you eat so shitty. You obviously know at least the basic stuff about healthy eating, but your diet has like super hard flaws in it if i understand it correctly. I didn’t really take you for a person that falls for the comfort of things such as good tastig food, but be smarter than that and eat healthy stuff that might not taste as good but is much better for your body.
Diets can help to lose weight and keep it off becuase eating changes hormones in the body. As such even seemingly high calorie diets can lead to weight loss.
The only one I’ve managed to stick with and have work for me is the ketogenic diet. I still loosely follow it and have managed to keep the weight off.
Nooooooooo!!!!! I have blood type A I could never cut meat out of my diet.
Vegan diet? You mean a plant based diet, don’t you? Veganism is a social movement, not a diet. Here’s a look at what consuming a plant based diet can do for you…… http://www.pcrm.org/media/news/nurses-experience-benefits-of-plant-based-diets Also, watch “EARTHLINGS”
How about if I need to try to gain weight. As I eat a lot but still I can’t seem to gain any weight because my metabolism is incredibly incredibly high, so that even when I’m not active for weeks I still can’t gain weight.
Holy shit at the amount of misinformation and blatant lies in this video. I’m used to higher quality from you. This was, just… bad
if you’re going to give out health and diet advice, you should be more skeptical and rigorous in your research. I understand you’re trying to be objective in the video, but some of these diets, i.e. blood type diet, have been completely debunked. It’s you’re reputation that will hurt if you’re not more careful in the future.
Does Custokebon Secrets really help to lost crazy amounts of weight? We have read many good things about this popular lose weight secrets.
I say to each their own. Whatever works for you. For myself, I’ve been following the Keto diet for nearly 2 now and it works great for me. I don’t get all worked up when people say it’s not sustainable for them, because it may not be. For me it is and that’s what’s important to my lifestyle.
I tried an almost vegetarian diet where I restricted sweet drinks, such as cola and other sweets. Also I tried to cut out most of the refined sugars. After doing that for two months I just feel great. I value the meat way more then I did before and it has become something luxurious again. Also I enjoy a bottle of coke and some sweets on the weekend waaaaay more then I did before.
Funny thing: I unintentionelly lost 5 kg in the first month and the weight remained the same over the second month
I am eating a low carb plant based diet and I am doing intermittent fasting. I am trying to stay in a fasted state for 17-20 hours. I failed in doing intermittent fasting before because I was forcing myself to skip breakfast did not work for me, I love having breakfast. Now, I stop eating between 2pm 5pm and I feel a little bit hungry in the evening(the sensation doesn’t really go away), but that is okay. It helps me go to sleep early and have a really good night sleep. Intermittent fasting is something that everyone should try. It brings discipline in your life!
The next autoplay vid for me is called ‘Debunking the Blood Type Diet’
Interesting.
dude, said this last video, i cant assume you have any actual involvement in the fitness or nutrition industry. most of these diets you state near factually, most of them simply pseudo science.
But i swear, go back to the lovely and informative psychology info you have done before, full of factual scientific studies, and avoid the extremely biased and overly opinionated realm of nutrition.
one more of these and i cant stand to stay subbed to you.
Registered Dietitian chiming in here! First, thanks for sharing. My only complaint about the content is that you recommended people avoid the Skinny Bitch diet, yet you didn’t do the same for the others. I’d argue that the Skinny Bitch diet is more realistic than the cookie one. I am a firm believer in the whole foods, plant-based lifestyle. I believe breakfast to be essential and I also think expecting large amounts of weight loss in a short amount of time is unhealthy. People will see big drops in weight in low-carb diets because the second part of carb is HYDRATE (carbohydrates people they have WATER), meaning people drop a lot of water weight initially. Many of these diets you mentioned are low in calories, which also isn’t good for the body.
You can get a general estimate of your basal metabolic rate, which is the bare minimum of calories one’s body needs to survive, and see that that number will vary person to person. Weight loss is very person specific, but if more people drank more water, ate more fruits, vegetables, and fiber, and cut out processed foods then they would see a difference in energy levels alone.
Veganism isn’t a diet its a lifestyle, as I have been told constantly.
Also Isn’t the Raw food Diet meant to be healthier due to it being probably normal when no one cooked food like many years ago.
There is only ONE simple diet that really works: eat LESS, move MORE.
+ every time you eat, ask yourself (and act accordingly):
“Does this meal promote HEALTH or SICKNESS?”
That’s it. You’re welcome!
I’m on a ketogenic “diet” and I couldn’t be happier. Keto is the only diet that has ever worked for me, and it’s basically effortless. I love it, and I’ve already lost over 50 lbs. in four months.
The research is crystal clear: Not only does the ketogenic diet provide no advantage in fat loss over a well balanced diet (in fact, it slightly underperforms), but it is also extremely risky for your health.
I don’t mind vegans unless they try pushing their diet plan onto me. I’m a meat eater of everything except for beef and pork.
Is intermittent fasting heart healthy? I’m a heart patient.
This video has good advice, but I am confused about the best diet plan that I should use, only because I have never taken any. Anyone tried the Custokebon Secrets? I’ve noticed many people refer to great things about Custokebon Secrets.
I tried an “anabolian” Diet which helped me to loose 8kg in about 4 weeks. Anabolian is just eating litterly no carbs. It was hard but effectivly:-)
24 lbs on keto but feel like crap. Always stressed about being dehydrated and electrolights. Its way more work if you are doing right. I dont want to figure out my macros every day. Its not sustainable and I just dont feel good on it like everyone says. Expensive if your doing it right. All organic and grass fed meats.
I started off adhering to this particular diet guidebook “Kοnοnοz yyd” (Google it). I love the truth that I could sleep for Six to eight hrs at a time. Apart from that, Two pounds had been shed in my bodyweight also. In the event the directions are followed, the abdominal fat will certainly lost! Amazing plan!
4th person to comment love your videos keep it up you will easily get 1 million subscribe
The best diet is without adding sugar, and without food that has been process, and exercise. You shouldn’t strive to lose weight in 2/3 weeks because it is not healthy. The process of losing weight is long, and should take 2/3 month at least! The 3 hour thing is working, because your body will elevate his metabolism. But the snacks should be a fruit (apple), and similar products. And, finally, if you want information, go talk to your GP or you pharmacist, he/she will help you lose weight without endangering your self! (I’m a third year French student in pharmacy, just saying 😉 )
isn’t nutritionalist a bs job? Dietician is an official medical job. It’s like someone who wasn’t able to become a dentist calling themselves a tooth expert instead
Healthy Keto isn’t extreme, it just isn’t mainstream. This video explains a snippet of what Keto is about. Mainstream high carbs diets put a big strain on the organs dealing with all that glucose, when you are young and fit your organs and hormones etc can take the strain and recover quickly. When you get to 50 you have to try harder to maintain health, we should look at our diet, not just for weight, but for helping lots of health issues. Keto has amazing results for lowing blood sugar levels, for type 2 disbetes, improving and curing many ailments and problems. Look into it please people.
I went vegan a year ago and have lost 60 pounds since then. I actually got some new pants the other day and I fit into a size 36 first time in like 5 years.
I never had a weight issue until menopause…then I was all belly. When being between a size 3-5 your entire life, then having to wear the pull on jeans and comfy pants messed with my head, I had Great Depression and withdrew from any and all activity that was in public. I was too embarrassed for people to see me all belly-fied.
When I first found out about keto, I was already in my 5th year of menopause and had accepted myself as old and fat. But as I watched many videos and read many testimonials, I decided to give it a try. I wasn’t eating properly, I wasn’t eating much at all. I practically live alone as my 3rd and final child turned 18 the same month I started keto.
So 51/2 months later, I’m down 23 lbs and no big fat menopausal belly…not saying I’m in a size 3 or 5 yet, but a 7 looks pretty dang good compared to all the pull-ups I was forced to wear. Lol
My problem wasn’t eating too much, it was not eating enough, and of course I wasn’t eating the right kinds of food. I was still eating the SAD diet, and we all know now that it leads to obesity, lots of major health issues and even death.
I m very glad I came across these keto videos on YouTube, it literally has saved my actual life and now my social life as well, thanks to the good people sharing their knowledge of truth.
Thank you
Check your vitamin b 12. It can not be that MG. It must be mcg.
Eggs give problems in the long run that’s why you don’t see any effects atm
I miss the music, bro I hope you don’t get hate from from those ohh I’m so perfect vegans
6 eggs?! Um yeah you won’t see any problems till your cholesterol is through the roof!
I suggest you to create new channel for this type of subject. you can promote that channel here. but dont change subject.
Intermittent Fasting does work but I find it very hard! I need my tea and coffee after I wake up and I want a dash of milk in it:P
What if I fast for 18 hours cut out sugar as much as possible in just eat chicken broccoli steak in like shrimp an rice
Yes she is right absolutely right because you fight from hunger and it’s best for all over weight humans early dinner and late breakfast even you hv three meals and snack in a day till dinner
i feel like this woman would make a great news anchor. a lot of emphasis in the words, head movements, and facial expressions
My advice is just eat whatever you want and don’t deprive yourself from the things that you want. If you want to maintain a good body shape, just be more physically active whenever you can, like start walking faster, do some push-ups at home…:)
Also, Weight Watchers isn’t diabetic friendly. They said they couldn’t really give me a plan…. agh.
Great video, but I do think that you should go back to psychology related videos
Great content. Amazing. I agree with you. If one does keto to lose the last 15-20 pounds and lose all that weight. Then how to get off keto without regaining weight. Some say we need to slowly reintroduce good carbs like fruit, sweet potatoes etc. What do you say? Thanks in anticipation. Waiting for your reply.
Maybe the simple hunter gatherer diet might be best https://www.statnews.com/2017/03/17/heart-bolivian-hunter-gatherers-atherosclerosis/
You should’ve mentioned the Intermittent Fasting diet. It works wonders for me, -10kg in 2 months. It’s a pretty restrictive diet though.
Guys PLEASE utilize 20 minutes coaching call from Lee. I have utilized it and got my doubt clarified. He is a gem of a person. Not very often you’ll find YouTube personality giving us chance to connect on one on one basis.
My man has earned million respect before earning a million subscribers.
May Almighty bless him with the best of his blessings!
I am now starting to watch you video, but first I have to say that I really thank to youtube notifications.
So excited! It’s good that you make this type of videos too, now it’s time to watch the video!
The Pescatarian (or is it Pescotarian… lol) diet was the best for me. Simply it’s vegetarian with fish. This worked great for me because I worked at a sushi place and it was a available source of food to me, plus fish is literally 50%carbs/50%protein (for salmon at least) which is great for someone like me who works out everday.
Hi, Dr. Majd! I’ve missed your videos. The way I try to “diet” is really not limiting my diet that much. I like to eat like that quote that’s attributed to Benjamin Franklin, “everything in moderation.” I’ve found that denying myself some of my favorite foods doesn’t really work well for me. For breakfast, I tend to eat steel cut oatmeal with fruit (either fresh berries or banana, or dried cranberries), honey, and 2% milk.
