Dr. Chin, I love Sunrider and drink Calli, Fortune Delight and Quinary every day! I also add about 1/4 to 1/2 VitaShake to a smoothie every day. I tried a Smart gummy the other day and will order some for myself! I get the SunBars every once in a while. I try to take NuPlus every day but do not do very good at that. I will try harder. Can I combine Psyllium Husk with Metamucil? I am using Psyllium Husk to lower my cholesterol while using Metamucil for digestive issues.
I take psyllium husk every single day. It has gotten rid of my constipation. It doesn’t give me gas like the drugs the doctors give me. My cholesterol was 190 and it’s down to 160 in just one month. My blood pressure was 129/80 and now its 119/70. My pre-diabetes is gone. My blood sugar was over 250 and now it’s around 120. I’m no longer pre-diabetic. I started at 355 lbs and I’m currently down to 317 lbs. I’m off my IBD meds. No more symptoms. I am no longer high risk for colon cancer. I’m just so happy to get rid of the constipation. I’m losing weight well. I am no longer worried I’m going to get colon cancer.
