Thank you very very much for making this video! I am thinking of attending a Yoga teacher training near and outside America after my master’s degrees completion. I didn’t know about Yoga teacher training classes until you mentioned that you would attend the training in India. As soon as you said it, it clicked me that I’m interested in it. Thank you very much for that as well. I’m interested in physical anatomy, and I believe Yoga will help me understand about it further.

thats very true!!..i 1st started 1 day a week for abt 8months and when i started my TTC 2hrs i moved on to not eating meat…occasionally fish. Now everytime i step out to eat i think abt what i eat and how i would feel after and naturally i choose vegetarian..:)

Its a morning dynamic meditation when sun rises, it will create a lot of awareness, whic will stay with you whole day, but if you do this in evening you will not be able to sleep.

Neti pots freak me out. I have read it doesn’t feel at all like getting water up your nose, which I was afraid of. However, there have been two documented cases of people dying from using neti pots by a brain-eating freaking amoeba!! So if anyone uses these.. make sure your water is clean ( don’t use tap water) and make sure your neti pot is always clean before use and allow to dry all the way

I am going to be a college freshman this fall. Through orientation, I’ve already had a glimpse of what the vegan options are at my school, and from what I’ve seen they’re very limited and not very good. I was hoping to improve the vegan options at my school, but I’m a little scared to start asking for changes when I’m still a new student and all. I was wondering if you had any tips on how to veganize my campus without seeming ungrateful and stuff.
P.S: I would have preferred not getting a meal plan at all, but freshmen are required to have a meal plan. Plus it is really expensive. I just don’t want to compromise my lifestyle because I’m scared my money will go to waste.

I have been teaching yoga a while and I still have written notes up front. Bc once you get immersed in class you kinda lose yourself lol but I prefer to be al in. Also I teach from Baptiste so the flow is preset but we add things to change the class focus.

Thanks so much for making this video! its amazing and I had so many questions that you answered for me. My only question that I haven’t really found answers to is do you have any days off? I know its an intensive usually from sunrise to sunset but is there any time to go out and explore Bali?

Thank you so much for this Rochelle! I literally stumbled upon your channel today and found this video. I have been looking at a training on a Thai island but I am deffo checking this one out before I make up my mind. I’m very nervous about traveling all the way to the Far East on my own from the UK but I’ve had a difficult childhood/early adulthood so now at the age of 31I want my 200hr to be a gift to myself, and also see I am worthy of such a gift, so I can not only nurture & heal myself but also others once qualified.
Three things I am thankful for: 1: My best friend who has been a constant loving & supportive person in my life
2: Being accepted onto a Teen Yoga teacher training happening soon!
3: I am proud of who I am as a person, proud of my kindness and my integrity, my free spirited

You won’t have a lack of B12 in an ordinary vegetarian diet, because it’s found in eggs and cheese. However, if you become a vegan there is a real chance you may become deficient in B12. Vegans can get this from some breakfast cereals and yeast extract (marmite).
