Doc is it true that you can take (Pantothenic Acid 500 mg)for adrenal glands problems? Which I have been diagnose with but cannot afford the high meds that comes with it..
My age is 61 yrs. young so how many shall I take with this per 500 mg a day 2 or 3 pills? Also I was also told to take K2 with it to help with the calcium.. I had a hysterectomy about 20 yrs ago so with both ovaries taken gone..

Yes, they’re not doing enough research on very important much needed vitamins and minerals because they’re too busy creating new often times very dangerous prescription drugs with stupid names that way too many people are dependent on all at our expense, literally and figuratively “LET MEDICINE BE THY FOOD AND FOOD THY MEDICINE”….Hippocrates…the founding father of modern medicine!
