Raw cocao may have more than dark chocolate although it depends on the processing. Dutch processing is worse than the traditional. Its like with black tea orthodox have more flavanoids (in fact quite a lot) than the CTC sort
I dont agree with her when she says that dark chocolate has high antioxidants is not true. Because I read a lot of times that milk chocolate is not good for antioxidants because they bind and get wasted.

Chocolate is only healthy for you at its most pure form which is very bitter and it tastes gross compared to the artificial flavors all you fatasse’s (not all of you just some >_>) are used to. So go ahead and shove a mouthful of milk chocolate in your mouth, you won’t get any healthier. So just buy chocolate that’s at least 70 to 90% chaocho:)

But Tasty never uses chocolate in a healthy way. Really it is the cacao that is healthy. Healthy dark chocolate has a high cacao to sugar ratio. The chocolate in most of Tasty’s videos is the opposite. There is more sugar than cacao.
