I dont think humans have adapted to consume an array of super this or that on a daily basis. There has to come a point where your overdoing it, and being super healthy becomes bad for your health. There is no way on earth I’d have coffee everyday let alone add some wierd mushroom to it that’ll probably make me sweat at room temperature.
My sister collects and sells Chaga. She also makes and sells amazing delicious chaga teas and chaga tincture. I like using the tincture because it can be added to cold or hot beverages. Chaga is a powerful food and medicine.
Mysthenia gravis and osteoporosis, ulcer petient can take glutathione?
There is one possible downside. Chaga is very high in oxalates.
NICE! I love Trader Joe’s frozen wild organic blueberries, 12 ounces for $2.99. I always combine them with cranberries in a smoothie 4-5 times each week. Berries & citrus are my go-to fruits. Yep, folks, EAT your veggies & fruits…quit the processed junk and you’ll be good to go!
Ameer-If I have a MTHF mutation and COMT/CBS-how can one handle glutathione if we are sulfur sensitive? I think I am low in glutathione from my last blood test. I have mast cell activation so am overly sensitive anyhow. Thank you so much for the webinars. They are so helpful. I also get a lot from Dr. Lynch.
Hey man I’m studying Mycology. I’m just curious about your opinion on Psychedelics? Psilocybin and Ergot in particular.
What form are you recommending? Whole raw? liquid? Powder?
Too much of everything is bad ” is not true. You can drink as much chaga as you can or eat as many wild bilberries as a bear its good for you. Coffee along with tea ate commonly drunk poisons. The diuretic effect is the body getting rid of poison. Tea draws fluoride from the soil and lowers intelligence. Hence the promotion and use of these poisons. COFFEE IS AS BAD AS ALCOHOL AND CIGARETTES.
Siim you have a very scientific mindset. Did you go to University and what did you study?
I fell in love with medicinal mushrooms, super tasty and super potent

Sim, where can I get Shaga mushroom? Is it available in capsule form? Can I buy it online?
Great video I would like to use this on my website April’s Household Tips & Tricks if that is okay with you.
Have you ever heard of astaxanthin? Could you please make a video comparing astaxanthin to chaga mushrooms?
As a Japanese I eat a lot of shiitake maitake, enoki mushrooms. Sometimes I buy reishi but haven’t tried the chaga. Good info thanks!
David Wolfe is another superfoods guru who promotes coffee. Kind of suspicious really that these guys don’t have the basic knowledge of what’s good and what’s not. For example the word superfoods was first used in a famous book written in the 80s by a doctor. It was a best seller and if you read the bad for section coffee is in almost everyone one and think this always stuck in my mind. The proliferation of coffee joints is another obvious pointer along with the occult symbology used by Starbucks ect.
Is it better to take glutathione or NAC a precursor that stimulates your body to make glutathione on its own?
Nice, great info!
I have been using different medicinal mushrooms and definitely feel that they stimulate the body differently. Most of them boost the immune system, but while chaga is more of a general strengthener I feel that reishi specifically is good for the liver and digestive system, and that cordyceps specifically helps fight inflammation and heart problems.
What is your experience with different mushrooms? Do you think that the main benefit derives from the antioxidants in them?
The best antioxidant is the earth… direct contact. Provides an infinite source of electrons full stop.
I got chaga powder and I make tea of it, I put 2g and pour hot water on it. Is it enough to drink the or should I also eat leftover powder? seem kinda weird to do that
Hey Slim what are the side effects I heard that it can lead to zinc poisoning
There is some great information in this video,
Dr Benjamin and Ameer you are welcome to contact me to discuss more information about GSH Glutathione. Glutathione production can be facilitate by delivering Cysteine into the cellular level. While this was impossible until few years ago. RiboCein molecule have solved the problem of Cysteine to cell delivery. There is more development recently.
There is no question about the benefits of raising natural glutathione.
Thanks for your video and advancing the knowledge.
Siim do you think beeing high in antioxidants is always a good thing? Can’t you have too much of them?
i usually add some shabba to my morning routine. Some Shabba Ranks….
Have you information about taking chaga reduces hormesis? Because the inflammation is not removed by the body itself?
Ok I just ordered my 1st Chaga Mushroom Extract Powder online. Hopefully it’s as beneficial to my body as it was hurtful to my wallet T_T
Yes I’m getting chaga for sure. On a sidenote, what an epic theme soundtrack.
Siim, you said briefly autophagy is a benefit of chaga but did not go into detail, this is a fasting friendly food that boosts autophagy? Do you have any other videos explaining this more in detail?
This was really informative, wasn’t aware of this mushroom. Really appreciate you sharing
Do you have video on CBD oil? What is your opinion on CBD oil?
Also, it’s mentioned that alkalinic chaga is good with coffee to balance pH. On that note, what is your opinion on alkaline water? There’s a big movement on that.
I love chaga and medicinal mushrooms in general…… is this something that those with intestinal permeability should not consume??? Is it in the same category as white or portobello. There is a lot of confusion about mushrooms because it’s a fungus…..just curious.
How should I use chaga powder? Can I mix it with coffeee grounds to brew coffee or consume it straight
Never thought using it in my coffee! I’ll do it in the future! Thanks Siim
