I’m wondering if you have an advice for continuing Pilates in each trimester of pregnancy? Any of your videos you’d particularly recommend? Also… where are your gorgeous mats from? X

I hurt my neck really bad today but i will do this because its on the calender and i dont want to do more videos tomorrow atleast the pain in my abs distracts me from the pain in my neck

I’m going to do this for a week or two and I’ll write my progress here in case someone wanders if this works. I started on April 25th so this is my third day. Besides this exercise I’m doing 3 minute waist from Gabriella Whited. I worked out before so it’s not that hard for me.
Day 1: it was okay, it hurt but my upper abs are burning from this workout ⬆️
Day 2: it’s same as the first day, although Gabriella Whited workout seems easier
Day 3: I only did this workout and I’m tired and it’s 11pm so I’m not doing 3 min workout.
Y’all I love working out and doing these exercises but I am kinda young but for me it’s super fun and of course I still live with my mom bc im young lols but I only do these when she isn’t here bc I feel like my sisters and then would make fun of me:(:/

Honestly I feel like my head is heavier than the rest of my body ugh!!! No matter what I do, my neck still keeps being the star of the show!! It hurtssss so much half way through
Idk why but every single time I try and lift my head and shoulders my neck strains and no I’m not bending my arms or anything, and my legs swing back and forth so it doesn’t work my abs:(

Definitely the hardest day motivation wise for this November calendar. Almost didn’t do today’s videos.but I’ve got 2 down. three more to go. Told myself I needed to do it even if it takes 2 hours…lol..especially because my goal was to do the beginners calendar completely which I did in October. My second goal was to do a full on calendar every video..every day in November. I’m almost done and I can’t believe I thought about quitting on the 28th of this month. Pushing through!!

The first time I did this I had trouble going all the way through with no breaks. I’ve been more consistent with my workouts and it I can feel it! I recently finished up the 30 day ab challenge and decided to give this a try. Made it through with no breaks:) my abs are sore but I’m not sorry at all. I feel myself getting stronger because of this and it makes me feel so happy about my abilities! Thank you so much Cassey for your constant motivation you give us
Guys I have a question, so I’ve been doing a bunch of these ab workouts twice a day everyday but if I don’t feel sore right after a workout does that mean it’s not effective or I’m doing it wrong?

The first week i did this i had to stop the video to rest 3 times. Then for half of the next week i stopped 2 times. Now i dont stop the vid But i use a small cushion to rest my neck after the second half of the video. Its taking time but I’m getting there! (Sore-y for my bad english)
