Krass! Man sieht wie es dir schwer fällt, aber du ziehst es trotzdem durch. Klimmzüge sind für mich auch ein großes Problem.
Ich denke die 100 pullups sind für crossfitter leichter, weil sie kipping erlaubt sind, falls dir das was sagt. Die sind deutlich einfacher.
CrossFit works if you are fat as well like I was. A lot of heavy people believe its too difficult for their weight, it is not. I still have a lot more work to do but CrossFit changed my life and it will definitely change yours if you are willing to commit to healthy eating and attending 4-5 sessions a week.
