Try to diminish too all those medications, and ingredients in your food, that actually kill all the good bacteria, just because it doesn’t really help to be able to create a healthy environment in your flora. its not Keffer ITS Kiffer also there are fungi viruses and also microbes is in every square inch of the body exspt the brain ETC
It appears like Probiotics are only sensible to consume if one is also consuming their constituent prebiotic. Aka. If you don’t provide food for the probiotic bacteria they are just gonna run through your gut, cause why would they stick around if there’s no food?
So therefore you’d have to consume probiotics permanently in order to have a constant “flow-through” instead of being able to consume for say 30 days until they’d populate in your gut.
Does this make sense?

What do you think? I make my own prebiotic by feeding L-reuteri bacillus with Inulin in a in a base of half and half for 36 hours at 100 degrees F. This is suggested by Dr. Davis (YouTube) the author or many books. Thank you for a great presentation.

The coverage is extensive and the presentation is engaging. However, I find that the visual graphic is a bit too messy and instead of representing the idea in short concise phrases, flow chart and animation or pictures, this video literally type out the script of the narrator directly and linking with few arrows and put them in point form which is not visually pleasing and even traumatic (to me personally).

probiotics seem to be a crucial key factor in cancer prevention ( all types) and in enhancing overall immune functions ( NK cells, T cells? etc) while balancing TH1/TH2 functions to prevent inflammation and allergies and autoimmune conditions. one big reason is because ( up to 80 percent?) of our immune system is regulated or modulated by good bacteria in the colon. but taking fermented products ( yogurt, kimchee, etc) may not be as truly effective as including ( or taking by itself) prebiotics, especially fructo ogliossacharides ( raffinose? and or inulin?). is it correct to say that raffinose alone (4 grams, for example, a teaspoon) can increase bifidobacterium types by 15 to 20 times in the colon? such an increase and maintaing such a high level of good bacteria naturally and powerfully prevents cancers and tumors and infection, etc..

I found that fascinating that not all fibre is created equal, that is there is fibre that only good bacteria eat, prebiotics, and then fibre that both the good and bad bacteria eat and what we want to eat is fibre only good bacteria eat. So are you saying that fibre from fruit vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds is prebiotic, that is only good bacteria eat this fibre. Are you saying that bad bacteria don’t feed off fruits, vegetables, and legumes? So what fibre/foods is not considered prebiotic, in other words what foods contain fibre that the bad bacteria can eat and hence foods we should avoid? Love to know the answer to this question because these foods seem to be the ones I should avoid.
