the greatest success that i’ve ever had was by using the Plantar Premium Plan (just google it) definately the no.1 resource i’ve followed.
So I was under the impression I have plantar fasciitis but listening to this, now I’m not so sure. I have pain in both heels that I never experienced until this past summer when I started working in a school cafeteria. What could that be?
My expense one is put away
But the store bought ones is what I use a lot
Dear sir
I have flat feet but I have pain in my heel side part that is around the heel so what do i do? The pain is in calcaneal part
I think it’s not Achilles tendinitis as per your video.
I was diagnosed with bone spurs over 20 years ago. They are terribly painful unless I wear orthotics.
I can now get up without concerns after 10 months. I was always troubled about getting my heel down before as it will bring about the hot, pounding soreness but I do not mind it any more. With the help of this particular plantar fasciitis therapy referred to as “Sαnkυnzο Kdα” (Google it), getting rid of my plantar fasciitis was not only feasible but also fast..
My Girlfriend has had a problem with her heel for awhile now. She has me squeeze her heel to relieve pain. Any idea the hecken problem.
You have to think of plantar fascia I as an actual injury like a broken ankle. You can’t just take a pill or rub some cream onto a broken ankle and have it heal overnight. Plantar fasciitis is actual physical damage to the plantar fascia ligament on the bottom of your foot, even if you are doing all the right stuff it will take some time to heal. The average time for complete healing that we see in clinic even doing all the right stuff such as stretching and wearing orthotics is roughly 50% pain relief and healing per month. It’s not normal to have an instant cure, so when you watch this video this is information one minute, it’s completely unrealistic to have complete healing within one minute!
There are plenty of scams out there that try to make you feel like you can have your pain go away in literally one minute! This isn’t what we are trying to say here, we are trying to show you that you can get better over time and have confidence that you are getting better.
None of this worked for me, and I tried it all. I had severe plantar fascitis in one foot. I went to podiatrist who sent me to physical therapy, but it never got any better. I probably spent over $500 on insoles, shoes, tape, splint. etc., and none of it worked. I was in agony for one year straight. I did the exercises, massage, icing it, etc. I finally decided on my own to wear a walking boot. I bought it from amazon and wore it from the moment I woke up until I went to bed. It was such a relief because it completely took the pain away. After four weeks, I started only wearing it when I had to be on my feet for more than an hour or so. I did that for two weeks. And then I was totally healed! I cured it by letting it heal and stopped messing with it. It was injured and all the physical therapy and exercises were making it worse. Stretching did nothing but continuously re-injure it in my case and prolonged my agony by many months. If it had been booted immediately, I would have been out of pain right away and it would have healed permanently in 6 weeks. Eventually I would have ended up getting surgery if I had continued listening to my podiatrist.
Use a fucking wheel chair,….problem solved,.. but then you might get Bum Spurs,…hahahahahahahahahah LOL
Goethe said it LONG ago: “There is nothing more dangerous than ignorance in action.”
Emmanuel TV and if you get to go can you take with you please
There in the world did the 1 minute come from. Nothing you mentioned took 1 min even the video
SNAKE oil…ONE SIZE fits all…..When you hear the latter RUN
I had pt and a custom. It helped but healing and exercise was KEY in my recovery and eventually since I’m a long distance hiker, my feet healed and changed and I no longer fit into the five hundred dollar custom insert so now I use off the shelf in everything including my slippers.
Got some profit heel inserts…they took heel pain away quickly!
I find that if you use ice it intensifies the pain heat treatment on the other hand is wonderful and so is taping.I have also had acupuncture which was a tremendous help. Chemist innersole I found of no help a podiatrist needs to make these to your foot needs….I found unless you have had it you do not understand the pain and how debilitating it can be.
Almost 12 long months I have suffered.
Bought some Air Nikes and some insert orthotics, tried both specially made ones, and store bought.
The store bought ones were amazing..
I live in my orthotics (cheapies) and my air Nikes. No more pain!
Recently purchased a few more pairs of Air Nikes and insert orthotics.
Can’t live without them!!
Along with my plantar fasciitis I have 3 bone spurs on my right foot. The largest is on the bottom and looks like a fish hook. Then there are two smaller ones on the top and bottom of my heel bone (I have a picture of my xray). Great video!
I had a custom pair made and it helped a lot. Bought some “Superfeet” brand inserts off Amazon for a fraction of the cost for 2nd pair of shoes and they are just as good.
My doctor told me if I wear a wedge shoe it would help because it takes the pressure and puts it on the sole of the foot. This seems wrong to me. Any advice on this?
Hello sir, i hve lot of pain i need this product i live in Singapore how can i get it….
If people are not wearing their custom orthotics their foot pain isn’t that severe. Over the counter orthotics didn’t work as well for me.
Greetings.
Tongue in cheek from myself guys.
C’mon Bob admit to Brad.
He’s in better shape than yourself.
Also Brad stop showing off haha.
You guys are always very informative…cheers.
ps…don’t worry Bob…there ain’t no Abbott without Costello.
Have a great day and week ahead.
I had PF surgery over 5 years ago and mine still bothers my every day. It is even causing pain up the anchilles is that normal?
I have very low arches and have worn Powerstep orthotics for the past few years and have had excellent results, but they are too thick for me to use for hiking, raising my heels too high in the heel pocket of my shoes. Last long hike (142 miles of the Appalachian Trail in Virginia) I got bad blisters on my heels (bony calcaneus) in my Altra Timp 1.5 shoes. I got frustrated one day and cut the support out of the orthotics, found some very thin insoles, put the plastic supports in the shoes with the thin insoles over them, and solved the problem. I ordered custom orthotics and hope that they work as well or better, and fit in trail runners without giving me heel problems. Still, for working all day on my feet, I have found that Powerstep orthotics are much better (for me) than the Superfeet that I used for a decade previously.
Can you describe a certain diagnosis such as the achilles tendinitis diagnosis?
Why the hell was this shit designed to occur in out body in the first place,….Someone fucked up
Ligamentous pliability decreases RAPIDLY as we age…Stretching will do little
Hello Bob & Brad, Is there non surgical treatment for Large posterior calcaneal spur (Diagnosis By Orthopedic surgeon)? My sister has lot of pain in her right foot on the back of heal, even pressure from regular socks are causing pain, love your videos and appreciate your help. Thanks
Do you guys recommend running barefoot to strengthen the foot?
I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis due to overpronation, and without arch support orthotics, it is impossible to carry on daily movement. I can’t walk or stand for more than a few hours without my feet and back hurting.
I tried barefoot running and after the initial aches, I felt running without the shoes and orthotics lessen my strain and pain on my ankles and shin.
Lets see…the ligament in your foot is damaged so you want to stretch a damaged ligament? Yeah that makes sense..if your an idiot
I have plantar fasciitis in both heels… I’ve had it now for the last 9 months.. I cant go jogging, no skipping, no climbing..
Please help…
I wish I could rest for 2 days a week its been 3 months now and I run occasionally 3 days a week or just once… pain keeps returning…. I used to run 5-6 days a week
I suffered with heel spur i be so much in pain it hurts when i take that step walk
Most ppl say the pain right on the heel. My entire foot hurts but my most pain back the foot right above the heel. Still do the same treatment?
Ok so I have a question I have pain on the outside of my heel the pain starts at the bottom of my heel below the ankle bone and when I take a step it shoots a pain up to my ankle and it hurts to the point that I have problems even walking at work it doesn’t hurt all the time it will hurt for two or three weeks straight and then it won’t hurt at all for a couple weeks and then it does it again it doesn’t hurt when I just touch it or squeeze my ankle or my heel it only hurts when I step on it and yes it’s worse when I have been sitting down for a long period of time and when I just get out of bed
I have a question I was doing excersizes like jumping squats for 2 weeks with sock I started to feel pain I ice it and stuff but i feel it healing but very slowly some cream why is that
Lead poisoning from Flint water!!
It deposited in my bones and took my hair out!
Thank God I refused the surgery to cut the fascia! My food would have a droop!
Took supplements to bind to lead and take out of my body!
Now will always use water filtration system that removes lead!!
And don’t bathe and shower in unfiltered water!
Have it tested!!
OMG. I had really bad heel spurs (dealt with it for many many years) and I did nothing more than to stop wearing shoes with arch support. Within a couple of days I was fine. No more pain at all.
I’ve had Plantar Fasciitis for 3 years, since I started retail work and wore bad shoes for 2 months. Biggest regret. I got a cortisone injection in one foot and it’s perfect. The other developed a spur. See a doctor asap if you get heel pain.
Hi Mahendra: I use Walk Fit orthotics. I am a nurse and they are wonderful and very affordable. It is really important to remember to take out the old insole from your shoe.
And killing your subscribers with the intro ditty from the 80’s is the good for business
hey,if anyone else trying to find out treatment of plantar fasciitis try Nevolly Pain Treater Nerd (should be on google have a look )? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my partner got cool success with it.
2 1/2 years ago I too suffered from heel pain it hurts so bad. Went to the Dr he give me pain pills, creams not helped. My friend mom told me about a remedy i did used it and oh my God the pain is gone and i feel it coming back i do it again but thank God I haven’t had to do it for going in a year. Now some of you guys are going think it’s crazy or nasty but believe me it works. Using a bowl and some of your morning urine enough urine where you can soak your heel for about 5 minutes, I know what your think but it does work. Do it for bout a week the pain should be gone by then. Let me know if it helped you.
I have huge heel spurs I wish I could snap them out like wolverine.
Great! It helps my understanding to point out by writing on Brad’s feet with pen.
not sure what is “1 minute” about this. First time I have heard the term “Plantar Fascia Heel Spur”…sounds more like it appeals to casting a wide net in search results.
The treatments recommended are mostly what everyone recommends for plantar fasciitis. Not sure how the various stretches will get rid of a heal spur.
Another explanation: As we age muscles get weaker and our foot arch gets “lower.” This lower arch (flatter foot), stretches the ligament. To compensate for the tighter ligament, the bone attachment (“spur”) then grows longer. Growth is facilitated by inflammation. Too much inflammation and you experience pain. I had this and injected 1.5 cc of Kenalog directly into the spur area. The steroid diminished the inflammation (but, of course, did not stop the bone growth which you WANT). The problem resolved after only one injection, but I doubt “one injection” would work on most people.
There are a few components to curing for plantar foot. One plan I found that successfully combines these is the Plantar Premium Plan (google it if you’re interested) without a doubt the most incredible treatment that I’ve seen.look at the amazing info.
What about if your foot hurts on the top of the foot-lower outer, between pinky and the 4th digit
I haven’t been able to train in almost 2 months because of a heel spur.
Really suffering at the moment, ready to try anything! Thanks for the tips
I been has lot of pain in my foot top, bottom, side heel and tendon, my took xray said I have what you are talking about and tendon, from my tendon to my big toe is so painful I am walking on the other side of my foot the doctor put me in this short boot so I don’t bend or put pressure on my foot, for 2 weeks. Were there anything else that can be done
No nonsense fixes that dont cost a penny Great stuff no BS!!!
I thought PF was mainly caused by overworking and damaging your foot but can it also be caused by being indolent for 6 months to a year?
My brother has mainly been in bed for the last year and he has just developed it without any strain or injury it has just occurred from not using his feet much?
Have been dealing with this pain since I spent 6 months in bed with heart issues. This was efficiently presented info. No extra BS, just concise overview. Well done. Thank you.
Don’t title your videos heel spur cure if it’s not a heel spur cure. I don’t have plantar fasciitis I have a freaking heel spur
The ProStretch Plus arrived a few days ago from Amazon. AMAZING! Now at 55 years of age with cerebral palsy, this has been the best resource for stretching my toes, soles, Achilles and hamstrings. Actually, it has allowed a better stretch than a therapist or medical professional has been able to offer. And I can easily use this at home, multiple times throughout the day and night.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention!
How are u guyz DOCTORZ AND DONT KNOW THE NAME OF THE TAPE FOR FOO5 RELEAF
Y’all.
I’ve done everything these guys and my podiatrist says and they all work to stop the pain.
What worked best for me was cutting out inflammatory foods like sugar, potatoes, dairy and grain.
My heel pain is completely gone and for over a year.
Now it’s corona please just if you have instgram Facebook messenger just please tell me so we can talk and I show you my foot
I only had some material cloth tape (racing tape) when I saw this, so I gave it a go. Pain reduced by about 70 percent on the spot. Thank you very much…. I work on my feet 10 hours a day, I think I can face tomorrow now.
Guys I’m not saying it’s a lie I had a big humongous bone spur for 10 years finally last year October the 22nd of 2018 I had a removed fabulous shop and it was cute and was very painful. But the only thing I want to know can I start wearing shoes now like Adidas hear it in the 1st of March
I have it and ankle sprains that can stay sore for weeks. The Army has a surgery that goes in an cuts it. Once I started using the inserts I never had problems again.
Plantar Fasciitis or Baxter’s Entrapment?
Some cases of Plantar Fasciitis may actually be Baxter’s Entrapment.
In fact, the clinical picture may of Baxter’s Entrapment and Plantar Fasciitis can be virtually identical.
Baxter’s neuropathy may account for up to 20% of heel pain cases,1,2 although it is frequently misdiagnosed. If it is misdiagnosed as Plantar Fasciitis then traditional Plantar Fasciitis treatments could be ineffective, or actually make the condition worse.
Hi I like your video, this is an interactive awesome video.. keep it up 😉
I have tried it all and do not want but seem to be hoping the doctor will do surgery
is it possible to terminate the nerve endings connected to the fascia? if there are no nerve endings in theory there should be no pain or am I wrong in this assesment? It works for teeth for example
Excellent info for saving $$$ on custom orthotics. No need to spend hundreds of dollars for a pair? Thank you! My medical insurance provider will be pleased!
please please don’t do any exercises at all it’s get worse. and please do not wear any sports shoes. I had this problem for 4 years I have tried all these things massages. taking antibiotic, wearing shoes with cushion nothing helped me. as I stoped eating red meat, coffee, soft drinks, all beans, diary, egg and sugar. the pain is gone I have no pain. ladies please wear 3cm heel shoe.

Sugar Not at All
I promise you you will be fine if you do these things that I’m saying. I suffered for years but now I’m totally fine.
Two Questions: (1) what is the name of the brace so I van purchase one and (2) if the problem is “peroneal” tendinitis do I tape on same side you showed here or the opposite? Mine getting bad an need to do something quick
Plantar Fasciitis: I had surgery years ago, would that have anything to do with causing other issues such as knee pain?
The tape at 10:15 is the only thing that has helped me. It really works… Thanks Guys keep up the good work
You should consider the biomechanical and kinesiology mechanism of injury. Why for instance can my patient enter reporting all the expected subjective information and also demonstrate all the usual objective findings including a palpable hot calcaneal spur, and plantar fascitis SO sensitive the perceived eyeball pressure of just looking at it caused apprehension. While obviously inflamed and tender with pain traveling up the kinematic joint and pathomechanics path to T6.
The only intervention other than a foot massage (before casting to extend a lot of Grace and care through my “big magical hands” that’s what both men & women call them) so the patient was relaxed, felt secure, comfortable, and trusting (The magical world of the Affective Domain of learning! you can have the best treatment plan, but if the patient doesn’t do it, isn’t motivated, or isn’t inspired, any plan will fail) last week after the evaluation, was to insert a custom fitted (from subtalar neutral slipper casting) SOLO Labs orthotic, and all the pain was gone while walking? Identify and correct the pathomechanics that created the mechanism of injury & mechanism of exacerbation by creating a mechanism of relief. The spur didn’t disappear (yet, you should define Wolfe’s Law if you mention it in your (hmmm.. lecture, talk, educational broadcast, online airtime?) the inflammation and all symptoms resolve between Monday to Friday. All that happened was the Quartet of Goals for return to function.
1. Eliminate or compensate the pathomechanics of injury & exacerbation. (Orthotic restriction of unwanted movements) i.e. foot pathomechanics including decreased rear foot control, decreased neuromuscular control, progressive pronation causing tensile force to the plantar fascitis (the pull of the fascial insertion to the calcaneal tubercle and it’s sensitive periostium is what creates the periostial inflammation and traction spur development. It is not the origin of the flexor digiti minimi, they lack the force production capacity to generate sufficient force. They share the calcaneal tubercle and it’s periostium with the proximal plantar fascia therefore share the resultant pain.
2. Create a mechanism of relief. ( the orthotic)
3. Allow and assist natural tissue repair. Normal movement ( Orthotic again) absent of pathomechanics to allow the body to heal and regain it’s proprioception& neuromuscular coordination.
4. Regain performance specific function capacities including range of motion force production capacity, tensile force capacity, speed, endurance, power,, etc.

An
Exam by chiropractic can tell whether orthotics are warranted…sometimes people just need proper shoe for their feet and activity
Gosh, it’s too bad your could not have shown this to Donald Trump when he was young and got drafted, but could not serve due to bone spurs in his heels! A darn shame.:) Well, maybe he’ll catch it on Twitter or something.
Great video, to treat manage the pain, anything that brings the pain down to help the suffering, painful feet cause misery.
Misinformation. People please do yourselves a favor a walk barefoot as often as possible with good form. Strengthen your feet.
Will these products work to strengthen and bend the foot and ankle after an ankle replacement.
For really painful plantar fasciitis…I bought these boots for sleeping in at my local CVS. They look like big ski boots. Within weeks the pain was gone!!! A God send!
Why isnt stretching the fascia ligament a mistake? I mean a stretched ligament is an injury isn’t it? Like a rotator cuff injury. My foot doc said to not stretch. Who is right?
Unfortunately,I have bone spurs on both feet. I’ve been dealing with pain for years. When on my feet for periods of time it feels like I have nails hammered into my heal every step..I want to cry. Been painting my house,Spring cleaning, single mom, yard work..been extra busy lately working on my house & I can barely walk today:/ Thank you for the stretching tip before getting out of bed
I have had Plantars Fasciitis for over a year; been to 9 doctors but they couldn’t help the pain. It feels like a drill is drilling straight into my heel. I’ve had shots, creams, insoles, boot, etc. My feet actually started peeling. All the skin came off in big strips. After the shots, my feet felt like they were on fire; I couldn’t touch them. I would love some relief, but have had a hard time finding it.
Is there a name associated with the blue foot stretcher? Where can I get one?
You two so had a go with both feet in the stretcher thingy… how could anyone human resist
I had plantar fasciitis for seven years. It only went away when I removed all plants from my diet. I only eat meat now and no more pain!
#meatheals
I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I have for years now. and after kind of letting it go for a few years and it never really bothering me I kind of just forgot about it. Most recently I have a weird vibrating right at the back of the arch of my foot near the heel. The weirdest thing I tried heating pads, topical creams, naproxen sodium, ice and rolling it out but nothing helps. I didn’t know what to do if I don’t have insurance so I can’t see a doctor about it. Have you ever heard of anything like this? Just a pulsing vibrating as if a tiny phone was in my foot and was only set to vibrate and was ringing over and over lol
Hey guys I am looking for advice or input and am having trouble on figuring out how to increase my flexibility. When I try to do a foward fold or hamstring, they feel so tight that I can’t touch my toes with a straight back unless I am in a very deep squat or my back is completely rounded. I can’t even sit on my glutes with my legs straight out without my back curving automatically. What could be the cause of this? I am in massage school and familiar with muscles, but I have an anterior tilt, shouldn’t this mean I have loose hamstrings? What muscles do you think could be causing this extreme inflexibility? I want to be able to touch my toes or even just sit with my legs straight out in front of me comfortably. Thanks!
I do the stretches the icing the massage and stretches still suffering I wear mine in my ASICS kuyano 25 shoes
Bro iam a 16 years old guy and very slim so no problem I mean like how many days it take to gi
Sounds like u need the surgery if u used the custom support for a long time and can’t go a day without it
I wish they’d address a torn meniscus mine is almost 5 months old now and still locks up and hurts
I was using the Dr Scholls TRI-Comfort inserts for women, these worked great and gave me great arch support. I had these in every shoes I wore. I really need to get back to wearing these.
Only issue I had with the inserts was my heel would slip off at the back of my shoe. My right foot does rotate inward. And what I did to make the inserts stay put (the sticker already on the insert was not enough), I got some gorilla tape and stuck it to the back, those inserts never moved after that.
Here is the link to get the inserts from amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Dr-Scholls-TRI-COMFORT-Cushioning-available/dp/B01MDS69PO?SubscriptionId=AKIAILSHYYTFIVPWUY6Q&tag=duckduckgo-d-20&linkCode=xm2&camp=2025&creative=165953&creativeASIN=B01MDS69PO
I get my inserts from Walgreens, Family Dollar, and CVS.
a podiatrist told me that I had plantar fasciitis and then proceeded to tell me that my arches are falling. I told him that it felt the opposite, that the bottom of my foot had gotten tight and needed to be stretched out. true story.
does anyone know if the pain indicated may feel like an electric shock in the same place in the heel only when during a standing hamstring stretch with the toes in full dorsiflexion, or is that some sort of neural tension related to other lumbar/nerve impingement???? This fits my problem but it can be many things.
The PoerStep orthodics are the only ones I will use. My podiatrist recommended them to me when I had a real bad case of PF. He told me that he could fit me in a pair of custom orthodics at the cost of about $300.00, but he felt the PowerSteps were usually just as successful. He was correct. The running shoe store where I generally buy shoes also sells them as the preferred orthodic.
Thanks for the tape trick guys, just helped my wife walk better!
i have calcaneal spur.. and i had operation on my right foot bec. of that.. then stiriod on the left foot..
I\’m not sure but,if anyone else wants to uncover how to cure foot pain try Alkarno Foot Pain Alchemist (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my neighbor got excellent success with it.
Tried the tape, splint and stretch. Spur needs to be removed. Best route for me since I have a hard labor job installing equipment all day long on my feet.
I was diagnosed with Achilles tendinitis for years but it was really os trigonum
here’s a few suggestions you can try
Try a natural remedies for plantar foot. Something as simple as ginger root, which can be found at your local grocery shop, is a good anti-inflammatory. Ginger root is in a group of plants known as Cox inhibitors. This means they prevent inflammation naturally.
Another good remedy for pain is Bromelain. Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapples. just drink the raw juice or eat raw pineapple, you can gt advantage from the properties of Bromelain. Enzymes are one of the best remedies for pain because they are all natural and are what your body uses to cure inflammation
(I discovered these and more tips from fergs foot formula site )
watch athleanX, much better. i promise it changed my life forever
When I wear work boots with heels I get plantar fasciitis, it goes away after wearing flat boots in a few days.
What if the pain is the heel? It hurts to push it or step in it when I first walk. Then full ache throw out the day
Fuck planter fascia. Get resting your feet don’t do anything describe in web sites. It can be lead to bed for months to year.
I got my orthotics $350 becuz I have it band syndrome now that I have plantar fasciitis they help but it’s the exercises and soaking my feet together with orthotics that work best
I had this years ago. It rears it’s ugly head sometimes after I get a new pair of shoes, or insoles. The first step on the floor in the morning is a dead giveaway.
I just tried the tape on my heels. I cant believe it but its actually relieved the pain in my heels and I can walk normally and put weight on my heels without having the sharp knife pain in them. Please can you explain why this works?? Is there some kind of physio exercise I can do to strengthen the heels so the tape is not required?
Well Fuck me,….. I tried rubbing Vicks Vaporub on my heels twice a day, and believe it or Not, it has seemed to reduce the pain by approx 60%,…… but, remember to wash your hands before you take a piss,……..
This is the most helpful video that I have seen even from your other videos. Thank you.
I got some oofos. I was in so much pain the first week I almost tossed them in the trash. But after a week the pain was gone. My whole body feels better.
I work as a nurse and have been experiencing plantar discomfort for years. It just took days to remove the pain sensation brought on by the condition after I tried using this plantar fasciitis treatment method called “Sαnkυnzο Kdα” (Google it). After stopping my meds, I no longer experienced the condition. I am positive that it’s long gone because I no longer feel the pain and discomfort..
hi guys, the best info that ive ever had was with the Plantar premium plan (just google it) definately the no.1 treatment that I’ve followed.
interesting points,if anyone else needs to find out about cure plantar fasciitis try Nevolly Pain Treater Nerd (do a search on google )? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my buddy got cool success with it.
PLEASE improve your audio and diagram close ups. The information and humour are too good to miss. Thank you both very much.
I’ve had plantar fasciitis in both feet and have been in PT both times for it. I still stretch my feet by putting one foot up against a step but I’m not sure I’ve stretched my toes in conjunction. I’ll keep that in mind in the future. I wear orthotics now all the time; my foot Dr. said that should help prevent another episode. Between the stretches I do and the orthotics, I hope to never feel that pain ever again! Thanks guys-you’re the greatest and I love your content.
I had plantar fascitiis really bad one time and the foot doctor kept giving me injections and they were so painful and didn’t help at all. I get the heel spur a lot too.
Try:
•Focus-shockwave therapy to the foot pain areas. Will need once weekly for 4-6 visits.
Not radial shock-wave
•Osteopathic or chiropractic manipulation to foot and ankle
will need 2-3 visits for 2-3 months.
•Podiatrist customs orthotics
•Home help
Icing as he mentioned with a frozen bottle + the stretching
Supplements MSM & DMG
3 times Daily
If that don’t work try prolozone
Medical ozone injections
Get clear diagnosis from plantar fasciitis, Baxter’s nerve compression or tarsal tunnel syndrome ALL mimic plantar fasciitis pain.
May need MRI, ultrasound EMG and nerve conduction studies with physical exam to find clear diagnosis.

You guys are dope! Keep it up! It seems like every time I have a problem physically you end up posting a video related to it 1 day later. Amazing or maybe you two are time traveling lol
I love how simple you make it! Thank you for the awesome information!
My mom had heel pain, they gave her injections too! However they didn’t check her for bone cancerWhy? If heel pain is fist symptom of cancer in boneswhy not rule out then treat….instead treat her for all the wrong reasons and she died 67 days after finding out cancer was everywhere! Heel pain is scary!! I don’t like Dr.s
I had all my major tendons and ligaments severely crushed, peroneal nerve damage, diastasis (bones separated), ankle broken in at least two places, poor circulation from blood vessel damage. A lot of pain for 40 years. I have used some of your methods over time and they work. Unfortunately right on the bottom of my heel feels like a rock or jumping jack is under it every time I take a step. It gets so painful I cannot barely stand. My ankle literally feels like someone took a knife and slashed through it. The calf of my leg gets knobs of pain from the blood clots when i stand or walk. My knee gave out because of all the stretching and pulling when I try to lift my foot to walk. All of this over 40 years because I was thrown from, dragged, and crushed by a train. I have many more injuries from head to toe. Pain management is an Art, a calling, a profession, a necessity. Thank you for your easy to see and understand presentation. P.S. Hydrotherapy during after these stretching exercises greatly aids in relaxation and removal of stiffness and soreness and promotes circulation which promotes healing.
well this is depressing news, friend. You’re saying that if you take your custom orthodic inserts out, you are back to the miserable life you led before!? This tells me there IS no “cure” for this wretched plantar fasciitis nonsense.
Watched a video of a feelow who created his own from silicone and glycerin…
I suffered from pain for a year, almost 24/7. When it became inflamed, it stopped me from sleeping… I rubbed my feet with castor oil, and got instant pain relief for about 4 hours at a time. Put old socks on over the oiled feet… More than 2 teaspoons of castor oil per day was too much; rubbed on feet and wrists stopped the pain but it was too much so it made me dizzy and gave pelvic cramps. I started “golden milk” with turmeric 2x a day, one cup after breakfast, one cup after supper, 1/2 teaspoon per cup, plus a pot of moringa tea around noon… 98% reduced pain for over a week now! Very inexpensive, and GOOD for your health. I also wear support insoles, but they barely helped before this tea… If I have golden milk right before bed, I have too much energy. Hope you all find some comfort… may God bless all the sufferers on Earth.
I have systemic lupus and mgus and had both shoulders frozen I have bone spur on right foot,
Screw this! I’ve got both on the back of the heal and bottom of the foot. I’ve been in pain for over 15 years. Done every traditional thing to ease the pain from anti inflammatory meds, PT, big money shoes from my podiatrist, to shots in my foot and night splints. I finally complained to my ortho and he’s gonna take it out and fix my whole foot.
I have heel spurs and bad pain but nothing wrong with fascia. Everyone says that but it’s the heel
Does Bob bully Brad off camera too or is this part of your schtick?

Thank you sir,I just had x-rays done & my heal looks exactly like that…with the bone sticking out.So are you saying that that isn’t the cause of pain?
I am living with this pain; it’s been over a year now….It is bad to the point i believed the tissue was broken. Sometimes i am only able to walk on the edge of my feet. And i am also starting feeling pain in the back of my legs….This is aweful and i have been told i will need to learn how to live with that all my life. I will try your techs and give you feed-back. Starting to see hope.
Where does Baxter’s Neuropathy fit in and will the exercises work for it?
What are the brands of those off the shelf insoles
If you can mention them will be very helpful
Suffered from through all of 2019. Now much better. Got better by: 1) stopped stretching why further aggravate something that is already inflamed, and 2) I wear a good orthotic all of the time even in my slippers. I always wear, even if I temporarily get out of bed at night.
here’s a few suggestions for plantar foot
Make sure you rest your feet
Try Wearing supportive footwear
Use ice on your heel
Take ibuprofen or another nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug to reduce pain and inflammation
try night splints
Try stretching and strengthening exercises.
(I learned these and the reasons they work from Rohon Foot Care site )
I got little bumps on the arch and the ligament is so tight that I can feel it with my finger right under my big toe. I got one of those rollers and I ice my feet. Plus I use a foam roller for my calves. I run a lot and people talk about their knees hurting. My problem is my feet!!
I’m just 21 and I have flat ass feet. I can move my right foot well to where I can make an arch but my left foot not so much. It is really stiff and it’s hard to bend it to an arch. What should I do? Is there a surgery where you get your arch realigned?
When i do the heel cup and press as shown, there isn’t pain. When i press lower though, it’s terrible. Not as far towards the toes as the PF red dot.
See a nucca dr. Wore sll those splints to bed for weeks. Then, I had Mayo Clinic new microscopic surgery for plantar fasciitis. It did nothing. Got the 300.00 shoe inserts. Wore the heavy boot to bed post surgery. Threw off my hips from the weight of that 500.00 heavy boot.
The REAL problem? I was walking ONLY on my heels, not the whole foot. Wearing high heels for decades.
The front/ back weight body weight, right side/left side of body weight distribution, carrying 20 pounds more weight on the right foot and side if my body.
The axis of my head was not balanced in this state.
Got my body weight distributed evenly with nucca and have had no further problem for years.
I am trying to figure out if what I have is Plantar fasciitis. From what I understand that it is basically An inflammation of a thick band of tissue that connects the heel bone to the toes. However, I dont have the symptoms of pain when I first wake up in the morning. In fact I dont have pain in my heel. The discomfort I have is under the arch in between the arch and heel. I tend to feel this when: I extend my legs while sitting( I feel sort of a “pinch” in that one spot), or if I were to walk and “clinch or curl my toes’ I feel the a similar pinch but along the bottom of my whole foot. Now in terms of pain, this does not hurt. However, if I do jumping jacks I might feel a sharp pain. So, I am trying to figure out what I can do to heal this. I have been trying all types of plantar fasciitis exercises/ stretches but wondering if it is something else.
I had two separate bouts of PF and during therapy for the second one I heard about Vionic shoes. THEY ARE AMAZING! The shoes can be quite expensive unless you search for sales on Amazon but I started buying their insoles to use in my other shoes and have not had one second of pain since. My therapist said it is important to use them in your slippers also (or buy Vionic slippers). You can search websites for sale prices on the multiple packs of the insoles. QVC sometimes has them at a good price, also Amazon. Just keep searching until you get a price you are comfortable with-they are worth the money. I’ve been pain free for 5 years now.
I do find a bit of relief when wearing proper shoes. Walking with soft slipons or crox is fatal.
Arch support doesn’t help. Arch training does! Strong feet haven’t plantar problems. Run forefoot, walk nearly midfoot. Make small steps and don’t land on your heel. Feel and use the energy from your fascia plantaris.
I have had Plantar Facitis three times.
I tried several of the “recommended” treatments.
After all the screwing around with stretches, orthodics, medical advice etc, the thing that actually worked long term was to buy the green hiking shoe inserts from REI CO-OP and Nike Air Soles.
It finally healed and have not had any more issues so far after a couple of years.
Plantar fasciitis is a result of a problem upstream. Calf knee hip back.
I have been this planter faciatis since Oct 2018 due to over running in marathons… Till now no relief…
There is spur… Badly paining… Asteroid injections already tried 5 times…. All these exercises i m doing everyday however still the status is same….
Doctors wont recommend for surgery
I’m a skateboarder and through the process of learning and falling i have developed horrible heel pain on both sides of my right heel, any workouts or stretching routines you could recommend?
I looked at liked products on Amazon and didnt see the night splints
If you have a motorcycle boot, you can use that as a night splint
I am suffering this problem in my both foots.is any medicine to for operation???
Hello Bob and Schrupp. You didn’t talk about pain in the middle of the bottom of the heel…which is where my pain is. It feels like I am walking on a stone. The pain is up there at 8/10.
Three days of Feldene and I was cured after dealing with this in both feet for 5 years. It has been more than 20 years and it hasn’t recurred.
My bone spur is right over the bursa. I have bursitis and a bump developed. My Achilles’ tendon area aches bad. Mainly if I have shoes on. It has been nearly 2yrs I have lived with this mysterious pain. I’m hoping these stretches will give me some much needed relief
Help! I need advice..after three years of wearing $600 custom orthotics, i now have pf and heel spurs in both feet instead of just one. Then i wasn’t able to use my left foot due to my achilles. I’ve read that arch support is like a cast, causing the muscles supporting the arch to atrophy. I’ve used orthotics for three years and only worsened the issue.
Should i ditch my orthotics and go minimalist to allow my feet to rebuild? Xero shoes, for example, says cushioned shoes cause these problems in the first place.. I’ve given conventional treatment three years while my feet got worse. Is it safe to go without orthotics while i have pf?
A lots of non-sense here.!
You say that plantar fascia is not meant to be stretched and that, little crack develop when you stretch it,. Then first treatment you advise is to stretch it!!!
Then that the body does its best top heal through an inflamatory process, and then advise to use some anti-inflamatories…
Tanx fr da important info… can u post da excersise with ball n etc
you guys are Rad..thanks for the help. mine is very very very very painful. i am basically bed ridden. been 7 years
Very good, ´´If you really want to do something you will find a way. If you don´t, you´ll find an excuse.´´ Jim Rohn´´
I have a sharp burning pain in my left heel. Wasn’t able to diagnose it from your pinpoints. It is dead center of heel. Sometimes hurts, then it stops, then I can be in bed and holy shit all of the sudden it feels like a burning nail being pushed in my heel straight up. I don’t want surgery so I will try the tape and I may have to hand build custom shoes to carry more of my weight on the toes and center. Im not fat either. This getting old sucks.
I thought you could try this at ho.e but the introduction says do not try this at home.
I had pain in bottom of foot then it started in other parts of foot just give me please any what does that means please just tell me anything that can help
