They are yoghurt desserts are sweet and with low protein. Real yoghurt actually is kind of sour and doesnt come out with flavours like these. You wont lose weight with these. Try greek brands if you want to see results, like Total, Ageladitsa, Olympus etc. Those are the real ones.
