Refreshing! Finally a doctor who is actually in ketosis. Good for her!
If someone is interested in dietary change to address fertility issues…
look up Kelly Hogan. She has her own channel but I would recommend listening to an interview of her. There are several on YouTube.
Good luck
Thanks for the great info on low carb in pregnancy and PCOS! And, always interesting to hear a medical doctors perspective on their path to low carb.
Great interview ladies. Keep up the good fight! Cheers, Jeremy. Perth WA
Too bad she doesn’t say what she considers “healthy carbs” for her children. I’ve heard from several other sources, that a low carb no sugar low fructose diet is ABSOLUTELY fine for young, growing children. It’s really the best lifestyle all around for every age, unless you want your kids addicted to all of that processed food: cereals, breads, pasta, etc.
Yes. PSOD…caused by insulin resistance. Let’s make sure that our 7 billion person Earth will allow billions more once we cure PSOD so doctors like this can have 5, 10, 20 children and bring many more into being, since we need to populate a virtually empty planet. Brava! [tongue-n-cheek]
