Theodora Goss is an author in my radar since I read her “Snow White Learns Witchcraft” short story collection.
Thanks for another great video! One of my favorites of the year so far is “The Lost Queen” by Signe Pike. It has been compared to Juliet Marillier’s books (which doesn’t happen to often) so I had to jump on it.
Just brought your’re book Adam great stuff will keep as my BIO-BIBLE to help my Brain Plasticity and Calisthenics aswell as my bodybuilding and Olympic lifting journey. One of the best channels on YouTube. ✊
My reccomended books are. 1.Winning Weight lifting &Powerlifting by Franco Columbu. 2.Winning Bodybuilding by Franco Columbu. 3.The Bodybuilders Nutrition book by Franco Columbu. 4.The Way to Live by George Hackenschmidt. 5.The Art of Hojo Undo:Power Training for Traditional Karate by Michael Clarke. 6.Dynamic Strength by Harry Wong its a good book on Dynamic Tension exercises
I want to add: science and development of muscle hypertrophy brad schoenfeld. For intermîdiate advanced lifters: it has a part where it talks about hormones mtor insulin… which is so interresting
6:25. Damn I don’t know if I’ve seen a Bench/deadlift difference that big since Cailer Woolam.
I am absolute trash for the Last Hours series already as well!!!
John Haack though… Like for real squatting over 300 high bar and then benching over 200 with a nice full depth
I’m so glad you mentioned a book with autistic representation. I’m honestly starting to get tired of reading about autistic characters because the representation is so bad (I’m autistic) but I’ll definitely give this one a go because not only do I trust your opinion, I really appreciated that you read reviews from autistics. Given me a bit of hope tbh.

Thanks very much and all the best with the FT3 certification Bioneer!:-)
“The Practice of Natural Movement” by Erwan Le Corre literally the textbook of Movnat.
“Natural Born Heroes” by Christopher McDougall
Thanks so much for this! I’m studying to be a personal trainer so I’m always looking to try and find more books to read to learn and be able to teach others
That blouse is simply the sweetest! I guess I need to pick up the Poppy War!
Books I’ve like so far are Cat’s Eye by Atwood, Outline by Cusk, Orlando by Woolf, and We have Always Lived in the Castle by Shirley Jackson. I think you’d like the Shirley Jackson!
3 of these top 5 are on my TBR already:) very similar tastes I guess!
ah yes elbow cuffs, Thompson fat pad, touch and go,and potentially on some sort of PED lets give this kid more of an ego boost. good for him I guess
I’ve read 54 for the year but you are probably at a higher page count than me because many of yours are Loooooong books. I’ve read a few big books (over 500 pages) but I think my average is 350-400 per book.
As an autistic woman (and huge reader!) it’s great to hear you speaking so sensitively and promoting neurodivergence in literature. I still struggle to find characters I relate to, which is sad, but it’s becoming a lot easier to source. There’s such huge movements for other minority groups which is incredible and I will support them wholeheartedly, but often the disabled community can often be forgotten. Thank you for using your platform to share!
I never bring up or complain about the typos, but I’m jw… do you ever spell check? Lol this one was pretty bad
Enjoying the new book by Adam Sinicki!!! Hope to see it on the next list!
holy ffff.. i thought i was strong benching 315 at 12!! this guys a monster
Like I don’t already know every book you’ve read this year
Expressing the Human Body is possibly my favourite book, although I have a number of old training books, some of which are now seriously outdated in terms of content but inspiring to read and good fun. Try ‘How to be Physically Perfect and Powerfully Strong’ by early training legend Vic Boff a great read as he was a big fan of what I would call ‘discomfort training’. Things like Winter sea swimming which I do, and ‘snow baths’ in swimming trunks, which I would do if I saw snow more than once a decade. I’ll be trying the Ross Edgley one next (and yours, naturally).
There were polarizing opinions on the poppy war and I was hoping u were on the positive hehe so this was great!!
LOL the squat form on the fitness instructor’s handbook BRUTAL! Absolutely ugly. Her rack position is garbage. Her hip position is garbage.
Keeping the bloopers in, is SO AWESOME. Bravo to you for being so human and down to earth. Some content creators wouldn’t have done that.

I’m 30 but I still look pretty young!!! Can I switch my age to 18?????
Thank you. I’m trying to save up right now to be able to afford The Art of Expressing the Human Body
1. The Fitness Instructors Handbook
2. Overcoming Gravity
3. Peak: Dr Marc Bubbs
4. The World’s Fittest Book
5. Bruce Lee: the art of expressing the human body
6. The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding: Schwarzenegger
Nice. This is exactly what I came here for. The nerdy, informational side of fitness.
I was on the fence about some of these books but now I need to buy these when I can. Thanks again for the content.
I’ve started reading the fifth season by N.K Jemisin, her writing is very beautiful but I find it a bit difficult as I’m not a native English speaker so can anyone suggest me fantasy books that are easier and help me build up my fantasy vocabulary, please.
I know you have a bunch of books stacked around your apartment/in front of your shelf because you don’t have any shelf space, so I was wondering why you don’t hang some floating shelves on your (living room) wall? I just see the empty space there when watching your vlogs and ponder how it could be filled with all the books in your piles hahaha
sets a new squat pr
First girl: reee
New bench pr
First girl: REEEEEEEEEEEE
what about your book???? ( big and strong without stéroid )
You actually read that race bating book White Fragility? Do you also support the Marxist group Black Lives Matter, which is more to promote Marxism and not about actually ending racism? Are you a Marxist?
I’ve not read the original Decameron but I have read The Women’s Decameron by Julia Voznesenskaya. I read it before you were born probably so don’t remember many details but remember liking it. Not nearly as long as Decameron and perhaps interesting to juxtaposition them against each other.
So the „ I‘m 13 and can Bench More than you.“ comments are real.
So hilarious all the butt hurt kids that are mad jealous of a 13 year old being stronger. Must be roids right?!?! Lmao
I have been training/teaching myself for years (insert joke if necessary) 9 years to be exact, the convict conditioning system of bodyweight training (books 1,2,3 and c-mass). I can attest to being self sufficient in this department, not only is it easy on the finances but it’s really good fun as well. Alongside continuing to learn and gain strength and some bulk of my bodyweight routine(s) I’m taking up Pavel Tsatsouline’s book on kettlebells called simple and sinister. Also if people are interested Brook Kubik’s dinosaur training book is a decent read as well (disclaimer: I have not used a barbell in years).
I started The Poppy War last year but read only the first part but I really enjoyed it. Definitely going to pick it up soon!
The last clip were the bar landed on his head he could not get lose that guy died from it bro not cool to post, you probably didnt know sonust fyi!
woooooooooooooooowww, I lit and follow the sport since 1978, we are now living in a whole new era of raw torso strength in SHW powerlifting.
Sorry but I really need to ask why did you not rate both White Fragility and White Rage? Genuine non accusatory question.
I can highly reccomend overcoming gravity. I bought this book a couple weeks ago and love it
I am so happy to see The Incorrigible Children series getting some of the ❤️ it deserves. It is such a clever, funny, adventurous series. I’ll need to pick up The Strange Case of the Alchemist’s Daughter. It sounds wonderful.
I just ordered House of earth and blood (crescent city) and Red, white and royal blue, and I’m so excited for crescent city now that I know you liked it!
I just finished daisy jones about a week ago and I think that’s my favorite book of the year so far it was so good
I’ve been wanting to pick up the strange case of the alchemist daughter
I read the whole series of The Incorrigible Children based on your suggestion and it was all just delightful. I’m sad that it’s over! Really loved the whole series. Can you think of any other books/series that might be similar?
1:55 holy shit that guy is 13? How much birth hormones is he on?
I’ve read 16 books so far. I know it seems like a small number but to me it’s a lot compared to what I read last year.
I read the night circus a few months ago and was so meh… it wasn’t bad but it was disappointing to me
hi sir, what do you think about rib cage expansion and the romanian deadlift?
I LOVE your shirt Reagan!! I’ve been struggling with fantasy (including many on your list) but that shirt rocks x
I am reading overcoming gravity right now but this book is tough to read because of the sheer mass of information and English not being my first language
I absolutely loved The Five, I listened to it as an audio book and have revisited it already The audiobook is wonderful, Louise Brealey, the narrator, really gives more life to the women. It was a great listen, very well researched and written. It’s a very interesting and sad look at life for women at that time.
Honestly, I was soooo disappointed by The Starless Sea. I loved the world, but the story felt so disconnected I was just really frustrated that it felt more like loosely-connected vignettes rather than one cohesive novel. I think this author is better suited for short story/novella format
Goddammit Julius, 740 is more than Kirill’s best bench ever and he just did a fucking double with it
I can’t believe you haven’t read the Night Circus!!! I think I read it based on a book haul or anticipated books you did years ago and it quickly became my favorite book! I HIGHLY recommend!
Is it a must that I read all of Cassandra Clare’s other books before I dive into Chain of Gold?
What can you recommend for a team sports strength and conditioning book?
The Night Circus is my favourite book of all time you need to read it!
I feel so bad because lately I’ve been slacking so much on reading..literally 11 books since February. I’m just not in the mood to read anything Does anyone know a really fast paced book?
I’m so glad you’re not stingy with your stars, I always feel weird compared to others on goodreads/booktube, because people’s most common rating is usually a 3, but anything I really like I give 4-5 stars, so I’m glad to see you do the same:)
Perfect vídeo,i found almost all the books on Amazon’s Kindle, nowadays with Instagram most people have a more superficial knowledge about training,I’m a 17 year old beginner who is very interested in going deeper into this subject, and your vídeo helped me immensely! Thank you and hugs from Brazil my comrade
Will your book be only pdf or will print version be available?
Fantastic list! I had to skip most of it because I don’t want to be spoiled at all. But so excited to get to them:)
love the top and overalls ! i really need to pick up something by N.K. Jemisin!
Jesus, u did read A LOT, awesome!!, first time i saw a video, about the positive side of corona virus LOL
I really need to pick up The Five! I’m really interested in the Jack the Ripper case as it is but I adore that this book changes the narrative and has made it about these women and their lives, not this (presumed) man who took that from them.
I definitely need to pick up the Scottish Folk and Fairy Tales book! I actually have a book on folk tales from my county and I’m so excited to pick it up soon!
Ok I’ve been meaning to read more middle grade because I love it so much but I spent a long time looking for YA books with the type of stories I wanted when MG was right there with the stories I wanted! Long story short, Ashton Place sounds exactly like my thing so you know I’ve just added it to my wishlist! OH AND they’re illustrated by Jon Klassen!
I’m honestly so glad you took one for the team and read the Highlander romances because I’ve always wondered if they were actually good or if they’d make me cringe and the fact one made your favourites is just iconic. Not my type of book at all but I’m tempted haha
We have the same number of books read. I have 48 books so far read this year. I am now on KOTLC: Legacy, and I am loving it!!! Yes, read also the Night Circus. I want to know what will be your opinion.
If you’re looking for fantasy kinda poetic books like The Starless Sea I strongly recommend This Is How You Lose the Time War by Amar El-Mohtar. Also The Poppy War is soooo good and the sequel The Dragon Republic is also amazing. The last one is definitly my most expected book of this year together with Addie Laurie.
the night circus is gorgeous i have a good feeling you’d love it, def hope you get to it <3
The way regan described chain of gold was my exact feelings like she couldn’t have explained it any better
Why didn’t you rate the black lives matter books?? Just curious
The Night Circus might ruin you forever for any other book, it’s that good. If you loved the Starless Sea… get ready
48 books? I was excited to see I finished 25 and hope to be around 50 in the end of the year, you’re a machine lol
Weird note but THANK YOU for saying autistic and not “person with autism”. I get really tired of allistic people ignoring autistic people when we say it’s “autistic” not “person with autism”. That was just something I really enjoyed about this video.
I’ve finished 22 books and am working on 4 now. I can’t imagine getting through 48 books already.
Defenitely one of my favourites from this year will be Miracle Creek by Angie Kim, I listened to the audiobook and it’s A+! It’s a courtroom drama, but so much more than that.
Reagan:I have read a 48 books this year.
Me who is just starting his 3rd book:give us a moment for pity’s sake.
Read the red rising series by pierce brown. You won’t be able to put it down. You’re welcome!
Lol julius failed the 2nd rep and you cut the clip shot. It is an impressive lift, just inhuman but it is funny you did that and called it a pr.
Chain of Gold is set in EDWARDIAN*** England. TID was set in Victorian England:)
The first girl is impressive asf, that squat and dead are massive for anyone weighing around 138lbs
Is it ok to read chain of gold without having read any of the other shadow hunter world books?
He can bench whatever he wants he has no physique(i get it he tries to be a powerlifter)
https://youtu.be/vvB4vAor1mE
Here are some of the best books to read based on your age
I can’t find this 13 year old kid anywhere and people in the comments are saying they’ve been following him, where do I find him?
If you loved The Starless Sea, and you love flowery writing, please please read This Is How You Lose the Time War if you haven’t yet. It’s short and incredible. It’s at the top with The Starless Sea in terms of my favorite books I’ve read this year.
Ssj bob looks like he’s going to snap his shit up with those squats lmao
My best books so far were the Winternight Trilogy can’t stop thinking about that one and Wundersmith. I had a really good start this year, but in the last couple of weeks I have read way more 3-star-books…
I gave Hand on the Wall a 4/4.5 rating tooI didn’t want to give it the full 5 stars, because Book 1 definitely was the one that peaked for me.
I am currently reading Shorefall (after having devoured Foundryside) and I am loving it! The characters, the plots and the story are just so good! I read but did not finish The Poppy Wars right when it came out. I think both the switch between the first and second part of the book and the level of grim dark were too much for me at the time (I mean… Some scenes are stomach turning) but you’rz making me reconsider. I might pick it up and finish it.
Thanks for putting these videos out. I love your channel and it is one of the things to pull me through this isolation.
Short:
Maxick muscle control
Never Gymless by Ross Enamait
Legendary Flexibility by Jujimufu
Beyond Bodybuilding by Pavel
Encyclopedia of Indian Physical Culture
Book of Five Rings by Musashi
Book of Family Traditions by Yagyu Munenori
Arwrology by Gordon Perrigard
Issuances of Insanity by Jamie Lewis
ISSA fitness nutrition manual and any college level nutrition texts you can get cheap
Long:
Muscles and muscle control:
-A slew of old time strongman and bodybuilding books and articles by Maxick, Sign Klein, Jowett, etc. Especially anything by freaks like Marvin Eder. (A lot of it is on the ditillo2 blog now)
-Ross Enamait Never Gymless. (Ross is a legit superhuman and makes his living by training elite athletes. Very oldschool and heavy on improvisation, which is what I like. Almost peerless, but Bud Jeffries exists)
-Pavel Beyond Bodybuilding and Power the People. (Just don’t do his high frequency deadlift stuff with conventional deads, please)
-My two stretching books: for the science, Stretching Scientifically by Tom Kurz. But for the hardcore practice of flexibility for jacked athletes, get Legendary Flexibility by Jujimufu.
-a stack of college textbooks and personal trainer study material because fuck broscience.
-Encyclopedia of Indian Physical Culture. Got mine off the old Sandow Plus site. It is an enormous anthology of Indian martial arts, sports, gymnastics, club swinging, swordsmanship, you name it.
-Jamie Lewis books or his blog, same thing. I couldn’t agree less with the guy about food choices, on which he’s a pseudoscientific bullshitter, but he’s one of the most colorful athletic historians out there, equally great for programming and sport psych, even “magic”.
Martial arts:
-1940s and later combat classics but especially ARWROLOGY, which is different, unconventional, a masterpiece written with attitude and heavy on concepts compared to literally anything in its time.
-MUSASHI Book of Five Rings. To be read more than once. So many great concepts.
-Yagyu Munenori Book of Family Traditions, and really any early samurai strategy scrolls you can get. Applies Zen/Chan Buddhist concepts to the art of thinking on your feet and how not to be a stimulus-response fucking robot, as Steve Morris would say.
-Fiore dei Liberi treatises on medieval close combat, and George Silver’s Paradoxes of Defence. I feel like old George and Musashi would have had a fun sit in trash talking other swordsmen of their countries, if they had ever met.
Great video and recommendations! Looking forward for other fantasy books suggestions of yours.
Power to the people by pavel.
Body flow by Scott Sonnon
The 12 seccond sequence by Jorge Cruze
You are your own gym by Mark Lauren
That’s an incredible amount of books to have read already and it’s only July.
I have the first edition of the original paperback version of Arnolds Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding from 1987
400 kg Squat PR by Leonidas Arkona, approx 140kg, https://youtu.be/h5Zb9NmDgEw?t=612
There should always be a goal to your training and fitness routines, and patience is a virtue because strength and conditioning with power requires mind and body training.
I LOVE this channel because Raegan reads a whole variety of books and doesn’t stick to one genre!
You should give us tips how to read so many books in so little times
You’re the reason I read Bringing Down the Duke and it was chef’s kiss
Bill Pearl’s KEYS TO THE INNER UNIVERSE, Stuart McRobert’s BRAWN; Paul Wade’s CONVICT CONDITIONING; Mark Rippetoe STARTING STRENGTH; Greg Everett OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING: A COMPLETE GUIDE FOR ATHLETES & COACHES
Can’t believe I’ve been watching Reagan for almost a decade and I still haven’t read an NK Jemisin novel
Thanks for yet another great video!:) Re: the book on Scottish folkore, I was just wondering if there’s a difference between “fairies/faeries” and “fae”?
Ok just dont show that maddox some kind of failed the 2nd rep
I cannot get enough Fitz! I wish there were more Fitz and Fool fans out there!
that 13 year old wont grow that much more i think, but its a guess
Me at 13: catching a machoke on my DS
Him at 13: is a machoke
Regan, I have to admit as a subscriber of over 5 years now since you were at UT, I feel so connected to you because our madewell obsession has grown at a strikingly identical rate you look so adorable in this video. Giving me all the floral farmer vibes I want!!
I picked up an audible version of Peak. Haven’t got to listen to it yet. I am at about the halfway point for Pavel’s The Quick and the Dead: Total Training for the Advanced Minimalist. That would make for a good video, I would think. Q&D is certainly a fork in the eye of Crossfit and a lot of the training advice on youtube.
Omg red notice had me just . Unreal that we even deal with Russia. Holy shit,
You’re awesome Regan! I look forward to all your videos… and you have the same taste in books I do, fantasy and YA(mostly), so I tend to look to you for new recommendations!
I enjoy reading books and seeing this video makes me want to buy and read the books. Are there new books you want to add to this list?
I’ve had The Poppy War for aaaaages but I’m scared to read it incase I’m expecting too much
If your spotters touch the bar or the weights or you during any lift, the lift does not count…there were so very bad spotters in this mix…
Hope that guy at the end survived…however, total idiots in the gym will often act like total idiots…
Must be nice being physically an adult at 13 years old. I didn’t hit puberty till 16 years old lmao.
I’ve added a good half of these to my TBR! The Madness if Lord Ian Mackenzie sounds great, and The Strange Case of the Alchemists Daughter too.
Nice love the new look of ur vid chair bookcase n cute flowers
The Poppy Wars was beyond amazing! And the Audible is so good. The narrator does an excellent job at infusing her words with so much emotion. You can feel Rin’s poison, rage, and her despair. I can’t reccomend the audible enough. Especially for those who might now like it as much by reading it.
Truly Devious sounds great! Don’t think I’ve ever read a young adult mystery. Definitely adding to my Goodreads TBR:)
Honestly, I’m so glad you gave a 4 and up rating to everything. It’s hard to like that much so many books!
The Night Circus is even better, I promise you that. Amazing, beautiful, colorful, it’s sooooo perfect…
Didn’t Julius fail the 2nd rep? It cuts off but I don’t think he actually got it
I’m really torn on the Poppy War… on the one hand, it was so well-written and just riveting to read. On the other hand (and I feel like kind of a snob for saying this), it really misrepresented Central Asian spirituality and shamanism via its magic system… and since politically China has repressed Central Asia cultures for years, it really bothered me that shamanistic magic was interpreted in such a reductionist way and yet is what is ultimately going to give Rin her power. I haven’t read the second one though, I’m not sure if I will.
How have you been on booktube so long and managed to not read the night circus?? haha for real though, it’s excellent (i feel like there was a trend of ya novels that came out later that were clearly inspired by it.) I hope you’ll try it soon! It’s very atmospheric and beautiful like The Starless Sea but a little less confusing/abstract
Definitely going to need to get a few of these! Thanks for informing me!
I wouldn’t be so quick to go and start defending that 13 year old kid. You should see those Olympic weightlifting training houses, they administer PEDs to their athletes as soon as they start to show a bit of potential. Someone claimed the kids dad coached people like Dallas McCarver so the possibility is definitely there. If he’s natural though, more power to him. He very well could just be a genetic freak.
I have paged through Arnolds New Encyclopedia. I plan on finishing it long-term, there is a lot of information to go through. But, another one you might like is Ori Hoffmeklers The Warrior Diet. A great book about nutrition, training, and lifestyle. I recommend that as well.
What is the best way to improve my soccer skills? I read plenty of superb opinions on the internet about how exactly Episoketren System can help you increase your soccer game. Has anybody tested out this popular training course?
Arnold’s book was not totally written by him. He also used more gear than he admits to.
I have a question… I know you are learning programming for a long time, sooo, how can someone like me who has no idea about programming and pc languages, can learn how to do it and learn website and app development??? * WITHOUT GOING TO UNIVERSITY!!!!!!!
I gotta say, I’ve been waiting for you to read The Poppy War for MONTHS and I’m so glad you did and that you love it! You’re in for a wild ride in the second book. So excited to watch your next reading vlog! <3
Hearing you talk about The Five it reminded me of the The Six. I’m glad we finally get to hear stories about the victims and not just the murderer.
Okay, I really do need to pick up Truly Devious, because I loved hearing you talk about it when I watched your reading vlog when you first read it, and this top 10 list just affirms that it’s held up!
‘Becoming a supple leopard’ by Dr. Kelly Starret is also a great one!
* Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe
* Practical Programming by Mark Rippetoe
* Olympic Weightlifting by Greg Everett
* Built to the Hilt by Josh Bryant
* Built to the Hilt the strength and power edition by Josh Bryant
Would you consider, Special Strength Development for all sports by Louie Simmons
Read the starless sea because of you and it was AMAZING (highly recommend the audiobook.) Just finished the night circus and erin morgenstern is UP THERE with my favorite authors now. Also the glasses? the overalls? the florals?? we stan this look
I loooooooove these videos it’s one of my favourite times on Booktube. Hooray for The Five, my favourite non fiction of 2020. Inside This Place, Not of It sounds really horrifying yet powerful and important. I need to get to Unicorn in the second half of this year. As I might The Strange Case of the Alchemists Daughter.
Unicorn by Amrou-Al-Kadhi is one of the best books I have ever read. It is emotive and I cried reading it. Such a brilliant account of the struggle to be accepted in a world where you do not fit in. Amazing book.
Great video! I’ve added Unicorn to my tbr based on your review
I’d say the best book I’ve read this year so far was the first book I finished this year: Reaper Man by Sir Terry Pratchett
If you’re interested in other historical romance with autism rep, I’d suggest giving An Unseen Attraction by K.J. Charles a try
Definitely getting the Alchemist’s Daughter and the governess book! Thanks a lot for the recos. I’d like to recommend you a couple of middle grades you might enjoy according to what you’ve read. A Pinch of Magic by Michelle Harrison is a story of a witch family focusing of 3 witch sisters, don’t want to give away any more of the plot:) Another is Emma Carroll’s Strange Star, in which Mary Shelly is a side character, and the story of the book actually fictionalizes how she was inspired to write Frankenstein. It’s a great historical middle grade with lots of atmosphere, science and a mystery. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it:)
I loved both the Incorrigible Children series, and the series beginning with The Strange Case of the Alchemist’s Daughter. I need to read Truly Devious! Thank you for sharing your list with us
Very, very well done! Also, awaiting the digital ebook of yours! I own three of these already. My mother, when I was a teen and first interested in fitness training (which I got from her) bought me The New Encyclopaedia of Modern Bodybuilding. I bought The World’s Fittest Book months ago because I saw it in one of your videos in the background and thought it may be interesting. Later in the week, Tim Ferriss spoke about it in one of his podcasts (which I would love to hear him interview you, now that I think about it I’ll try to message him), so I knew I had to have it if the both of you owned a copy! I had The Art of Expressing the Human Body since my teens also, since I already owned The Tao of Jeet Kune Do. Thank you immensely and I think I saw some extra books on your shelf that looked interesting too; any chance of a next top books list? Have a great evening!
The Night Circus is the most immersive, transportive novel I’ve ever read. Erin Morgenstern’s gorgeous writing just brings the incredible illusions in the book completely to life. I hope you get to it soon.
Jen, thank you for another round of stellar recommendations. I read The Alchemist daughter after you raved on GD, IG and here. I loved it I am leaning towards Giant days now.
Kinda sucks the roids got to my man so young. No matter, that kind of bench is insane
May I recommend “The Sun Down Motel” by Simone St. James (yes, everyone and their literate dog has read it but still…). I’d be curious as to your views.
if that kid is not on any enhancements drugs then fk me his in the 0.0001% of natural strength
I ALSO MENTIONED FEW MORE BOOKS IN THE VIDEO DESCRIPTION, SO DON’T FORGET TO CHECK IT OUT
Arnold’s encyclopedia. Aka that one book Bioneer always punches when he was talking about conditioning the knuckles.
13 years is way waaaay to early to take any kind of roids. That kid is going to regret that decision when his old, if he gets old.
Try reading missing person my Patrick modiano it’s a good book
I just don’t get the daisy Jones book. Worst book i read this year
Huh she gave a 5/5 to chain of gold but says it is trash? I don’t understand
Oh, I listened to “Unicorn” based on your recommendation, it definitely became one of my favourites this year!
How about The Witcher workout for speed, reflexes and endurance, huh? Could you do a video on that?
So… I should be reading. But I’m on my phone. And I’m listening to someone talking about books. So not that bad right?
Also, yay! Love your book recommendations.:)
