If your wondering why it says missing file on the picture that showed up it was supposed to be a picture of the 100 servings size container on amazon but I guess it didn’t upload, sorry about that but if you want to see what the picture would’ve looked like just click the first link in the description!
What’s your favorite vegetable? One of mine is broccoli!

With the world news “con” of home cooking, possible arguments agreeing with them is that 1. there are many food deserts in North America, where fresh fruits and vegetables especially are expensive and outside many people’s budgets, and 2. Having the time, energy, and skills/ability to know how to cook veggies that you’re unfamiliar with is a priviledge that middle and upper income people have, but lower income people don’t have.
The ability to use “home cooking” to create a majority of your meals is a higher income priviledge. So while that might not exactly have been World News’ specific argument, it is AN argument against home cooking.
As a vegan I can’t help but support it just for the animals and the environmental benefits of eating fewer animal products.
I have been struggling on how to add fruits and veggies into my daily life and I think this approach might help. I am going to add her on Instagram. Thank you for doing this video and sharing this information.
Another great product review! I cannot Imagine the taste! but if it works I think I would be able to try it! lol
Is the grass able to be digested, animals stomachs are different?
What is that accent? Sounds like Australian with a hint of German or Boston lol
Honestly, my ED tried to sway me away from being vegetarian (my brain was telling me “processed foods!! no!!”). I then had to sit down with myself and evaluate values that are important to me. The more digging I did, the less important my appearance seemed to be. Maybe one day I can be vegan solely for animal welfare and environmentalism, but I know looking at my list of fear foods (mostly) filled with dairy, today’s not that day.
Not saying you’re not happy all the time, but this video you have such a good happy vibe
EDIT: the no free food rule literally wouldn’t work considering I’m pursuing culinary school lol
This seems less like a diet, and more of a guide to eating adventurously. It’s more like how to have a wide variety of choices but presented in a fun way. I’m intrigued. It’s just too bad that it’s presented with the word diet connected to it. And at the same time, it’s kind of how I’m already eating. So I don’t see the point I guess ultimately of adopting it. Unless I treat it just like another cookbook.
I’ve always identified as a flexitarian but had no idea there’s a real diet! I def will look into this. I recently completed whole30 and learned a lot about food. Im accustomed to low carb bc of the whole30 program and I’m already lactose intolerant so i don’t eat dairy. I’m also always game for meat replacements and vegan cuisine seeing as I haven’t ate pork since 2011 and i don’t eat beef but once a few months. I love veggies and fruits. I typically get more veggies in by juicing. Love that this diet i already 90% of what I already consume. Thanks for the review.
All about the flexitarian stuff but this non scale stuff is really damaging to people who are obsese. The numbers DO matter because it’s a direct reflection of how healthy you are.
Ha, funny, just bought green superfood powder too, been mixing it through my protein shake together with some matcha powder, so good <3
And I’m with you on keeping treats in the house. Since adopting IE principles, they no longer scare me, and I want to model that for my teen daughter. She doesn’t pay much attention to them except when I ask everyone if they want ice cream. Seems like I was the only one worried about bingeing on the packaged treats. progress is sweet.
In your opinion which is better Ladder Green or Athletic Green thanks
