This is way too general because the quality of supplements is down to the individual manufacturer and type of supplement. Generally all multivitamins are bullshit, a waste of money. He is completely wrong about Vitamin C. It does NOT need the cofactors to be used well. The Vitamin C experts have proven this not to be the case. Ascorbic Acid is the purest and best used by the body. You cannot get high dose Vitamin C through foods.

Titanium dioxide is in almost every multivitamin to include silica as well. They don’t have to be in the vitamins and especially the nano sized titanium dioxide is linked to colon cancer.
