UltraBoost sucks ass, definitely not for serious runner’s only for sneakerheads
Thanks for the updates, Jami! Where the adidas SL20 review at? Very great pair of trainers 😉
Didn’t realize how helpful a pull tab is on a shoe until I bought my first Hoka.
Like the Bondi 6 so much I bought a few more and now just ordered and waiting on Clifton 6.
I appreciate your channel. been a subscriber for a while but this virus has made me get back into the sport. You make quality content. Thank you.
Hey bro just found your vids.
What are your thoughts on the vapourfly/ ultraboost as a cushion shoe?
I’ve just started running and my knees are taking a hit. I lifted a lot of weights and now I need to run lol.
Take care and stay safe man.
Wait… They’re not released yet? I bought them yesterday but I can’t find them in any online shop
Another great review, keep up the great work. Question, I have love-hate relationship with Hoka. I have a wide foot and find just about all their shoes are just to narrow. However the Arahi 4 (wide) has been awesome. I don’t need the support but it seems so slight in this shoe I don’t mind.
My question is how does the toe box width in the Clifton 7 compare to that of the Arahi 4?
Keep up the great work on the reviews and the content!
The comments section is like post post post post post review review review
Do you live in Nacogdoches? I could have sworn I saw an SFA flag or lumberjack sign in one of your past videos.
If so… #Axe em
That’s my Alma mater!
Love the reviewpretty comprehensive, love the personability…and the sass 😉
I think I’ll purchase the Clifton 6 on sale until they do a different update for the Clifton 8 (whenever that might be).
I’ve fallen in love with the Rincon’s. I use the Rincon for fartleks/shorter faster doubles while using the Clifton’s for normal longer runs. Looking into the Evo Rehi for faster workouts.
Have Bondi 6, Clifton 6, NB1080 V10 and Beacon 2
They are all great but Clifton 6 is the best. Perfect
Hi Jamie, Can you do a comparaison between the Clifton 7 v Asics Novablast please ASAP.
Thx
Hoka shoes have some malformations at the arch area and they make me feel uncomfortable..and as i know more people have the same feeling when wearing them. I hope they improve so i can run in a Hoka too.
Stay Safe
Clifton 3 is the best Clifton ever. Did you ever get your hands on the Napali 2?
Ηι great video!
A question for you, which one do you prefer most, the vomero 14 or this one?
The inner arch in the Clifton 6 was way to narrow, cutting in my foot…so I never understood the hype of the Clifton. The ahari was superior in every way in my humble opinion.
Just order Clifton 6 should land today..and now I see this video..bugger!!!
Jami, what running bottoms are they you are wearing in this vid?
I wonder how the Clifton 7 compares to the Saucony Endorphin Shift. Apparently people compare the shift with the Bondi.
Where did you find the 7s was told the are not coming out till August..
You said that clifton is last longer than rincon. How long is “last long” based on your test?
I’ve had lots of shoes with pulltabs and never EVER used them. Flares? I’ve ALWAYS used them! #TeamFlares
The Bondi is Hoka’s most cushioned shoe, always has been and still is.
as a 200+ pounder the Clifton 6 is my favorite training shoe, thanks for the review I will definitely be getting a pair of the 7’s
I love the Clifton 6 so much! I’m glad Hoka didn’t change much, but what I’m really waiting for is the Clifton Edge!
Is it wider than the 6? I needed to go 2E in the 6 because it was putting my toes to sleep.
So excited for the C7 & R2 last years models were both my favs
Toe box fit C6 Vs C7 v R2? I tried C5 but too narrow will all of these be better than C5?
Can’t see much difference from the 6 apart from the upper right changes.
Which one would you choose clifton or rincon for a first marathon aiming sub 3h45?
great review I have Gel cumulus 21 and can you compare with 880 v10?
I wish they made that color in women’s sizes! My foot is too small to fit in the smallest shoe that this color comes in, and I can’t stand any of the women’s colors.
Hey Jamie! Great to know that Clifton has not change the midsole. I have a question: how many miles did you get from the clifton 6 before retire them? I guess that will give us some info about durability
Am i seeing the New Balance Beacon v3 in the background? Cmon cuh make a review:D
Meg carrying the channel. Literally Jami hands all AV equipment over while sipping on bubly
Your audio dramas would be because of them pesky 5G towers 😉
Yo Jamison… When is the Nike Peg 37 dropping and what is your take on the New Balance running like a brand?
I love the Rincon but the major problem is the wear on it ♂️. Rincon’s versatility is where it shines.
Hey man great Vid. I purchased Bondi 6 this year and they feel really good for long runs. I’ve always been Asics guy and they are part of my rotation. How do these 2 shoes compare to Bondi
Megan (Meghan?) is a keeper! Make sure you treat her right, Jami-boy! Professionally, that is. That didn’t come out right. Aight, imma head out.
How would you rate the Clifton v7 vs the Skechers GoRun Ride 8 Hyper?
I’m interested in how they compare mostly for long training runs (10-20 miles).
Wearing Clifton 6 for about 4 months (due to corona only one time a week run 7-10km) I think i like better my 6’s more ankle support, cause its plush comfy shoe, trying being lighter…dunno.
Is it bad that I though about Jami when I saw this shoe doesn’t have the pull tab.
Have and LOVE Clifton 6. Clicked Like button before watching this
Looking forward to see a Pegasus 37 review on your next review video:) If not next, next video review:)
I actually liked the fit of the old shoes better. I have a very wide midfot, so the new fit of the Clintons destroy my Arches with massive blisters. I have not tried the Wide versions tho.
I like Hokas but the sizing is really inconsistent, Rincon too long, Speed goat too short. Hupana fits me great but has durability issues; Clifton just a bit too much cushion. Still hoping to find the ideal long run Hoka!
How if you compared the cushioning between clifton 7 vs bondi 6?
I run in the Clifton 6 for that extra cushioning. When I wear it down some more I’ll probably go for the Clifton 7
Question does the clifton 7 have any more cusion or toe box room compared to the 6 and any thoughts on bonds 7 vs 6. I do have metatarsal issue pain. I currently have a newbalence 990 v4 any suggestions or thoughts
Jamie could you show Reebok some love. The Reebok harmony road 3.5 needs some love.
Whats the big deal about pull tabs, they are pretty much useless imo.
If you could only choose 1, would it be Clifton 7 or Novablast?
That 1:51 feel like your cousin review. I thought u will play John Cena music intro! This shoe could get a A+ with PULL TAB! Why don’t Hoka just married Rincon and Clifton and have them a baby! I watching the post review, review using my left ear, then it’s ok when I switch it portrait. Sorry just too much to say, missing Jami, and the team, #ThankYouMegan, and missing running. Thanks for bringing this video Jami
Thanks for the awesome video this helps to know what shoes I can use for running or walking long distance… anyways we subscribed I hope we can get one back
If you would make top 5 or top 10 for long distance road running shoes it would be amazing + please give durability review also
My favorite reviews are the ones with you running in them. When I first stumbled on this channel(a couple yrs ago),I was hooked because I didn’t see any brothers who ran and had a running channel reviewing running shoes. That was dope for the culture. I like your guest runners(Meghan is the best),but more of you for the culture
I don’t know how I got there but my interest in running shoes just spiked…
