lol big case i have my uncles pc which is in a corsair 900D with like none of the accessories
really like this compilation that you would not include and (Iron Sports water bottle) on my channel is included
Went with the Leatt Dbx 5.0…great jacket! Thx for the Video and
Great nuanced video with rigorous testing as per usual thanks! If you’re reviewing big cases I’d love to see a review of the Define 7 XL.
The “High performance fabric” in the front is completely useless and is pretty much just for looks, but the filter following that is good design. It’s reasonably dense to stop some dust, and being thin, won’t restrict airflow so much. The downside of that kind of material is that it’s soft but the plastic reinforcements help with that. Some months ago I removed a useless sturdy mesh from my case that was sitting right against a thin, soft, mesh (which I then had to glue in the front by its edges), and the airflow improved a lot, which was shown by temp drop, but also increased dust accumulation, which also means the filter is working.
As a practical person, I’d love a case with this kind of reinforced, semi fine dust filter but I’d also like it to be accessible as the most outer part of the case to make vacuuming it easier. Appearance focused people wouldn’t like a soft, dust magnet case front though.
Most optimal cooling in my theory would be having as little empty space as possible (not too wide case), because it leads to faster airflow, and as big portion of the width of the case as possible filled with fans, and when cooling cpu by air, the cooler should barely fit the case, so that as much air as possible will go through the cooler. Total airflow volume doesn’t matter if the air goes through empty space past the components. The case should have as few leakage points so that all the air goes to the top and back through the components. Especially if you are doing positive pressure, large holes in sides and bottoms will create pathways where air goes from front of the case straight out without cooling any components. So, I believe that instead of filling case designs with holes, the desired airflow path should be planned beforehand and executed that way. More fan setup “choices” only make every setup worse.
Have you tried the silicone collapsible bottle? I love it so much. My favorite bottle when I go hiking and travel.
I got mines @ squeezingbottle.com
why do people buy these huge cases is beyond my understanding.
Lol good for the bottle, its smart enough to know how much you need to drink and you a rational human being dont? Ridiculous

have to say that reviews on cases like the Dynamic and this case do not really show their cooling, if you buy these cases you are going to go either water cooling or heaps of quality fans. Then you have budget cases that come with fans and people dont care about anything but cost
and just remove the cable cover because the side panel hides it anyway……..
OMG these bottles hold so little water. I can drink 10 Oz in one serving. If we’re going to spend so much money on a bottle you’d think they’d make a high volume capacity container.
I am no longer interested in cases like this since discoverering the world of sff
Fab video, but really disappointed you didn’t have any price guide.

My own system I assembled in April is a Lian Li O11 XL with a Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360R AIO cooling a 3950X mounted to the side as intake, 3 Cooler Master MasterFan MF120 Halo Duo-Ring fans mounted to the bottom as intake, and a Cooler Master MasterFan ARGB/PWM Hub to sync all the lights. It all looks great and keeps my CPU around 65C with the room at 21C. I plan to get 4 more of those Halo Duo-Ring fans, 3 will be mounted on top as intake, and 1 will be an exhaust on the back.
The whole static pressure through a filter thing got me thinking. Is there a hard point where you can say it makes more sense to use static pressure optimized fans for your front intake over airflow-focused ones? (Like when it’s a filtered but closed front panel like the standard P400 panel vs. the P400A panel or a Meshify panel.)
So my first thought was “Who would build two systems in a single case”. Then my second thought was “Wait, that’s just what I need”. I’m short of space at my desk but I have two systemsmy gaming PC, and an off-lease Dell prebuilt that I use as a DVR, because it’s dumb to keep my power hunger gaming computer powered up 24 /7 just to record a cat walking by at 3:00 AM. My third thought was “I bet that dual power supply isn’t particularly efficient when only the secondary system is running”. The Dell has a 220 watt power supply which is perfectly adequate for running the Core i5 CPU and a hard drive and the system only normally draws 60 watts or so when idling.
This list doesn’t review by compare and contrast, it just lists the values as stated by the marketers. It would actually be useful if you just outlined the unique qualities of each, as they all do a lot of the same thing. Personally, regular sips and going for a piss keeps my body at the correct hydration, but hey, to each their own.
Aorus PSU… woah i got surprised… when did they start selling it?
Why the shade with that broken rear exhaust fan? Watch to the end to find out. Great and honest review.
Maybe not the “coolest” looking case when only have an atx mb, an Nh-D15, or similar big cooler, and a long 3 slot gpu, but sure the COOLEST, if you put 3 Arctic p14 in the front and one in the back and top, and 2 p12 to the bottom, under the gpu. Great review!

plz dont wear a mask on a video:( for any employee…your in a private closed office!
Using the Phantex fans for the ‘stock’ test is a fairer analysismaybe redo any nonfan stock cases like the Lian Lee with their own branded fans and save high end fans such as Noctuas for a standardised fan test across all cases.
the original enthoo primo is much better than this thing and the 719 that it is based on. 2 480mm rads, massive clearance, plenty of drive mounts. and that was 5 years ago or so off top of my head. guess i will go with the o11xl then
who the hell is using cases this big anymore, mini-itx the way of life now.
1 gpu. 1 aio. 4 fans total. done.
Lian li > everything the only downside is that if you have high-end components, it’s gonna weigh like 50-60 pounds. I can’t carry my 0-11 easily.
Very good info, would like to suggest following
1. It would be great to show actual configuration changes of the case, or product, cgi highlighted, before showing charts for that configuration, and
2. would be great to add more water cooled configurations, with different mounting options
Can you do a review of the Kediers Atx Open Frame Panoramic Viewing Gaming Computer Case? It is one of those overkill rgb cases but is cheaper than the Lian Li O11 XL while including 7 RGB Fans.

9SIAP61BG50327-ProductThat is an almost comically large computer case. I kept expecting an impossible number of clowns to climb out of the I/O shield.
I think people are just trying to 1 up each other on size. Pretty soon their going to be mini-fridges and offer ‘extreme arctic cooling’… because its a mini fridge.
This case feels like it was designed by someone drunk on a Monday morning
What single board computer would you put inside of a case that was too small to support dual motherboards?
Wow I been waiting on this video forever after spending weeks doing research between the two, but not finding much on the enthoo despite it being such a decent case. Shame, I got the dynamic XL though about 3 weeks ago
The EnthooLuxe2 was my second build, and WICKED above my skill level:( I got my cables managed nicely, however… I did need a splitter and 1 extension. I did not get the RevoltX, yet. While seating my R3900X, I got Thermal Grizzle on the interior of my case, and spent HOURS trying to clean it off (DO NOT USE ANY 190 PROOF, smells bad). The included fan hub works nice, TY Phanteks:) Currently, I have the Castle 360ex mounted in front intake. 4×120 side exhaust. 3x 140 top intake, 2×120 bottom intake (for the ASUS Strix RX5700XT, with new paste and the washer mod). Its not as loud as you think:P going for custom loop, per 2cents =D
the size of my system is average i suppose. more work space in the case you say? take my money!
This case should fit the same number and size of radiators as the O11XL. If you put a 360 in the front, top and bottom, they should all fit. You’re only limited once you use a 480 in the front, then you should only be able to fit a 240 at the bottom.
So 3×360 = 1080. 480(F)+360(T)+240(B)=1080. Installing a 360 in the front means you can install a 360 in the bottom. Exactly the same as the O11XL.
Phanteks sucks for giving you guys such a short timeline along with no accessories.
The P600 is a much better looking case. It also has “ThE fAbric”, a roomy interior and 3 140s out of the box. It would almost certainly be right up near the top of the charts here for cooling. It also doesn’t have any of the weirdness of this case, and is more user friendly. I’m surprised you haven’t reviewed it yet, though I suppose the P500 review would be a close-ish match.
Phanteks cases are ugly and cheap imo. They feel and look very flimsy. Lian Li has much better quality from my experience.
What is your go to waterproof jacket? Which of the ones in this video is your favourite? Let us know!
I almost thought you were going to say it Weighs 140 lbs not cost 140$ lol
Great treasures, some cleanups awesome. Bicycles and safes, guns knifes and jewelry love them all that’s why we have so much fun recovering the past, if only we had canals IN USA,. Maybe that wooden box/safe was from church offering box. Great video, Cheers.
Hi, is there a reason you never reviewed the P600S? I´m thinking about getting it for my next build and would really like to know about its performance
i got the luxe2 and i love the big space chasm to be honest. its just so much easier to do anything to the pc. especially if youre like me and you like to tinker with your pc every other week or something.
This is an awful design. That shroud concerns me as first time builder may cut into the cables without realizing and damage the system. NOT OK
I’m still rocking the Thermaltake Core X9 best case ever. Still have not found something I can’t fit into it.
Sometimes I feel like the only person in the universe still using DVD/Blue Ray Drives in his Computer lol
I think the missed trick with this case is that the front panel is too close to the side vent, stopping you from really installing 3 fans at the front, a AIO/Closed loop on the side and then the tightness at the top means you can’t really add more fans in.
It seems a great case for custom loops but a shame that they didn’t just play a little more with the placement/size of certain areas to make the entire thing a killer air system/AIO heavy dual system. But when it undercuts most good mid towers in pricing before including fans, you can’t expect TOO much. The original Enthoo Pro was great and I was hoping they’d release a double 200mm fan system but I guess this is their “equivalent”.
Those providers are ones that pay this guy. Since he’s Australian he imports the goods from these total crap Chinese manufacturers which are Lian Li and Phanteks. So pathetic. Money for nothing. All he’s channel is 100% biased in favor of those low level Chinese cases. His graphs, his comments, everything. He’s not legit.
11:45 that’s because no one in their right mind would use the front headphone jack for audio instead of a dac or even the motherboard’s audio outputs. Front panel audio invites electrical interference most notably clicking
So much going on after Intel’s latest announcements, who will be the first to produce content addressing yet another Intel failure. AMD stock now trading at near $70.00 while Intel is nearing $50.00. And it will be two years before Intel can catch up.
10:40 I too thought it was for a 5.25 inch bay. I thought, finally a case that includes that so I can put my bluray drive in it. But it’s just a cover for the front ports. Lame.
the two fans with single missing fins f’d me up. I thought my eyes were lying to me xD.
Hey. Water bottle makers. I don’t want a hydration coach. I think I can figure out when to drink water. On the other hand I’d like the bottle to keep water cold if it’s cold. Or the water hot, if the water is already hot. A thermos. I’ve had one of these thermos water bottles for over a decade. So what else can water bottle makers do. Well the bottle could heat or cool the liquid, as desired. That’s useful. What maybe isn’t needed; but would be nice. Is if the water bottle could create shaved or crushed ice.
Really? 1:56 FFS, why in the hell are that GPU’s not in freaking parallel? The main reason for doing a parallel setup other than the sheer beauty of it is because every giant brain cell that sees it will tell you that you can’t do that.
The ROG logo is not hard to scrape off without scratching the glass lol
Can you please suggest me a pc case in 90 dollars.
My budget is 85-90$
Steve, you’ve been saying this a few times now. But the ROG logo on the o11xl glass is removable now. I’ve heard a lot of people say so and I removed it on my unit without much issue.
FYI I bought a Lian Li O11 XL about a month ago and the ROG logo was a sticker only, no etching. Scraped right off.
I’m still using my Anidees AI-Crystal, although the Phanteks P500 looks like it might be a worthy upgrade.
I’ve had a Phantex Enthoo Lux for years great airflow and room for my ROG and AIO,and 5 drives. average 45c with a 4790k running @ 4.8 ghz.

The Endura Mt500 waterproof jacket blows the rest out of the water.

good vid otherwise
Good Morning everyone.
Aside the review, I’ve a questionimportant:
If norton etc programs are “bloatware” then exactly how so? And what do you recommend then for people to protect their systems???!!! (As simply windows defender is frowned upon…)
I’m not in cyber-security, however, there is benefit to a program dedicated to protecting one’s intellectual property in the system, as well as the functional integrity of the system in general. Its your MO, Beve Sturke, to say “Nay” WHILE pointing to what DOES WORK.
A comment and/or placing this topic on the list of topics for discussion for a video in the near future, would definately benefit MANY PEOPLE.
Especially after you stated that Norton ( and other similar programs ) are “bloatware” yet not offering any further information as to why and how, nor a solution you have found to be efficient in protecting one’s computer system.
Many now are in SERIOUS financial trouble, and the last thing needed is for their system to be compromised by bored hackers that now really have nothing but to sit and do what they do!
Thanks for putting some light on this important subject!!!
PsExcellent review here. Lol..”…So too, is a giant whole…”
Blatant honesty is POWER!!! (ergo your subscription viewer number!) Coupled with EXACT NUMBERSvery good. Mathematics is ABSOLUTEwhy it’s a favorite subject that has NOTHING to do with “opinions” and so “abrasive” professors can’t do much to irritate etc certain students, like they can in other subjects.
THANKS for the reply concerning certain products you have btw. And it was fast too!appreciation my friends.
Who didn’t use Norton and why? Why use another?can these programs be affirmed to be effective and how so? In what areas? Does the program info itself upon blocking x amount of attempts reflect what happened or what’s trying to happen?Or is it misleading and simply there to make the customer think what they purchased is dropping fantastic defensive things for their systems?
Perhaps a lot of viewer feedback upon this would make it an easier problem to fix./explain. And a chart/s that show the pros and cons of various protective software for our most prized possessions!!!
I most certainly would like to see these facts versus the plain marketing claims by just the companies making these programs, and stores opinions that are swayed by their own need to simply make money.
Have a great day people! And hats off, again, to GN Team and their great info here.
Thought the internal is more like the Enthoo LuxeII/719 and not the P600S??
I’ve been waiting for this case since first announced and my ideal current setup would be…
Moving my 3900x w/D15 and 5700xt Red Devil build into this and building a Zen 2 APU streaming PC in the ITX space.
Can anyone think of a better case for this idea?
I went with the Corsair Crystal 680x, got an H100i RGB Pro XT 240mm w/ 2 ML120 fans (I dont plan to use), and the case came with 3 x LL120, so i bought another 3-pack of LL120. I didnt want a much bigger one though, so this is more than perfect. My original first pc I was getting last year (my first pc in 15 years) was going to be in a Crystal 280x, and it had a 6600k and a GTX 1060 for $600. Or a 1070 swapped over for $100 more at $700. I didn’t get it, but I swore when I had the money I would, and I was getting a new x570, and was going to go mATX so I could get the 280x, but I said fuck it and got a better ATX board and just decided on the larger case.
Watch our best airflow cases round-up here! https://youtu.be/XsMNu0gWlZw
Comparison between 719 (Luxe 2) and Pro 2? I’m going to build a 2 system setup and now that i’ve seen this case I don’t know which one to buy!
Can 140mm fans be mounted between the mesh and the mounting bracket on the front of the case (without dust filter)?
1:50 Right now it’s just a sticker and it’s removable.
Just the first batches had a non removable one.
I have the original Phanteks Enthoo Pro. Pro 2 is such a downgrade, it’s ridiculous. Fits less hardware (e.g. downgrade from six to four hard drives (out of the box, without purchasing extra brackets, original Pro could fit more hard drives thanks to 5.25 slots), downgrade from three 5.25 devices to zero), while being needlessly larger. Pro 2 is also riveted; Pro was held by screws, allowing for easier case modding.
I just love that in the marketing materials they show a four air-cooled GPU configuration, without having an option for side panel with a fan mount, like some Fractal cases have.
Correction, both 480mm rads can be used at the same time I’ve done it in the luxe 2. The catch is there’s only 1 company that makes the radiators thin enough to fit both at the same time and that’s Xspc they make 20.5mm ultra thin rads and they will fit simultaneously in both locations you just have to mount the fans in the back of the back radiator
This Comment is not about this video, but I gust watched a video about the cooler master nr200.
I think that silverstone could make a case simmla to the NR200 but with its 180mm fan in the top/bottom
So they took the Enthoo 719/Luxe 2 and made it slightly more disappointing and did not fix the issues the 719 had. The main issue I had with mine was I could not fit a slim 480 front rad plus a slim 360 top rad due to poor fan mount layout on the top only allowing it to placed in one spot…. which interfered with the slim 480 rad and made soft tubing runs impossible. Also the top slim rad + standard 120mm fans starts to cover the top of the motherboard…. which in the case of a Asus Formula board; interferes with the top VRM waterblock port. Why Phanteks could not make that 25mm higher is a question I should not have to ask. Honestly, imo this case should not exist. It is just another way for Phanteks to sell a “new case” when really it is not new.
Hello Friend!! we loved the video, it’s very interesting and entertaining so we like it and subscribe to the channel
I really don’t get why this has a closed side panel option and a TG option but the P500A is only TG. I just want USB-C, Closed Side Panel with Front Mesh!
Looks very similar to a Enthoo 719 but with an opened front panel.
Да он задолбал со своими крутиляторами. Лучше, когда вентилаторы не идут в комлекте с корпусом, потому что, когда производитель их туда ставит они хреновые и лучше просто Arctic F12 купить и успокоится
On your standardized fan test why do you only use three noctua fans total?
Well the Enthoo 719 that the pro 2 is based on can fit two 480 rads I’m going to say this guy can. You’re limited in the thickness to 30 mm but they do fit (barely.)
I think you could add a second channel of Patric building PC. No talking, just quick buildup of the things you review on your channel 😉
I don’t need anymore my job because of, e z g o o d p a y.c o m
Don’t know why you have so few likes, but I thought this video was well thought out! (besides that time you said number three was number five and that last weird audio cut lol)
Steve, you really need to quit whining about the ROG logo on the 011D-XL. I own one and look at it every single day. Do you know how many times that little logo has pissed me off? Absolutely zero because I dont even notice it. You sound like a whiney little twit everytime you mention it because you mention it every single time you talk about this case. Guess what bud, you are the only one that strokes out about it. Get over it.
Review the P600s please. Really don’t know why you completely skipped it and the lack of it is one of the reasons I haven’t pulled the trigger on it yet for my next build later this year. Though these Pro 2 results do give me more assurance for the P600s’ performance as it’s more or less just a smaller version of it.
Speaking of Define 7 XL would be quite interested in seeing it reviewed and compared to other large cases, as well as its normal version. I particularly wonder if the extra air beneath GPU and above CPU would act as a heat soak and positively impact thermals (and noise), at least short-term, or just mess with airflow because of the additional 5.25″ bay slot and exhaust fan placement.
So glad I found this vid.
Enthoo pro 2 checks my needs spec wise.
we saw all p600s variants in this channel but not actual p600s itself. hope you test it sometime
7:42 Pure bovine fecal matter. She told us you never have trouble with straps.
GN: We love mesh cases
Also GN: Lol look at this dumb fabric, may as well have a test bench
There were some pretty awesome find! Glad Thanks for adding me in, I am glad I could contribute!
