I started boxing classes 2 weeks ago. Really enjoying it, but it’s an adjustment for sure. I almost passed out that first week from not eating enough. I’m assuming my blood sugar dropped really low by the symptoms I was having. (That’s what google said anyway, lol). I up’d my calories and have been fine this week.
A strict diet afterwards is way more effective than exercise. Don’t get me wrong though I love exercising for entirely different reasons.
I love swimming. I swim for an hour everyday. I never swam before my surgery. 9 months post op now. I also indulge in yoga, pilates and steps
