How Yoga Tames Your Mind. The yoga practices of asana, pranayama, and meditation are methods that we can use to train the mind to focus on the present. This is desirable because the monkey mind is in an agitated state. It dreads something that may occur in the future or fixates on something that happened in the past.
The monkey mind can not exist in the present moment, but rather is constantly distracted by the thoughts that pass through. I find difficult to understand her accent
I spent, 30 years in new York but I didn’t have problem speaking to blacks in Bronx
I love your voice, it’s soothing and helpful! Thank you for this.
Thanks Bob! I do this three times a week (alternating with quiet meditation).
This meditation is fantastic!
9:04 to 9 09 will give you an indication of how she still identifies with her judgemental mind. Notice the expression on her face made with the words she says.
The overall impression from her facial expressions in general show that she has lived a life of pain and suffering. The problem is, it was INTENTIONAL! Brought about by misunderstanding of the teaching. The so called “lamas” have a lot of blame on their hands. Totally unnecessary.
I’ll train my monkey to sleep @ 9:00
Wake up @ 4:00– 5:00

can i reach turiya by doing japa with om and being aware of awareness at the same time?
I always envision This happening inside of my mind too. My favourite part is when the monkey sits down and is calm
Distractions at prayer?
If you are distracted ten thousand times, then you had ten thousand opportunities of returning to God. (cf., Fr.Thomas Keating)
Life in every breath, every cup of tea….. every life we take, “The way of the warrior ” The Last samurai (film)
I don’t know what I have stumbled Into but I am so thankful I have found this
Thank you for this gift, you’re so knowledgeable, I’ve shared this on mental health chatrooms, they really appreciate it, as do I
I want that bell at 1:31. where can I get one with that sound ie with long echo.
Okay, I want you to understand something for me. Your mind being “restless” is how ideas come about. You don’t really need to “train” your mind. Let it run free, just don’t do anything you know you’ll regret.
I really feel Good…. after watch your video…. Tq………Love u a lot……..
really really liked your tips Mindah. Thank you so very much:)
I love headspace it is relaxing and fun also check out calm light
Awesome interpretation of Mind as Monkey Mind, True Mind Can’t Stick on The Same Thought, Runs Here and There and all over Like Monkey, Thank You for Making Realization about Mind in the Monkey Way
This is one of the greatest blood pressure solution I have read “yumkum shocking guide” (G00GLE it). Simple language is utilized to write it, which means it is easy to understand and do. I strongly recommend this book for everyone wishing to lower her or his blood pressure level. I dropped my blood pressure below 120/80 using this plan.
The mind also is enlightened LEFT-HAND Tantra, the mind the body and the spirit are one take all of samsara into nivarna and it will be redeemed. That is also Buddhism.
I struggle to understand what the difference is between meditation and sleeping or watching television.
Gonna meditate underwater, gonna be fun
Edit: Not fun don’t try it.
I have found that sometimes I have some coughing (especially when doing group meditation). I have also noticed this when I work on some clients when I begin working on the head and neck or throat area (I am a massage therapist). Am I correct that it has something to do with the throat chakra?
are you crazy? that sounds incredible. so funny to watch, to hear & to understand it. your messages are so clear and focused. thanks a lot <3
Aaah, I have a human mind ty. God is not the author of confusion. Um bye bye confusion. Sholom

Thank you for these tips. I am actually novice to meditation. What you might say about introduction to meditation from Alan Watts (there are audios here on YouTube) and about use of mantras?
If you are distracted ten thousand times, then you had ten thousand opportunities of returning to God. (cf., Fr.Thomas Keating).
There is a reason we have a mind so we can communicate to fellow human beings. Telepathy is would unbearable to live with and we would be reacting only.
Wow. I like all your work and am having a real good intro into Buddhism

Hey Mindah, I hope you are well! There hasent been an upload from you in 2 years. I’m honestly such a big fan of your channel and your explanations, your so different from other Buddhist channels on YT, and I know you may be busy but honestly it would be great to see more videos from you! I’ve started to learn about Buddhism, and your channel has kept me motivated! Seriously Mindah, you are amazing! Sending lots of love from England
I’m studying best plans for focusing and discovered an awesome resource at Wilfs Blueprint System (google it if you are interested)
I’ve had trouble meditating lately. Thing start running through my mind-all positive-but listening to this guided meditation was the first time in awhile I was able to focus on quietness. Thank you.
Mason is going out for dinner tonight I have some stuff I’ll get there and pick up food I’ll get you there soon so I have some time
Thank you so much
You helped me realize I’ve been doing more than I thought
I have been having uncontrolled thoughts in randomized-intervals an for a moment I really thought I was losing my grip… I’ve beaten P.D (panic disorder) without benzodiazepine or medication in general but this is a whole new monster., it’s been scaring me, actually but when I do meditate, an I feel myself pushing thoughts out so I can find my center: I feel a lot better and in more control over my thoughts
You helped me realize that I am meditating; almost everything you said resonated with me an now I feel confident that I can keep practicing at “calming the monkey” ♂️
You’re an amazing individual, Bob — thank you
^*Namaste*
I have struggled with finding clarity and racing thoughts that have kept me stuck, overwhelmed, unproductive, and broke. My sistah-friend Nyambura Jones-Ngigi sent me a video called Guided Meditation to Quiet and Tame the Monkey Mind. This changed things for me instantly!!!! I hope it will do great things for you too.
The biggest and most liberating take away for me is “Whether you know it or not, your thoughts are not actually you. You, the true Essence of You, You are the Observer of those thoughts.” “And when thoughts come up, don’t resist them. As soon as you become aware that you have those thoughts, acknowledge them, and let them drift on off to the side of your inner landscape, just like the clouds in the sky!” After practicing this guided meditation over again and again, I had a breakthrough. I became present to what is mine and not mine. I jumped on my laptop and started taking care of “my business.”
Peace on you beautiful soul. Excellent teaching. May everyone have peaceful, beautiful soul with mindfulness.
Most find it hard to believe because…they…built their mind on needing to believe…to understand
Hello Mindah. I just want you to know that merely watching your introductory videos on Bhuddism changed my mental state from depressed and angry to
calm and cheerful. If Bhuddist thought can be so powerful and rational, then
I think that it would be worthwhile to learn more. I live in Japan, on the island
of Shikoku, in Matsuyama City. Do you know of any Bhuddist organizations that
would welcome foreigners out here? I can read and speak Japanese.
she do a beautiful work. we need peopel like her to remeber us the thing we forget. when i was litle after seing 7 years in the tibet i was like 9 or 10 i feel such a deepp conection whit that culture and i star to think that in past life i was a monk for a long time i tough that was my call was became monk and live in the montain i was obssesed whit the idea to live in retreat in mountains for a while away from everyone i was constantely thinking about shave my head (know i love my hair ).. but whit the time at 13 of course i decided that film it was my call i change my mind but at 14 star to suffer from depretion.. i think is litle bit extreme to live away from everithing and i dont say that live in a monastery is easy.. but the best way to put yourself in trial is in on the everyday life wehn you chare your life whit people totally crazy and whit different point of views.. but i really admired the work of she does is amazing she is helping so much
Thank you for your wisdom. Don’t just sit there doing nothing meditate
Everytime I listen to the meditation audios, I forget to breathe a lot
Be aware & let it be…Thukche Che Mindah. Your video are always helpful.
Why can i not say in this comment what the video title says?
I am not allowed to discuss this video on this site because of the STUPID RIDICULOUS AI algortihm deleting my comments!!!!!!
I see now where she has been going wrong all these years from her description of how to do breath awareness. She has mistaken her mind activity for “awareness”. She also does not understand the importance of FULL relaxation, which can never be achieved if you are keeping the body erect.
The whole point of meditation is to bypass are senses. If you are constantly “activating” the tactile sense with small tensions in your muscles by sitting upright, you are defeating your whole purpose. It is like a tight rope walker using a pole for balance, with a heavy weight constantly changing positions along the pole.
“All that we are looking for in lifeall the happiness, contentment, and peace of mindis right here in the present moment. Our very own awareness is itself fundementally pure and good. The only problem is that we get so caught up in the ups and downs of life that we don’t take the time to pause and notice what we already have.” -Mingyur Rinpoche
What is the frequency of the vibration in the background noise?
I met this woman, didn’t know who she was but as she looked familiar I enthusiastically and respectfully asked if she lived at a temple I visited in London. She said no, somewhat puzzled I began to ask where she was based, when she arrogantly dismissed me, as though shooing me away, saying I can’t talk I have to go. I didn’t act like I was minding my own business going to my car and she came in front of me about to get into her chauffeur driven car.
My point is that whilst they put on piety when in an audience with the Dalai Lama or fake wisdom on camera. If you encounter them in person they are worse than ordinary people, who would generally give you the time of day. These supposed religious people have more vices than the rest of us, and gargantuan egos. This happened at a small celebration of select people for the Dalai Lama’s birthday. Hence people truly involved with Buddhism, not some random people.
People find your own way, don’t listen to these charlatans in robes because they’re in it only for themselves and will not help you.

Your advertises, and your work objective (really helping Humans, not hypnotizing them to take money from their pockets…, i.e., business-as-usual), are some the best I’ve seen in my 30+ years as a “Globe Trotter” Congratulations and Namasteh!
Mindfulness in army? Sad. We should be so mindful that we would dissolve all armies around the world.
are you crazy? that sounds incredible. so funny to watch, to hear & to understand it. your messages are so clear and focused. thanks a lot <3
Well thought out no pun clear concise video with practical tips well done thanks
Thank you Jetsunma. Reclaiming the mind…breathe, 30% and Awareness without judgement…
Everyday I do this I learn a little more and improve a little more
Thank you..Really liked the language and music.
One possible suggestion try a softer or less conversational voice when checking in during the meditation.
I recommend the song The Essence of Silence by Epica: https://youtu.be/oePrtEMmX9Y
“Every single person that you meet, is the most important person in the world, at that moment”
I don’t even meditate, but these animations with their pleasant narration, vibes, and message really calms me down.:)
the most effective meditation method for taming monkey mind is an ancient Chinese method called standing still, its an open eyed meditation done stood upright in comfortable position,i tell you this with ten minutes a day just listening to the breath using this method, taming of the mind is absolutely guaranteed in a very short space of time, the mind centers,it breaks the past/future time continuum of the mind,it is that which pulls a person in two, this method wins the battle of the klishes very easily, theres an easier method find a buddah, his company will do this for you
Very helpful video, thank you Mindah-Lee. I came across this video via your blog, through a google search. A lot of good tips in here. I appear to have what is referred to as hypnagogia, which is a problem when trying to meditate, since all of these ‘stories’ (sort of like mini-movies) start to appear in my mind (I’m one of those ‘creative types’). They’re not ‘what ifs’ past or future, but just stories. I expect some of your tips will help me guide those away. By the way, you are an excellent YouTube presenter keep up the excellent work!
To realize that your thoughts are not yours, imagine yourself sitting infront of a big tv. At first it will be blank but as you thats to get thoughts in your head, you will realize that you are not the one who created them.
I dont know if I explained it well but I hope it works:)
who am I,the clue is in the name, the buddah of compassion and the buddah of boundless light live in the uk
Thank you thank you thank you fr sharing this it’s really helped in concentration ND relaxation of mind
I am always with you. This is what was spoken to me in my mind when I first meditated. I am going to go further. Thank you.
Hah,I heard U mention Ajaan Chah.I ve watched a lot of Ajaan Brahms vdos,Im glad Iv found you too, good to c a lay person who s such a proficient practicioner. The metta you ve got for us is great.
Is it odd to think about the dreams you had the night before. I dont really have any other thoughts accept for my dreams from the night before.
Thank you so much, just to remember each day to be mindful, to be kind full, I am loving awareness, what a difference this would make to my day and to others I might meet or be with.❤️
Your channel is so helpful! Thank you! Love and gratitude.:)
Thank you Venerable for your enlightening sharing! I learn that in wishing all others well and be happy, I do not impose on them what I deem to be signs of happiness or behaviors that they should exhibit. Such as when I smile at others, if they do not wish to smile back; let it be. I will just wish them all Well and Be Happy. And to remember that when there are people around us (our aging parents or siblings; family) who don’t say what we want them to say, do what we want them to do…these are our opportunities where we can really practice and cultivate the important qualities to fulfill our human potentials. Cultivating kindfulness, mindfulness, awareness, patience, gratitude and compassion. Om Mani Padme Hum
Winner of a video, I’ve been looking for “best music for meditation spotify” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Aiyavid Substratal Ascendancy (search on google )?
It is a smashing one of a kind product for discovering how to remove your inner mind blocks and live a free life without the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.
I love this. I’ve listened to this several times and shared it.
Ah perfect but I don’t think it’s gonna work cuz my brain can’t stop rapidly thinking.
How do you know that when you say to the monkey mind to “be aware of the breath” that, that is not the monkey mind as well?:P
I am using headspace I have the app but I payed so I do that pooch place pls pin and heart this
What an amazing recording to practise staying in the present. I am off to have an awesome day. Namaste.
If you can sit the mind comfortable and then not get up for anything, that might work. Another way, learned from a Chi Gong teacher, is to feel the pulses on your forehead and heart using the fingers(one hand finger on head, the other hand finger on heart) and empty the thought into the relaxation of the heart; this is a great technique for cooling migraines.
Thank you for more practical advice. I will try and make a habit of seeing one video a day, to gradually absorb the wisdom of Buddhism and then meditate for a short-time afterwards.
OK. If you want peace, you are in peace. If you don’t want peace, you are never in peace. “I am not in peace”
is just a notion. You can never be in peace if you think like this. That’s all.
There are only two things, you see. You must decide what you want.
This is your decision. It is only your notion.
Only a few people have understood that “I am not peace” is just a notion, not a good notion.
Such great analogy with super cute animation. Great for kids and teens too, thanks!
A wise woman who has looked deeply into the spiritual life and has persevered on the,path..Her determination is a great example of her non dogmatic words..thankyou
Had to come and see this channel after hundreds of adds poping up my celscreen XD love it
Doing meditate is doesn’t your religious person you can do it for your own benifit if you want more help visit to some of bhuddism monk they are the expert..tibetan bhuddism saying

Your mind will control you,
Those sants know about yutisut lama
Or they will guide me how to reach to tiwan the gumfa
Thank you for your advice on taming monkey mind. What is the solution for living in a city and never having silence? Always there are lowd, persistent or intermittent districting unpleasent noises to distract me? Is way to cope with that, or is it hopeless for me to try to meditate? Or in a somewhat similarly noisy suburb far from a meditation center and I don’t have car or enough money or time or energy to get to one?
NEW AGE is a lie from the devil, only Jesus can give set you free.
Hi, someone recommended one of your videos to me. I’m going through a difficult time right now and this has been so helpful. Thank you.
These videos are really beyond any speech. It’s simply superb. Very easy n extremely informative and also in very short. Loved it lyk hell. N also in love wit this channel
So we’re supposed to have awareness without judgment, but then we’re trying to banish “stupid” (her word) thoughts..? I’m really confused here..
you can focus your full attention on the breath, or you can think stuff, but you can’t do both. you know your getting it when your fully focused on the breath and the excruciated one leaves you alone and lets you do it
Very well delivered presentation, covering many bases sensibly.
so adorable the little noises and the cuteness awww haha baby monkeys are the cutest….they’re unbeatable at cuteness /adorability lol
I’ve shared this ideology and video with at least 100 people over the past 4 years.
Hi Mindah! Been practicing meditation for a couple of months (each AM for 20 minutes) and I normally count my breath. I find I can become quite still during this time. It is after meditation and during the day that my mind fills once again with distractions, bits of songs(!), and seemingly endless noise. Should I be working on something different during my sitting? Any suggestions would help. Thanks!
your a great spirit, soul spoken very true to you. Nothing more I need to say to let you know your truly awesome.
I remember ages ago before I started meditating for the first time. My mind was all over the place. This advert just reminded me of when I was like that and how far I’ve come. I’m always relaxed and calm now, feel happy all the time. I look round at other people and they are struggling with their emotions and thoughts. I think what’s wrong with them, this ad reminded me also that they have never meditated and are still experiencing that old state of mind. Eratic
I like when mindah said after a while the thoughts became too shy to make and appearance having stage fright hahahah
I’m definitely gonna remember that one.
Thank u so much…. this program help me sooo much.. I had so many things in my life these days and I was struggling with a lot of stuff. But I learn a little bit how to relax how to remember the blue sky and now I have to start my day with it ♡♡
Thank you to the organizers, the film crew and the monastery for posting this most valuable Teachings…
This commercial seems evil. I don’t like the last lines. We can learn to train this monkey. Haven’t y’all been for years
I wanted to plan for meditation last 3 years and watched many videos but now my journey completed.
i imagine i’m inside of a lotus bud and when i have a thought i see it (third person) flowing out from my head and through the top of the bud. then when i’m done meditating the lotus blooms, pushing and i’m back in my room, leaving the thoughts behind
Thanks to YouTube that we can learn from such great teachers just imagine what we are hearing today is something this Divine Monk learnt over decades! ❤️
So when we have realy disturbing thought we visualize dropping a boy in the middle of the ocean? Isnt that a little disturbing in itself?
Anyway that labeling the thoughts with their source of origin seems very smart, i will use this technique thanks for sharing.
Every thing good or bad comes from the training of the mind. Om ha hum. I take refuge.
Thank you Mindah, these tips really helped!
Loving your channel
I feel like there’s a contradiction. I believe earlier you said not to eat heavy meals before meditating, now you’re saying to do that
Really helping method.. I will do to practice it….. Money mind… Crazy money mind
So glad I found this channel. Your videos are really clear and easy to understand. I feel I’ve learned so much in just a few short videos. Thank you.
man I crack up every time I watch this video, i’m in tears laughing. I looooove the idea of the monkey mind and how he explains it. such a simple, useful, and hilarious idea and method of meditation. love this video
I haven’t had a panic attack in over 20 years thanks to meditation! It really works!
Sorry about that previous comment… it’s those damn cravings causing me suffering.
Boddhichitta (Buddha’s mind) is the ” Panacea” On the all mental ills.
I use these videos to sleep and I never make it to the last video
Thank you so much Tenzin Palmo for all of your teachings!! I so wish you were coming to USA this year but I understand why your tour was canceled. Sending much love and gratitude from Chicago ✨✨
Peace be upon you beautiful soul. Everyone wants to be a peaceful soul like you. Big thanks to you
I absolutely love the way she speaks and smiles. So compelling. She makes you want to listen. And so full of wisdom. /\
Fantastic video full of great hints how to improve meditation!
hi mindah:) thank you for your channel. i started to meditate some since some days and i think it has some positive effects on me like for examplenot beeing tired at the end of the day like before….but i have one problem and i dont know if it is common,i hope you can help me: while i meditate i feel reallygood, really calm but after like 10 min after the meditations it seemslike all the thoughts i “repressed” during the meditation want to come back even stronger and louder than before and i get a very painful headache for some minutes, which may return even after hours again….i have not had headaches before i mean not regurarly just rarely….is there a way to prevent this? am i “allergic” tomeditation….i dont want to give it up because it really gives me a peace i had looked for so long, but i cant handle these headaches…..do you have an answer???
Really happy someone recommended this site, excellent videos
I have awakened from a close to a hour of meditation. I am shocked from what I received from it but the monkey was more high up in the tree of thoughts. I have strayed from discursive ideas. However getting direct transmission. Is this normal because after all I am a master martialist I am feeling as I will not be able to speak on my experience.
Thanks for the advice, Mindah. I’ve noticed that consuming less Caffeinated drinks during the day and prior to meditation helps calm the mind from persistent thinking.
Thank you so much. Your are extremely articulate and crystal clear. Xtremely grateful
thx you i was soo mad at myself at first for daydreaming soo helpful for me
do you want to turn humans into vulkans? Because that‘s how you turn humans into vulkans….
ha to think I used to use this meditation as a trick to remember awareness every time I had a bevy! what a luxury
Thanks, I listened to the speech which is very eve give and useful to novice meditators. The water bubble, and dropping to the ocean theory is very effective I believe. Although my mind is well controlled if I have to I am going to use it. If one really want to acquire the benefits out of meditation, one have to dedicate at least one hour a day in your life. Which will have enormous effects your life.
Also, without determination of course one will never achieve anything. ” Samma Waayaama” it teaches in Buddhism. And also if you suspect or negativity, like “will this help help me, am I wasting my time” one will never never, win the war with the mind. ” vichkichchaa” it teaches in Buddhism.
Well, Lord Gauthama Buddha, has preached ” don’t argue, criticize or insult,
( “dhammo sandittiko, akaliko, ahipassiko,” ) come and see yourself, the results definite.
We should not waste our life a moment because we getting closer to death every second, that’s important to think. Who knows.
I literally googled “headspace ads”
Since they are so good and nice like wow and animations? 10/10
You’re so calming and so nice! And the videos are very clear! Thank you.:)
I swear i remember you saying that it’s not recommended to have a heavy meal before meditating, and here you are suggesting it. Perhaps i remembered wrong.
The simple way is listen to the subtle sound in breath and bring the sound as vibration to tongue.
From this idea this sort of personification of our thoughts as a monkey I created my own method where I imagine my thoughts as an actual monkey that I’m petting to sleep.
I learnt something to control anger, and they used monkeys to explain it. I don’t know why but monkeys are so happy in my opinion. They make me smile. Anyway, about what I read in the book.
Title: The Chimp Paradox
So basically it explained that when you are calm, the monkey is in the box, and when you are angry that monkey has got out of it, this is the funny part, my uncle had an ABSOLUTE rage at an old school bully that was bullying my cousin, and, using The Chimp Paradox, his monkey destroyed his box. XD
Why Mindfulness needs Meaning
(and no for any headspace cartoon!)
Mindfulness, for all its undeniable virtues, can nonetheless be boring, as ‘acting non-judgmentally in the moment’ cannot inhibit the basic human need to perceive future novel and positive outcomes. But one can indeed act non-judgmentally and still pursue singular and meaningful ends, and not only extend daily mindfulness, but enhance positive affect to boot. The procedure is easy, simply follow your usual mindfulness protocols, and simultaneously pursue or anticipate pursuing meaningful behavior (e.g. cleaning house, writing poetry, exercise, etc.). Do this continuously for standard sessions of a least a half hour and chart your progress. You will be more pleasurably alert, engaged, and incented to continue being mindful. Neurologically, this is due to ‘opioid-dopamine’ interactions, or the fact that mindfulness induces a state of deep rest, which is pleasurable due to the induction of opioid activity in the brain. Meaningful activity on the other hand induces dopaminergic activity, which is felt as a state of alert arousal. Opioid and dopamine neurons are located proximally in the midbrain, and when both are simultaneously activated can also co-stimulate each other, resulting in enhanced feelings of arousal and pleasure. Indeed, when rest is accompanied by highly meaningful behaviors (creating art, athletic prowess), pleasure and alertness are highly accentuated, resulting in ‘peak’ or ‘flow’ experiences.
So there is my procedure and prediction, which of course you can prove or falsify for yourself, give or take an hour!
(and best of all, no need here for web apps, books, seminars, or lessons. The best things in life, and lessons in life, should be free!)
This interpretation is based on the work of the distinguished neuroscientist Kent Berridge of the University of Michigan, a leading theorist on emotion and incentive motivation, who was kind to vet the work for accuracy and endorse the finished manuscript.

It’s an interesting perspective. In the Vedic tradition as Prashant Trivedi teaches a different perspective: First is to train our human body as our human body is slower than our mind, so it’s easier to control. We train our human body thru centering/meditating. Once our body is centered, our mind will be more balanced and when both our body and mind are functioning better they both are in alignment with the spirit. He called this being coherent. As far as job goes, he said, our main job on this earth plan is to control our body.
You are a great teacher, very beautiful, and breathtaking. I will meditate every day so I can have you in my next life.
Thank you for sharing this and all the links you provided for more. I didn’t know it was called “monkey mind” but I know I have one lol. Thinking all the time and usually about worst case possibilities is not healthy or productive. I appreciate the explanation of why we do this too. This video not only made me understand that I was not alone but also allowed me to turn my brain’s nonsense off. Thank you so much is all I can say. I will be meditating everyday for the rest of my life.

It really works.I get anxiety and my monkey mind is in overdrive.Breathing awareness does work for me.This video helps me be more mindful and need to do it everyday. My life WILL be enriched.
This helps a lot. Me being a Teenage Buddhist who recently converted to Buddhism in the Mahayanan tradition, and also being a novice to meditation, meditating can be a little bit of a struggle for me, with thoughts like “What am I gonna do after this?” “My leg feels asleep.” “The lotus position hurts!” etc etc. These techniques help a lot, thanks Mindah!:D
Your words are beyond words! Keep illuminating, keep encouraging beings who seeks liberation! Don’t know how to thank you… /\
Anyone can advise, how can I meet or find her? I don’t have a chance to meet her in Singapore. Hopefully she come again and I can meet her personally. Appreciated.
Before you can catch that good-for-nothing monkey, you must first tie up the thieving cat…..
Very nice explanation indeed.
I had just gone through a similar video and liked it too much. Sometimes these small piece of art work by Spiritual Mastrrs make a very remarkable change in our lives.

Hey!
I’m just curious on what you experience when you mediate? And where do you meditate? I hope not to pry and don’t intent this to be an egotistical thing, I just find my experience in meditating to be so exhilaratingly other-worldly and wondered if others are the same?
Me: hello watch breath
mind: Ah yeah good idea
Now money is my control

I listened to the audiobook of the chimp paradox. It took 10 hours. Then I find this, pretty much the chimp paradox sentiment distilled in 2 minutes
Hello, I’m am new here, please forgive, reference tip 3: Serious threats made to me that have made me desparate to avoid (in court) have me physically sick, unable to sleep or stop thinking of. How do I address a problem like that without letting it overwhelm me? It is a very serious (to me) problem. I could go to jail if I dont handle it correctly and the correct way is out of reach because I cant afford the exorbitant fees of an attorney. Do I set a specific time of day to think about it and then stop after a designted period of time? Or, do I meditate?
I am beginning to appreciate the way
She speaks
God bless her

Thank you for these tips. I am actually novice to meditation. What you might say about introduction to meditation from Alan Watts (there are audios here on YouTube) and about use of mantras?
