You shouldn’t need a multivitamin. You should be eating a balanced diet that doesn’t require you to eat vitamin c or a multivitamin or omega 3. The only exception is when you are dieting heavily.

Not cool with those vitamins. They have too much B6 in them. I took a vitamin that had similar levels and it almost gave me irreversible severe nerve damage. I’d avoid any vitamin that has any vitamin B6 in it. It’s in everything. It should NOT be supplemented.

This was such a simple explanation video that was extremely informative. On your best list I take all now except Probiotics, but I did at one point. I usually start out with my first meal and take a multi, omega 3’s, and glucosamine. I tend to eat 5-6 meals per day. Before my workout I take whey isolate and my pre workout. After workout I take creatine monohydrate and another 30grams of whey Isolate protein. I’ve had great results from this and I’m 6% body fat.

I’m starting in the gym again. I found that I convert free testosterone into estrogen. Discovered this while being monitored while taking testosterone injections, and had to be put on an estrogen prohibiting drug to prevent high estrogen symptoms. I’m not taking injections any longer nor was I working out at the time. I’m now concerned what weight training will do while naturally increasing testosterone thru exercising. It is the wakefulness from the light sleep throughout the night. To achieve deep sleep I already tried all the above methods that Dr. Balduzzi suggested to no avail. Diet Plan called Custokebon Secrets kept showing up here on a lot of youtube and I thought they were scam. However after my work buddy follow it, and finally lost a lot of weight with it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. Don’t take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on google.

Call me a weirdo, But I stopped taking all supplements and started focusing on simply eating more & I noticed I been gaining more weight, feel better and Just been in a better mood with no achy muscles……. Im gonna stick to FOOD and no supplements because of how I feel. Still a good vid as always though dude:)
Its better to be stupid and not talk, so people will think that maybe you are, then open the mouth and confirm that. Everyone should take supplements, and I’ll tell u why. You go to a doctor and after examing you, he tells u that you should take iron, or vitamins B, or……that being said, you need everything, protein, vitamins, creatine fish oil etc. Non of them can be taken from food in daily basis. Just need to take the amount you need and the things your body lags of. Thanks for reading
