Exercise #1: Couch Can-Can’s Sit at the edge of the sofa and place your palms on each side of your hips. Lower your booty off the couch like you are going to perform a triceps dip. Hold that position with your feet on the floor and knees bent at 90 degrees.
Exercise 3: Fun Beginner Couch Climbers Begin this exercise by placing your elbows on the couch cushion and your hands together. Place your chest over.Turns out you can tone your stomach while lying down. Leg raises allow you to give your lower abs some love. Just remember to lift and lower your legs slowly and not to rely on the momentum of the movement.

THANK YOU CASSY I was having a hard time finding something that worked with my neck pain and sensitive ankles being overweight. This worked for me and got it done fast. Yes I burned but I was able to get through it. Cant thank you enough. Think I found a good full body workout.

This workout was definitely harder than it looked! We definitely underestimated the impact it would have on the couch rather than the floor! It was not much of a difference in terms of the intensity! I was sweating still and felt the burn

okay so i’ve been doing your videos since i was 14 (i turn 19 next month) and i use to do them religiously til i was about 15 and lost a bunch of family and became super depressed. then i kinda did. your videos every once in a while and joined a gym and started weightlifting! i still love weightlifting but obviously during this crazy time, i can’t go to the gym. my sister has been following all of your challenges but i still have to work so i know i’ll get really hard on myself if i miss a day. during this quarantine i’ve been going on a lot of walks and have been using that as my form of exercise which is good, but i could tell that my core and upper body have been suffering from not a lot of work! so i decided to do this video because i honestly haven’t felt motivated to get out of bed and do something. so i just finished this video after a three mile walk and WOW i can already tell i’m gonna be sore tomorrow. that’s what i get for not weightlifting in over two months. i just wanted to say that you are absolutely amazing and please please please do more couch workouts!! you are so awesome and i love following your workouts. thank you for being such a positive light during this time

I recommend you don’t do this exercise with your cat in the room. They will be incredibly nosy and you’ll have to contort yourself to keep from accidentally kicking them.
Next time you should remove the cat, it’s a dead giveaway you’re not doing the whole session without breaks xD lol

damn, this is really cool! to tell the truth, I would like to make subtitles for your videos so that other non-english-speaking youtube viewers can enjoy your creativity.
To be honest i did not do the whole workout just some parts where i have to sit. So, i do this while watching tv or scrolling through youtube. If ur tired just rest, if u feel fine u can do 1 exercise for a few sec.
I love the idea but there is no way my dogs will let me do this.

I broke my foot a few months ago and it’s healing extremely slowly, so I haven’t been getting much exercise for way too long. I’m usually a pretty active person, so I’ve been hating feeling so sedentary! Since my doctor predicted another 3-4 months on crutches, I decided to go looking for ways I can get exercise in the meantime. These are great exercises I can do without putting weight on my broken foot! Thank you!

I love these workouts! I do the bed one first thing in the morning and this one I can pop in whenever I’m just hanging out in the living room. I love how they are quick, yet still affective, and you can easily just slip them into your day. Could you possibly do a kitchen workout? Maybe involving chairs and/or leaning on counters? It’d be nice to have something while waiting for the microwave/water to boil/oven to heat up/etc. I have a small rebound trampoline in my kitchen I use during those times, but a more structured routine would be helpful.:)

I mean come on im never going to learn parkour if i cant do a basic roll. I tried getting into parkour 12 years ago and i ended up at the same problem.
I just cant do the safety roll and i feel like im an idiot when i see people doing on their first time when i practiced it for 2 months and i learned how to break my arms legs spine and head.

my arms bend in the weirdest of ways and feel like they’re about to give out 2 seconds into the couch arm balance thingie but to be fair, I’m extremely inconsistent with exercise. ill workout a whole month non stop, multiple hours a day, and then i stop working out for like 3 months, and i lose so much of my progress (strength and endurance wise). idk I’m hoping to actually stick with it for once. my goal; be able to get my arms strong enough for that last move. simple goal but its a start

I recommend doing this on your active rest day and also do a cool down and stretch after this.

I only did this workout once. I did this thinking it would be easier because my bed is included. Never did it again. I ALMOST DIED AFTER THIS WORKOUT EIENEKWOWJ i laid down the floor for a good 30mins questioning life

I honestly thought this wasn’t going to be so bad, but I’m drenched in sweat! I’m doing the May 2nd workout and this is workout 2/3… This was legit harder than my average blogilates workout, no joke. Loved it!
I was so unmotivated to workout and even though I did all the videos I took way more breaks than usual. It makes me feel less motivated:(
During the leg outs, sir george was looking for something and then Cassey’s like “Look at him, just resting” aNd i I’m thinking… She must not have seen him hard at work looking for… whatever. Who thinks he found it after the video?

I’ve struggled getting the technique right of the star abs. Having done the 7-day ab challenge before starting the June calendar I noticed I’m starting to get it right even though I don’t have the speed yet. But at least, progress:)

I’ve been doing blogilates for all of lockdown, and it;s CRAZY how much easier this workout has gotten! When I first started, I had to pause between every move, and now I can plow through the whole thing and totally smash it! Thanks, Cassey!
