Shrimp: Shrimp is low in calories and loaded with protein. Shrimp contain astaxanthin, a carotenoid that gives them their pink color and that can act as a potent antioxidant and protect the skin from premature aging. Also the omega-3 fatty acids in shrimp.I was looking for a way to enjoy boiled shrimp but without all the sugar in standard cocktail sauces. Even making my own with ketchup was more sugar than I wanted.
So I figured there had to be a better way and began to experiment with tomato paste. Voila! It worked!

We have low-sodium as well as sugar free ketchup in our grocery stores here in Canada. It’s all I buy now, with my daughter being hypoglycemic.
Nice video! I love finding SF or Keto variations of recipes!
Wow delicious Natasha perfect for appitizers ata party I love your recipes best chef ever love you Natasha
LMBO… watched you lick that spoon w/horseradish on it and waited… yep. There it is. /facepalm/laughing Mikey, Mikey.
I sure hope the two ladies who happily helped to peel the shrimp got some of the result and maybe Andy didn’t:-)
I just mix Ketchup and Horseradish together without the sweetener!!!
How Natasha? How does EVERYTHING you make come out so delicious?!
This classic shrimp cocktail is super fancy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MORE TRUST FUND KIDS IN VIDEOS WHY AREN’T THEY JUST ON TV ARE WE OK WITH THIS CORPORATE INVASION OF PUBLIC SPACE, I GUESS SO.
driving recipe! but why the high grade accuracy (three quarters of a tea spoon blabla, WHY)
The best part of the videos it’s when you chop the vegetables or ingredients with one touch. And you explain the process simple. You chanel it’s favorite.
Hey, natasha you’re the best. I love shrimp too! but indeed this recipe looks ultra delicious.

Good morning Noreen & Rick!
I’ll have to look for that ketchup.
I have made some small and I mean small….LOL…changes in my cooking.
But I’m trying and that’s what counts.
Have a nice day you two!
White peoples only season their meat with salt and pepper is so disrespectful
It’s a shame that pretty much all shrimp has microplastics in it now. Shrimp is delicious but I don’t think I can knowingly keep ingesting plastic.
Omg. Just discovered you. I’m so happy to have found this. Roasted shrimp is fantastic. Thank you.
I have never seen Rhoda looks so tired, must be very late in the day.:)
Imma subscribe 2 ur station(●_●) I’m digging all ur recipes….u keep them coming…(。♥‿♥。)
Her food always looks beautiful and easy to make. She’s also very funny. Making it worthwhile to watch her videos.
Why didn’t she just put the shrimp into an ice bath instead of pouring ice into a hot pot of water? I’m genuinely curious so if someone knows why, please let me know. Thank you
Glad to see an official recipe as I was winging it. The horseradish makes it hot enough for us without adding hot sauce.
Hi Natasha… Thanks again for a wonderful idea for an appetizer. Just one question… can you use prawns or scampi in place of shrimp in this recipe? Thank you
Oh how I loooove shrimp, let me count the ways! Boiled shrimp, broiled shrimp, fried shrimp, grilled shrimp, sauteed shrimp, stir fried shrimp, shrimp scampi, shrimp alfredo, shrimp grits, stuffed shrimp…well, you get the point…I LOVE SHRIMP!! Love me some cocktail sauce too!! I love you guys and the Crock Posse!❤
Bravissima!!! Какая умничка! Спасибо большое за рецепт! Grazie mille!!! Thank you ☀️
Shrimp…yes!! That looks delicious, Natasha. And how nice that shrimp are readily available at this time. TFS. (:
This is seriously my 7th time watching this video and it’s still great!
I know you probably get this a lot but you remind me so much of Alyson Stoner
The girl around 05:50 that just walked away with a shrimp is relatable to the extreme
You have such an amazing personality! Always watching your videos and cooking most of them! Thank you so much for everything
Wow this is really delicious! Im surely gonna try this recipe during this coming weekend. Thanks for sharing, you inspired me!!
I’ve create a youtube channel. I do subs back

Oooh, this looks delish I’m going to make this for New Year’s Eve…thank you.
Hi Natasha! I really enjoy watching your videos, not only for the different recipes but for the energy you have, you always seem to have so much fun! I will surely try the sauce, seems to be very yummy. Happy New Year to you and your family!
I’ve never roasted the shrimp for this before, will give it a try next time! Love the sauce recipe, though I will keep it on the mild side so my stomach doesn’t give me any grief lol. Hope you have a happy and healthy new year!
Yummy I’m making this now for Sunday Night Football. How long should I leave the shrimp out after baking before putting in the fridge Natasha? Thank you Happy New Year
I can’t find sugar free ketchup… Where do they sell sugar free ketchup?
I’d just add a few drops of liquid stevia to make up for the sugar free ketchup
Most times I forget I’m watching your recipe and I concentrate on your beautiful smile and your life giving gestures, then miss out on a lot and have to rewatch. You are beautiful Natasha. My 10 year old son only believes in recipes done by you and my hubby is learning to cook meals I don’t know how to make from u too( ur shrimp alfredo is his every Sunday favorite. Thank u
Hey Natasha if you know what fajita is could you do a video on a good marinade for it
WoW! Fantastic easy recipe just in time for New Years TY!
Ugh. Peeling shrimp is the worst kitchen task i’ve ever been given. Periodt
I love you Natashas. I want to marry you. So that it can be easy to make all the dish items in my home.
Love the info in these videos, just not the host…anyone else?
This was perfect for my neighbor who is a diabetic, Ill have to check and see if its in our stores yet!
My Alexa set my timer for 3 1/2 minutes. My, how far we’ve come in just a little over a year
Hi All, when using frozen shrimp as stated in the video either fresh or frozen, should I be timing it the same for 3.5 minutes? isn’t it harder to devein frozen? need your thoughts and help.
This looks so good hey Mrs. Natasha’s kitchen what’s up!!!!
looks like a few of them jumped off of the plate I dont blame them… they must know that they taste good
“Shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can boil it, broil it, sautee it…
Thank you from Charlotte nc jay GOD BLESS YOU WITH BEST IN THE WORLD
Well Advance Happy New year to you Natasha and always remember enjoy your day!!
Thank you, I have diabetics in my family. They haven’t had a good cocktail sauce since diagnosed. With your permission, please, I will pass this onto them.
Great video but please, do yourself a favor, and don’t ever say “fuetch” again.
Should Have thrown in a shot of Worcestershire sauce in there too
No sweetener in cocktail sauce! Not even with the low sugar ketchup. If a restaurant has sweet cocktail (usually their house homemade sauce) I ask for a small cup of horseradish and make my own at table using the ketchup. I also do not like certain ketchups high in sugar.
either those lemons are UNBELIEVABLY juicy or molly is stupid strong
I always make my own cocktail sauce! Just ketchup, horseradish and lemon juice! Yummy yummy!!:)
Video on how to peel shrimp and then asks for help on peeling shrimp
I love your recipes, but I also love the way you “play the bongos” on the counter with your hands at the beginning of each episode. CUTE!
G hughes sugarfree ketchup works, and will cut the carbs even farther.
9 carbs?! That’s like half your days worth of carbs in one snack!
“Which is where they poo…” I couldn’t have said it better myself tbh.
I wonder how organized your cooking demonstrations are!!! Superb ❤️❤️❤️
Molly is such a wonderful wasp. This is exactly the shrimp cocktail I grew up with. Dad taught me to make the sauce except he did add a shot of Worcestershire. What a silly crew you all are. Bye, Claire!
Thank you I asked you for this recipe in easy baked ham video and I will try it soon:)
that vein isnt so unpleasant. i dont remove it. tastes ok. i actually believe the head including that vein is where the oceany shrimpy flavor is. also… i dont care if a shrimp cocktail requires the shrimp to be peeled. no one touches my shrimp. the flavor is in the shell.. and transfers to the fingers when you peel it.
it’s an old New England secret, Heinz chilly Sause with silver springs prepared horseradish to taste, well done Molly, the pacific north west still uses catsup and they look at me cross-eyed when I say no catsup,.its a no no and don’t forget saltine crackers
Shirt open, 4 wine glasses? Delaney is on his way to entertain 3 lovely ladies, at the same time.
I read a few hundred comments to see how the recipe worked out. Not a one. Plenty of comments about various personas. It is like a cult commenting on a reality show.
does molly remind anyone of Dakota Johnson? or is it just me?
Can Molly speak in complete words? Futch? Pep? Parm? SAY THE WHOLE DAMNED WORD. Thank you
Okay…as much as I heart Molly, I could not have been the only one distracted by Andy’s glutes and calves while Molly was making…uhm…what was she making again?
You, your smile, and your cooking make me happy every day… thank you so much, you got all my respect❤❤❤❤
She has the most beautiful skin. So does Claire. Mom observation.
Damn that sauce looked like it would taste amazing with just about anything man!:) great job sir
You are now my go-to channel for cooking. I tried your apple pie recipe and it was a hit on Christmas Day. Keep em comin’ and have a happy New Year.
This looks amazingly delish. I”ve made several of her recipes and haven’t been disappointed yet!!
Hey Molly, u know you can buy shrimp already de-veined with the shell on them? lol
I make my own cocktail sauce too like this, but I add the juice of half a lemon and celery salt/seeds (whichever one I have)… and it taste just like I got it from a restaurant! Great recipe to share!
I love you & this idea but Splenda/Sucralose has Aspartame in it & is not good for. Please don’t be mad at me! LOL
Just found your channel today and I think I’m in love. I can’t wait to try some of your recipes.

Hi Noreen, this is cool. We love ketchup and never seen sugar free. Good recipe for cocktail sauce. Thanks Noreen. Hope you guys are all well.
If I went to a party and shrimp cocktail was served, I would leave. The same with napkin rings and place mats. Its just awful.
My favorite woman on here, she has such great energy.I could watch her cook all day!

Hi Natasha I’m watching your cocktail shrimp show very interested I will cook some tomorrow can you tell me what brand is your baking sheet
Good, I like it. However, the sauce could be prepared in many different ways that leaves it open for conjecture. Thank you, though.
One of my favorite appetizers. Thanks for sharing. Happy New Year.
I don’t know about all that sugar. I’d maybe use half that amount
Hi Natasha… As I have not heard back from you regarding whether I could use prawns instead Shrimps I think I should first add that I looked around the stores but struggled to find shrimps. Over here in the UK Prawns are far more readily available than Shrimps, in fact I have been to three of our stores today and have failed to find any shrimps at all. To make things (amusingly) more confusing I spoke with a Fishmonger who told me:”It could be what the folks in USA consider as shrimps we (UK) would term them as prawns! It is also a fact.” He added. “That some prawns are in fact from the shrimp family and vice or versa!” At this point, and being utterly confused, I exited the conversation in great haste and parted with my £10.00 for a decent looking bag of King Prawns! I shall cook the prawns tomorrow evening and put together the sauce. Hopefully everything shall turn out very well! I’ll let you know how it goes!
Looks tasty and easy!
And best of all sugar free! Thank you!
Who else just buys those pre-done shrimp cocktail platters at the supermarket lol, you just pop the lid off and start slammin
Molly’s slang vocab is to cut her words in half. Future = fute
Seen this on many occasions now lol its cute.
I hope you meant Heinz cocktail sauce. Chili sauce and then tabasco. Might as well dip chum bait in it. Way to ruin good shrimp!
I did not like the ice-bath technique, because you lost the goodness of the water wherewith you cooked the prawns. It perhaps would rather be simpler to scoop the shrimps with a spider, and dip the spider in a bowl with ice and water, where they will stop to cook immediately. Saying that, the cooking will stop sooner than throwing the ice in an already boiling medium, plus the benefit of saving the cooking water for the sauce later, or to throw it in a pasta. Molly is great, BTW.
I made this game recipe hundreds of times and Loooooove it. So much it’s dinner for me. I don’t share with my guests
