It looks like flan, disgusting, I hate flan, it is the texture that I can’t stand.
Are whipping cream and heavy whipping cream the same? What are other alternatives if I don’t have heavy whipping cream?
This looks amazing! I have all the ingredients except stevia. Where can I buy stevia from?
I find stevia tastes vile in coffee! I’ll use erythritol, I think.
Sonal, just love your recipe. You create a recipe that is so tastey and YET easy to prepare for busy people as well as those beginners who starting to learn baking/cooking. I tried this recipe last night using Lakanta sugar. Taste really good. Thanks Sonal
Does anyone know the macros or nutrient info?? Thanks!!!! Just ate one and it was phenomenal! Telling all my clients about this!
This looks so good! I can’t wait to try it! Thank you for sharing!

I made this one and its just so amazing. Thanks for sharing.
I made this today and it’s absolutely delish! I don’t even have a sweet tooth but I may develop one because of this
Thanks for the recipe!
This was so delicious and came out perfectly wobbly! I made it for Christmas and did not feel either deprived or guilty.
Por favor me pueden traducir en castellano la receta estaré muy agradecida
This is very easy and can do all sorts of different flavors. One of the best panna Cotta I’ve ever had is Bay leaf. Thank you Sonal.

Stevia sounds healthier and cooler; plus, I’d love to have an excuse to buy it now! Thanks!
I tried this but it wasn’t frozen. When I removed from the box, it came to liquid just like before being chilled. Can u explain to me why? I followed exactly what you instructed.
200 gr of stevia?????? I dont know what stevia is made of in Australia, but I can tell you that stevia is supposed to be 300 times (no kiddin) sweeter than sugar…. so your dessert must have been ridiculously sweet…….
I want to use sugar instead of any other sweetener. Is it ok?
Oh wow that looks so delicious and thank you for sharing. I’m gonna make that. One question, Can you use regular sugar instead of truvia or a sweetener??
Thank you! I cannot wait to make this, this is my favorite dessert in the world, and now I can have it without all the sugar and whole milk! Yeah!!
Wow..didn’t expect it to turnout so good..this dessert will be a regular for me Thank you Sonal
Do you happen to know how much Xylitol I should use instead of Truvia? Thank you
I am still baffled by the amount of so called keto diet and everyone focus on carbs. You guys are aware that it is about eating healthy fats.. but no… carbs lower carbs. That is called montiac diet and not keto.. but as usual everyone wants to ride the hype wagon.
you could probably dissolve the coffee into the cream. looks easy and has a nice texture
thanks for sharing
My hubby says “where’s mine?!” Looks like it’s on the menu for next week. I just subscribed. Thank you!
Sonal I love your recipe of Panna Cotta very much…. I make it often, because of the gelatin and heavy cream for fat…. I just don’t bother with individual dishes, I pour everything into 9×9 glass dish and carve a piece of it when I want to eat it…. I know it’s not the same, but as I eat it myself it’s just fine…. ( people make all kinds of comments against this recipe without ever even trying it, don’t they?.. Just ignore them, because this is the best recipe)…. God Bless…..
I’m making this right now I’m so flipping excited tastes like childhood
I love thus like this, crème brulee, panna cotta, flan, custard, and Turkish custard but it ends up being a big ol’ cold sugaregg. I want to keep my divine impression of the most refreshing desserts of all, like this one.
That looks Amazing and easy.. Will definately give this a shot!! Thank You for sharing!
Can I use veg gelatin or agar agar in place or gelatin. If so how much as I understand qty and using technique of gelatin differs from agar agar or veg gelatin…please please reply… Thanks in advance
How long do I have to keep it in the fridge to set. Also, what if my cream spoils when I boil it. Is gelatine actually agar agar powder?
hey if you cant find the leaf use the powder the ratio is 7g of powder for every 4 leaf gelatine:) let me know how it goes
I want to make this but I don’t have heavy cream any suggestions as a substitute for the heavy cream?
You are the sweetest and cutest human being i have ever seeeeeeeen!!!
Me gustaría que pusieras la receta en español gracias Te escucho te miro desde Uruguay
I just made this with 1 400 ml coconut cream with only 2 tablspoons of xylitol delicious
It looks really beautiful. Have not tried it yet but I think I might mix cinnamon with the coffee to cut the bitterness a little.
Is Truvia approved on the Keto diet? I don’t think soit’s blended with sugar caneplease correct me if I am wrong-
Made this. Delicious!!!!! I used dark cocoa as one topping and on another batch I used lime zest. Sublime.
This looks so yummy and simple to make. I can’t wait to try it. Thanks for sharing!
Hey, i tried this. But i tried to freeze for 6 hours and there is a ball of ice.
And 6 hours on refrigarator or freezer?
I have made this twice now. Big hit with family and friends.
After adding gelatine to the milk, should it be left to boil, or turn off when it starts getting bubbles
That’s really funny. A lady with an Indian accent telling how to make an Italian dish.
with a ladle you can get the fluid from the pan into the glasses without pouring it onto the table:) love your recepies:)
Sonal, please let me know about the gelatin. Lots of animal bones go into it, isn’t it?
Hey @YoungBritain ha ha that was a bit of a typo by us on this recipe… But we’ve given the right weights below to some other comments, thanks for watching ✌️⚓️
How can I replace the gelatin with agar agar? Thanks for the recipe.
Is there a substitute for gelatin? Gelatin is made from cow bones so try to avoid it.
Sorry everyone i just read that xylitol is not good so im switching to erythitol
Wow! This looks so good! Will have to make, thanks for sharing:-)
Glad I found your channel Karen. I saw your post on LCHF Aus:)
Looks lovely how many sheets og gelitin would that be? Not powder
thank you! for this recipe do you think agar agar might work?
Gelatin is way healthier than agar agar since it is more chemically similar to our own proteins. Great Lakes brand is the best.
How many net carbs in a serving please? And I have stivia liquid how much should I use? Thank you
I would substitute gelatin with agar agar for a 100% vegan and healthy panna cotta:)
you can get stevia from most super markets or health food shops:)…. if u cant find it u can use just normal sugar to sweeten the almond milk…
hii i have powder gelatine. May i know how much should i put?
Yummmy sound, I look forward to making this. Thank you so very much.
Thanks Sonal… I’m making your Panna Cotta for Christmas…. I have quite few of cute really small glass bowls, and they are perfect for it…. And I’m going to make your chocolate cake too… It’s the best… Because what a Christmas celebration without the sweets…. God Bless….

Never saw gelatin leaves. Is that the same as packages of Knox gelatin that we have here in the U.S.? Recipe looks amazing.
This looks so delicious! I am going to have go try this SOON!
Love every single one of these videos!:)
Do you have any good ideas for vegan dishes? Would love it if you could give me some ideas!
Will for sure be making the trip to Jo & Willys Depot when I’m over in aus at christmas, hope to see you there, “yewwww”
Yeah you can coconut sugar will work perfect:)… what i would do is just a little coconut sugar at a time till you find the sweetness that your after:) let me know how it turns out
Could I use coconut sugar? It is lower on the glycemic chart, thank you? If yes, how much would you use?:)
Why didn’t you do it with agar agar.. then it would be vegan:)
do you think you could make a recipe on sugar free muffins but without stevia because i cant find it in my supermarket
