Would you recommend doing all the stretches in the video one by one in succession in a sort of routine, or to simply choose one of the stretch exercises at any point in the day and switch it up every so often?

if someone puts the foot the a surface as like 1:03 does not need stretch its calves.
Hard to do when i have knee, back, shoulder, wrist and hand pain from arthritis. Any other way to do that?
I think it’s better to keep it in place once in a while and breath out and release.

I know this vid is old & you’ll probably never see this, but just in case you do, i want to say THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!! I recently started working out & about a week ago after working out, my calfs & knees were hurting so bad to the point i could barely get out of bed & walk.
I tried icey hot, knee compression sleeves, cold compresses, nothing was working for my discomfort. Found this video last night, did ALL of the stretches & was able to do my workout with very little discomfort. Don’t know why i didn’t find you sooner. This is exactly what i needed. I had tight calf muscles problems, over time
I stand on a 1/2″ plank shoulder width, placing the ball of the foot only on the plank and let your heels touch the floor, after any long walk or run, best done after fa full stretch, as the muscles relax and become comfortable in this stretched position.

i have chronic painful tight calves. i stretch them everyday but it goes back to tight the day after. what could it be? my calves/restricted dorsiflexion put me in APT and make my foot/hip flexors tight.

Very good, the last two stretches were also given to me by my PT. I know this can also be a cause of hip pain if your foot is not making contact with the ground properly. I have also been doing some toe curls under my foot at the same time as I point my foot to stretch the muscles on the front of my calf. So amazing how they all work together and we don’t even think about them until they hurt.

I had plantar fasciitis on the foot where I’d ankle surgery, and I started stretching my calves every day and rubbing my heel and foot on a golf ball. On days when I felt brave I rubbed it on a marble, and I could really feel the pressure being relieved.
Ok, before this video I wasn’t able to walk, I did ONE of the exercises and I DONT FEEL ANY PAIN

Thanks for sharing these exercises. I am almost 40 yrs old and do Martial Arts. I do have some weight that I need to drop, maybe 15 lbs. The videos that I have watched are areas that I need strengthening and increase flexibility. I will continue to look out for other videos that you do.

hello, thanks for all your videos. I have a question. I have been having a pain in the posterior of my right shoulder since a long time, and the only stuff that i found online are about pain in the front or top of the shoulder. it bothers me especially during bench pressing motion but not during shoulder exercises.and the posterior of my shoulder clunks when i for example i clean the table with a sponge. I can’t find anything so if you have any idea. Thanks

I was too tight for most of these and the time went too quickly in the transition so I only held the stretch for a short time
