I can relate to this so much. I tried for over a year to actually be a *raw vegan*. It was incredible difficult and took discipline and I lost a ton of weight and had crazy amazing stamina and could run forever but I did it incorrectly and not as balanced and so one day I got very sick and started passing out on the floor walking in my house in the middle lf the night so I decided to make a change back to cooked foods and eat as healthy as possible now but no longer vegan and my skin is still great and I feel great. Everyonr has a diet and foods that their body tolerates and a food journal and elimination diet is the best way to find out!
sorry taylor but thats bulls***. the vegan diet had nothing to do with your acne.. It has not gotten better with your current diet, plus you were never really completly vegan and using vegan green products only. you experiement with your skin and put all types of glues and paints on your body. Which I am sure are filled with toxins and hormone disruptors.fragranses as well. It seems like you apply more than 50 different brands on your skin and hair every month, even if its just an item sent to you in the mail, that you try only once. It starts to add up in the body. If anything, a well done vegan diet, and green chemical free beauty products would help you a lot. i dont think it would throw off your hormones..just my two cents. Love your vids best wishes!

We had a Ruby Tuesday close to us and it was never busy as we drove by one day last year I told my son I would not be surprised if it closed soon about 2 days later we drove by and it was closed and the sign taken down,my ex wife and I went 2 times and that was all.

Here’s the recipe for the chocolate mug cake (I realized I left out a few measurements/should have added more text):
*This is for 1 serving (1 mug cake)
-2 tbsp of almond flour
-1 tbsp of cacao powder
1 tbsp of sugar (I used raw coconut sugarif Keto use a low-carb sugar)-1/4 tsp of baking powder
-pinch of salt
Mix all of the dry ingredients really well so there’s no clumps
1 egg (whiskeduse 2 tbsp applesauce or 1 mashed banana to make this vegan)-1 tbsp of water
splash of vanilla extract (Mine gave me an alcohol taste that I didn’t likethis step is optional)Mix well, let it sit for 1 minute
microwave for 50 seconds
add desired toppings (I love it with coconut gelato)

Interesting. Since I went vegan, I’ve never looked or felt better. Yesterday my dad, who I saw for the first time in two years (expat life, am I right?) said I look younger than I did the last time he saw me. I’m taking it as a compliment.
I don’t intermittent fasting on purpose but I don’t eat unless I’m hungry which means I often “skip” breakfast. I also don’t eat after dinner. As long as you’re getting enough calories, I don’t think it matters when you get them.

Honestly, there’s so many more ways to eat healthy dinners with a low amount of calories. It does’nt always have to be chicken or shrimps with green aspargus. You could make roasted veggies from the oven with some baked potatoes. A simple risotto with veg. A salad. Even pasta could have less or little more than 500 calories if you don’t overload it with cheese and milk.
Also, it’s not necessary to count calories. You should always focus on eating healthy, balanced meals instead of calories. If you only eat a tiny amount of shrimps with aspargus and maybe rice, you won’t be full for long. A balanced meal may have a little more than 500 calories, but it will keep you full until the next meal, stopping you from snacking on unhealthy, unnecessary calories.

I started diet in the corona period and continuing in Ramadan, now 13 kilo i loose within 6 weeks.. i just taking 500 calories/day, skinned dals, kidney beans are boiling and eating, chicken and fish grilling @ induction cooker, adding salads, no carb last 6 weeks…

I love these receipes but it always makes nervous at the amount of oil they use in them, especially when it says “under 500 calories” but then you see the veggies or meet absolutely litered in cream and oil.
These are all between 600 to 800 calories according to me except for the one with the shrimp and asparagus with 4 tbsp of olive oil. Even though the title is super misleading, I need to cut at 1200 calories so I think most of these could work for me, so I think I’ll give it a go.

Tip: use Pam spray instead of oil. I only use olive oil and if I do, I drizzle a bit on top of my food instead of using a dressing or a sauce.

I’m on keto now and my skin is amazing, I also didn’t have a period for those 3 years or when I was on a balanced diet but when I’m on keto i have it every month like clockwork. Find it a bit funny that so called “models” show us what they eat. 85% of them don’t eat what’s in the video. The rest will exercise insanely hours on or has a lifestyle that shuffles them to eat on occasion cause they’re focused with a shoot, editing, flying, etc. Anyone eating whole foods while having high movement lifestyle is thin. It’s just how it goes.

omg taylor thank you so much for saying what you did at the start about vegan diet. about a year ago i learnt about veganism and i also felt that the cause was really good and so i tried straight away to switch to that diet. i slowly started switching out foods but man… it went really badly… ive only just now started to accept that the vegan diet is not going to work for me. i discovered im allergic to soya, i have an intolerance to avocado (of all things…) a major gag reflex when trying to eat peanuts and the list goes on… i immediately started losing weight (which is really really bad for me because i was only just not underweight when i started) and no matter how much i tried to eat as many beans and seeds and potato and mushrooms and grains etc etc as i could but i was still losing weight. i became in general very light headed and constantly felt ill. i developed ear ache every time i felt hungry… etc etc.. it wasnt good but i didnt give up because i felt a huge guilt for eating anything animal based. then i basically had an eating disorder because my body really struggled to get enough nutrients out of plants but it was working really hard to (exhaustion). but at the same time i felt guilty eating anything but! im glad i tried because I did at least learn to eat more plants. but… I’m accepting now that my body really needs something easier to get nutrients from. I cant physically eat a large meal so what i do eat really needs to be rich with nutrients. i was going to see a dietitian just before the pandemic started but that was cancelled. but I’m really looking forward to going when they open back up. sorry for this long message! All I’m trying to say is thank you so much for helping me get rid of that guilt I feel when eating animal products. I still eat mainly plants but I need to listen to my doctor or my health is going to deteriorate. but i really support the vegan cause still, just like you said!

Ok sweetie, as usual, it all looks so very good! The sun-dried tomato creamy chicken is going on my list, as well as the spaghetti bolognese. Those Navaho tacos, oh my goodness, they just had my mouth watering. Everything, gosh it all did. I don’t think I’ve ever had potato salad made with Italian dressing. Very interesting. I can tell you love your new Dutch oven too. I’m glad you finally got it. The ice cream looked absolutely divine. You really should do a cookbook. Now, to your table. I’m sorry if this is harsh because you’re a lovely person but I’m not going to listen to excuses of another meat eater about why you’re the special exception and why you need to eat murdered animals. That is what every meat eater says to me, that they just can’t do it but they admire the lifestyle, or that they tried but it just didn’t work for them. That’s lip service. I don’t care. If you care about animals you’d never go back to eating them. You can find a way to be healthy without eating animals. You gave up on making ethical choices because your diet failed you. Why not find another way? At least you have that choice. Animals have no choice when their throats are slit open.

What I don’t really understand and correct me if I’m wrong but, when your main goal is getting pregnant, why would you eat so little food? The entire day was maybe 1000 calories? That’s starving yourself, questionable in and by itself, but if you want to get pregnant you need to eat way more. Especially carbs (what’s with the weird broccoli rice?!) and fats. And no, eating these small amounts of food is not healthy and not something you should advertise on a channel with this size.

I had the EXACT same problem. Because if my blood type too I’m supposed to have meat. It took me 3 years on a Vegan diet, full of hormonal issues, crazy breakouts, and FINALLY now, my body is stabilizing, and my skin is almost perfectly clear. It takes years for your body to adjust to a new diet, of course your body will try to push out and detox everything that you’ve been storing for 15+ years (depending on how old you are) so imagine that. Of course it takes years to adjust, and cleanse

Okey, so…. I have a super, absolutely useless husband who just sleeps the entire day, and also throws a tantrum when three meals of the day aren’t cooked and served to him in his desired time. So I have no time for myself as the entire day is spent making him meals and doing house chores. It is very true that everybody’s body is different. I have been veggie all my life. I once had a meal where the chef had accidentally put meat in it. As someone who has never eaten meat in her life this really upset my body. I was violently sick for two days and had serve stomach pains. My body just can’t process meat.

I feel ya on the meat thing, I couldn’t eat meat for a month after I got my wisdom teeth out so I had to find protein through another way and I passed out and was super sick, broke out really bad. It was awful so once I was able to eat meat again my body was fine but I’m also one of those ones that doesn’t need a ton of it but I do need it. Its weird

Salads as with anything can quickly become unhealthy. The salad dressings tend to be loaded with high empty calories, fat, sodium and sugar.

I been cooking 5 lbs of chicken then crock pot it and drink the juices. I re boil the meat and strain it one more time. I throw out the carcass. Never looked better

Sadly I cannot eat chocolate due to an allergy I have. My doctor went mad when he found out I was vegan, as I had low iron, immunodeficiency syndrome, Eds and it turned I had dangerously low B vits levels. So no veganism for me. But I do love white meat

PCOS is largely genetic and we are actually born with it. Symptoms can show at anytime usually during teenage years or early to mid 20s.
My symptoms didn’t show (or at least noticable) until I moved provinces and ended up in a very stressful situation at the age of 22. Then I found out about insulin resistant issues which I likely had since puberty.

Noticed the title changed. Being too afraid to call yourself vegan because of the “you did it wrong” assumption and vegans coming after you with hate is sad. You are channel has been nothing but positive and not everyone can be vegan long term. One thing that long term vegans is their eyes began to sink in which isn’t normal.
1 chicken breast has around 285 cal. chicken lemon recipe calls for 2 chicken breasts. this is alone comes in at around 600 cal!!!!!!

Green vegetables have goitrogens which destroy thyroid gland. It gave me hypothyroidism, and eventually messed up my hormone. Please have some dairy and red meat.

3. You don’t eat dairy, which is tragic because A2 or raw milk will actually help your hormone imbalance. Tofu and soy will inhibit them.

Same. Vegan for ten years and started to rapidly decline in health no matter what I did. It was very depressing, but I feel so much stronger with lean animal protein at one meal each day. It’s funny that real life vegetarians are never very judgemental, they all say if everyone just tried as much as people like us the world would be so much better off, but internet vegans are toxic and attack you for every little thing and honestly drive people away from even trying the lifestyle if you can’t be absolutely perfect at it and that is so unhelpful.
