No, not at all on the demo….hahaha. I am looking for something sweat proof. I have heard mole skin works for us yanks, gotta try it cause chafed nips could easily derail any enjoyment of longer runs.

Spray on Vaseline is my favorite product! I ran out before my marathon in Sept 2019 so used the normal Vaseline and it worked quite well, no chafing:)

ESPECIALLY REGISTERED on this site to share this with all my fellow sisters. Just tie your BATHROBE’s String across your breasts. That simple. My string is about 3 cm wide 1 cm thick. No I’m not a mum, I’m 21 and I have big girls that have a mind of their own and do not like to be restrained. The bouncing and the ache in them after skipping and exercise used to really demotivate me then I saw this vid of boobband and like the Indian I am, we are clever about making things happen, u saw my bathrobe and voilà! The string works wonders, there is minimal bouncing. No need to invest on very high end boob bands etc. I tried the string on my regular bra and also on the sports bra, works great both ways. Hope this helps!
I have tree-trunk legs (i did body building for 12 years before getting into running)and I don’t chafe until mile 40 or so. Vaseline works wonders!

I kinda sprained my knee while running two months ago….and it still bothers me a little bit.. I can run with ease..but problem occurs when I am resting and my knee is bent for a while and when I straighten it…it feels a bit sprained and doesn’t move completely open!
I have been to a doctor and he says it will go away with time and he mentioned some exercises but I still feel no change.
Does it have anything to do with calves? Maybe an imbalance?
