I was not eating a lot and was drinking caffe mochas and found that to be the one causing me not to lose weight. Great job losing the weight. Always good to see people make healthy life style changes. This seems like a low carb diet looking at the foods consumed during the day. I was on Atkins and lost 40 pounds but the weight loss stopped and slowly the weight gain came back. I added healthier carbs back into my diet and nothing worked. I have gained it all back. My only concern is that low carb diets work well initially but in the long run, people tend to put the weight back on which is bumper, both physically and emotionally.
