Okay please someone help even though nobody’s going to see this. I feel dumb writing this; whatever. I’ve been eating 800 calories but ate like crap so I started gaining fat. I wanted to be healthier and lose that fat so I started eating more and healthier. Now that I’m eating super clean and fresh, and eating 1200 calories I’m gaining fat in my stomach still, faster then before!

If you have problems with bloating, then I recommend keeping away from oat. It might be you react to gluten or wheat in general. I never had problems, until I got to my late 20’s, I just didn’t handle it no longer. The same with carbonated drinks.

If consuming Asian white rice was bad for you, the Asians would of long been dead a long time ago. The Japanese were the longest living people on earth until McDonalds reared it’s ugly head there. Now they dropped down a notch or two, but still in the top three or five last time I bothered to check. Now Spain or Catalan is the top or one of the top anyway and they consume a lot of rice as well, although not nearly as much as Asians, but still quite a bit and they are fine.
As a Vietnamese, I’m very proud that Vietnamese cuisine, especially Pho, is widespread as tasty and good-for-health dishes:)

Weight loss is a tough yet easy journey.. Ppl often try to make it very complex with things like calories and weight loss drink but I personally feel like it is not that complex at all.. Last summer when I went to visit country side I met with my cousin.. Trust me I am not making things up.. In just 7-8 months she lost like 20-25 kg even with dieting.. Rice is like a compulsory food for us Asian.. And she eat rice twice in a day sometime even thrice.. What she did was to cutting of her portion when consuming rice.And exercise twice a day. Like I said weight loss is a tough yet easy journey.. It would be tough from 1-2 month than it would be much better.. You just need to be constant.

Hello! I tried two of the recipees today (the congee and the stir fry). The stir fry was absolutely delicious, but I didn’t have fish so I made the congee without it and it had very little flavour even with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Is it meant to be sort of plain or does the fish add the flavour? What can I replace the fish with?

MEAL PREP LIFE! I don’t meal prep a lot because I like fresh food but you can put them in the freezer so that they don’t go bad in the fridge. It saves so much time and helps to keep you on track. Recommend you to try it out for a week!:D

Congee is great. I eat it in winter alot. It’s so filling and fulfilling! Great when you’re sick too, or after throwing up (you might want to leave the fish out though if that’s the case). I sometimes have congee days where I just make congee in my rice cooker and eat it throughout the day.

How much weight can you loose if you have these meals eg for 1 month?
Do NOT consume rice grown in the United States!!! It has a high amount of arsenic in it. Rice grown in former Slave States had used arsenic as a cotton weevil (insect) killer and in doing so a lot of it stayed in the soil. Now farmers have switched to rice and the arsenic is clinging to it in higher concentrations. A LOT higher. No matter where you live in the US, no matter how cheap it is, like $1 for a pound of it, do NOT buy it. If you want rice even cheaper than $1 per pound, Asian super markets have rice from Thailand that for about a twenty or a twenty-five pound bag only costs about $15 to $20. Much cheaper and much healthier.
And even if you live way up north, rice from those States are transported all over the country and the packaging wont tell you “where” exactly that it was grown, only that it was in the United States some where. Do NOT buy it. It is either a full bag of poison or a mixed bag of rice from a few places. Better safe than sorry. Also be aware Asian supermarkets selling Asian “styled” bags of rice with pictures and Asian writing on it, check where it was grown. Most likely in the USA. Finally in the case of rice grown in the USA, brown rice has an even higher concentration of arsenic due to the extra husk and what not left on brown rice, hence more arsenic clinging to it.
As a disclosure before someone tries and corrects me, arsenic can be found naturally every where. But there is a difference between a normal very low amount of it that can not be taken away from and high concentrations of it because of thoughtless individuals from the past and present. Do NOT buy American rice!!!
It would have been much better if I seen this specific “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) a couple of years back. For 15 days of making use of the programs, I get rid of TWELVE pounds Naturally I exercise more than once weekly, and eat good food. It showed awesome results for me. I have use this “Kοnοnοz yyd” (Google it), a guideline for diet regime. I really like the fact that I will be able to sleep at night for Six to eight hours at any given time. Aside from that, Two pounds had been eliminated within my weight too. In case the information are followed, the abdominal fat will certainly lost! Great program!

You used Soba noodle which is mixed with flour, not 100% buckwheat. For gluten-free, you must find out 十割そば (Juwari-Soba) which means 100% Soba. And I’ve never heard of Soba noodle added sesame oil and garlic…Sesame oil and garlic kills Soba flavor…

Pho really is super food. Healthy and nuticious A lot of vitamins and proteins in it. Really good for the body.. it’s also very good for hangover.
Vegetarians better substitute tofu or beans for fish or you won’t have any protein. For low sodium, don’t add salt if you are using soy sauce. to eliminate oil, heat 1/2 in. of vegetable broth to “dry wok” the other ingredients. I like to substitute Ponzu sometimes for soy sauce. It has a pleasant citrus flavor.

Finally an asian meal prep channel! Thank you so much for introducing healthy asian meals to the rest of the world! There are tons of healthy asian food that mainland China eats, but they are often misconstrued as oily etc. since American popular culture has favored the oily and less healthy crusines, making non-Asian crusines such as Panda Express and other places thrive.

In the beginning of quarentine I went there for some green onion and saw a guy buy a whole box of soju and about 50 packs of instant noodles … They ran out of tofu, kimchi, frozen goods, miso, sauces and soft drinks. Like, who needs a ton of grape mogumogu to quarentine???

I wanted to share about some low carb noodles, since you used zoodles in a previous video. Are you familiar with konjac noodles? They are actually net zero carbs and are made from a root plant. I really enjoy cooking with them for my more Asian inspired noodle dishes because they have such a similar texture and flavor to other types of noodles. I love zoodles too, but more for Italian inspired dishes.
Anyway, I thought I’d share. They’re pretty easy to find on Amazon, and some Costcos carry them too.
Do you make your own bone broth or can you buy them at the supermarket? in particular I was at coles in the stock section and couldnt find any:(. great vids btw
