I tried this and had to go through the kitchen coz of the limited space at my apartment, which is great coz i got to refill my water and even if I only get to follow like 20% of the steps I still find it fun.

there’s sooooo many different ways to do cardio i hate when people say they hate it!! find something you love to do or just don’t do it cause you’ll only end up making yourself miserable! I love biking right now, some days it may be hiking, kayaking, playing catch with my dog, or maybe just walking! So many things to do to find something you enjoy!!:)

I’m genuinely thankful to finally see a fun easy dance cardio workout video. All the ones I’ve seen are either to hard for me to follow (Dance steps are definitely advanced level) or are just boring and impossible for a beginner to do(Push ups and pull ups and plank etc). I was out of breath 1st day in 5 minutes and had to stop but 5 days in now I can do it for 15 minutes. I also tend to repeat some steps that I like more in places where I find it difficult to do others. Overall, This is amazing.

This only helps me with like two of them I thought this could help me a lot more with that:P

This was something that I figured out recently with exercise and eating; I would try yogurt over and over in different ways to but I just don’t like it but I kept thinking but it’s so healthy. Same with exercise I have certain exercises I Love to do (Hiit) so I just made my routines into onethere isn’t a treadmill or elliptical or Arc that I would ever just do for 30+ minutes anymore. Thanks for all you do.
I started doing this with my 10 year old son. He managed to get through the whole routine while I was left gasping for air half way through. You ladies are insanely fit! My aim is to get through the routine like a champion!

Here’s one of my favorite workouts, do one second, holding a Superman position, then down for one second, then do two seconds then three, etc, do it till 20 seconds, then go for 20 seconds down 20, then 19 up then 19 resting, etc till your done

I loved this video so much! It’s true because I sued to hate the gym, but then I started doing Zumba and it has changed my life! Now I do both things because I want to gain muscle. Everything you said was what I did and has changed my life. Another thing that has helped me is to eat healthy so you don’t feel boosted and heavy when you work out. Great video!

I have to trick myself too. Tell myself to run say.5k then get there and say okay.25 more and so on. Running is by far the most difficult thing for me. I actually prefer high reps of deadlifts at speed. That really gets the heart going!

Thank you for the tips!:) My summer job ends in two weeks and I have to start doing cardio again by then, now I feel a bit more inspired. The reason why I don’t do it now btw if I sound lazy, is because I deliver news paper in a really big apartment complex for three hours three times a week aka I go up and down stairs for three hours staight. I had to hold my self back a little because I would never be able to keep that amount of exercise up when school starts so I’m going to wait until i’m done.
