my fave oatmeal recipe:
2cups oatmeal 1 cup milk cook it. Put it in a bowl mash half a banana and mix it with the oatmeal. Add 1 table spoon sugar free peanut butter and 1 tea spoon honey. Mix it. Then chop the other half of the banana place it on top, add some blueberries and done. (u can also add 1-2 teaspoons of coco powder in the mixture)
Avocado is used in many desserts in other countries so it’s actually really good and sweet with the right ingredients. I recommend you try it!!

Guys calories don’t need to be all that matter, being healthy and enjoying yourself is what matters. Though if you really want to count calories you can use water instead of milk, add more fruit and cut the sweeteners portion at half. If u prefer no sweetener at all, I usually mush a banana and just throw it in there while the oats are cooking and it s really good’

I am a heavy lady and actually no workouts I have burned 25 pounds. I sleep at night considerably more heavily and do not sense groggy in the morning. I really cant take in cinnamon powder with oatmeal. It makes me feel throw up. Someone with a better idea of eating oatmeal or should i just skip oatmeal and est something else.

Look I’m just gonna be honest. I was really excited for the banana raspberry oatmeal cake thing at 1:22 that I’ve been saving it on my playlist for ages. I planned to make it for my mum’s birthday for breakfast, which is the day I’m making this comment. I substituted strawberries with blueberries instead (because my mum prefers blueberries) and added 1/3 cup of flaxseeds like how another comment suggested for extra fibre and protein. The outcome? It did not taste particularly great. But it wasn’t disgusting enough to make me spit it out. It was like kind of bland, but still edible, you know. It’s ok. I mean it has no added sugar so of course it’s not gonna be too great. It’s a great healthy option, I guess, but a little disappointing for my mum’s birthday breakfast. Well, what can I say?

I would not recommend this smoothie if you are looking to lose weight. Albeit delicious, it.’s way too many calories! I wish I had just stuck with what I was doing, as I was actually losing weight. It’s the pineapple-ginger smoothie. You can find the recipe here on YouTube. It’s not as tasty as this one, but at least you’ll lose weight.

Hm no, you are not going to lose weight, too much calories… I recommend 16 grams of oats, unsweetened almond milk 95 ml, half banana, 5 pistachio nuts, some chia seeds, cinnamon and a little bit of peanut butter maybe like 5 grams. I know it’s about like 250 kcal but my recipe will keep you full for hours I usually eat my breakfast at 8 and lunch only at 2 and I not that hungry so I don’t really binge for lunch I usually have like 200 calories and for snack I usually have a fruit and some nuts and for dinner I eat maybe 200 calories or 150.. I guess I eat 1000 calories per day
