That was nearly twenty years ago. fortunately, I transitioned at a time when my health was not in jeopardy in any manner. for me, it was the right decision, and the best one I have ever made, as it will extend my functional years significantly. I’m vegan 1.5yrs now. I found quitting meat and all dairy eggs etc didn’t have such a dramatic impact on my health for a year. Cholesterol was close to the same. But I was eating transitional vegan foods like vegan burgers and french frieshigh fat vegan. Only when I went low fat vegan did I see a stark drop in cholesterol and inflammation. Weight loss too. My take is that while I’ll never go back to meat, I believe that s lot of what’s bad about meat is what people eat with it. A few ounces of meat chicken or fish a couple of times a week isn’t going to be harmful. I personally wont do that because it’s a slippery slope (one meat dish would lead to more and more relaxed standards) and also I’m sold on fruits and veggies as a healthy satisfying and ethical diet.

I actually have some bone broth slow cooking on the stove right now. It’s been a fundamental key in the recovery of my spine issues.
Corn is GMO and not to be eaten yet the animals are overfed this and we eat the meat and end up with this is our bodies, not healthy… It’s best to find a farmer to get meats from who doesn’t feed corn. Our bodies dont have a mechnism to handle GMO foods therefore these foods should be avoided, but they are being introduced to us and we end up being lab rats anyhow. The best way to eat foods is grow our own but we are not able to in cities. if we can find meat and vegetables that are organically grown to eat, we are lucky as its our our best chance of survival these days
Remember, bananas are clones and not to be eaten, corn is GMO and is not to be eaten, neither is the animals, apples have been overbred, watermelon have been bred to remove their seeds, pre-cut foods are loaded with bacteria because they don’t wash the knives, spinach is loaded with oxalic acid and if overeaten can cause crystals in the bladder, oxalic acid inhibits calcium absorption etc. The best bet is to eat organic from your own garden and avoid commercially produced meats and vegetables that attack the body and break it down faster.

It worked for me. I’m a woman, 33 yrs old, I didnt do any exercise, just followed the diet and it worked, i lost weight, I only needed to shed the extra i gained and then I was comfortable again to resume to normal eating once i achieved my weight loss goal. When I had extra weight i was depressed and that would affect my mood and sleep and stress which made it hard to lose the weight trying any other way, like other diets, fasting, exercise etc. But this diet was the only one that freaking worked for me.
Plus the best part: I didnt need to exercise. The only hard part is I am not fond of beef unless it is in a burger or spaghetti bolg or a taco. Other meats are my favorite, beef as in beef steak is not high on my fave food list lol

This actually worked for me 2 years ago and I lost over 60pounds. Unfortunately due to falling back into depression and over eating, I gained a lot of weight back but it took very long time and a lot of over eating to do so. What about the Maasai people who have carnivore diets and have low blood pressure, low cholesterol rates, and low rates of coronary artery diseases. I think cutting out processed and junk food is far more important than cutting out red meat.
We know that correlation does not equal causation. However…coincidence or not, several months after I stopped eating all animal products, my hair started falling out to an alarming degree. I have now lost 60% hair density, and I also have quite low energy these days. I can’t help but wonder if these symptoms are even loosely related to my plant-based diet.

I don’t have anything against people eating meat. I have been a vegetarian for 25 years, 6-7, 100kg. I have many friends however who are severely overweight and they eat meat every day. All my vegetarian and vegan friends are all leaner builds. There is a connection. Meat does not make you stronger. Even thought I was eating alot of veggies that has iron I began my red meat dietary daily. In 6 mths I went back My doctor said my CHOLESTEROL LEVELS is high and to stop eating red meat and along with that my IRON level sky rocketed. One you can drink things such as coffee as well. Just nothing that has any form of sugar in it I would stay away from artificial sweeteners as they will as well create an insulin spike. At 6 in the morning I have: a handful of spinach and kale, a handful of blueberries, three strawberries, a stalk of celery, 3 baby carrots, half of a banana, some parsley, or microgreens a small clementine, sometimes I have half a lemon juice half a lime juice and apple cider vinegar, and then one hour later I usually have two slices of bacon two eggs, (pasture-raised, nitrate-free organic.) I also have about 12 oz of coffee with a little bit of goat milk in it. I haven’t lost weight and I’ve been off most carbs for about 2 or 3 weeks now and I’ve reduced my sugar intake quite a bit. for supplements I have Irwin natural men’s living green, Co q-10, 99mg potassium, losartan 50 mg for high blood pressure because I can’t seem to get it down with anything I do, probiotic acidophilus and blood pressure factors natural remedy. even after eating all that for breakfast sometimes I feel hungry 2 hours later I can’t believe it. Can you comment on this and let me know if I’m doing something wrong or what I can change up to lose weight and get rid of cravings for carbohydrates and stop hunger. About 5 years ago I tried this diet and I lost 15 lbs. so it works. I stupidly stopped; however, I recently tried it again and my cholesterol spiked. I believe that it was becauseI ate eggs in restaurants and they use vegetable oils or other fattening oils (when cooked).So I promised myself I would only cook at home, eat egg whites, and meat. It worked. I knocked my cholesterol down and I lost 10 lbs.

So, my ferritin levels are high. Almost 500. Should be around 150-200. Ferritin is high iron but my blood test on iron is low. I have to donate blood to get it down.

Actually, eating too many calories is what gets you fat. High fat+high carb is deadly! “Junk food” isnt bad because it’s high carb, it’s usually high carb AND fat! And when you’re in a calorie surplus, it actually IS the fat that gets stored as fat. That doesn’t mean that fat is bad. But it also doesn’t mean that carbs are bad. No macronutrient is bad in itself. Also, this diet is not for everyone. And no diet is universally healthy. Some people can get away with eating more cholesterol, some not. And even when cholosterol has been stupidly demonized, it’s not a “eat as much as you can/want” fat. Too much of anything, well you know.

It is irresponsible for you to make diet recommendations for people you have not made a health assessment on(i.e. people that are NOT your patients). There are people that are perfectly healthy eating meat and don’t have any risks to health because of their chosen lifestyle. In this paper the recommendation took into account that there is NO STRONG evidence that meat can have negative health consequences. The studies you are referring to to counter this are associative studies and not evidence that was born out of RCT. It is important to let your audience know the basis under which your evidence was interpreted because conversely you could be providing irresponsible information to people that are already healthy living on a meat based diet.

4 known facts about vegans:

And because of these things some people are weak, gullible and science illiterate, even before they become vegan. Delusion and mental illness can start before a person becomes vegan or it can progress further and can become more severe when person switches to veganism. Essentially it all comes down to nutrition and micronutrient deficiencies. If you eat garbage, processed junk foods, too much plants, fruits and not enough of high quality meats and animal based products then your cells, DNA, and genes gets damaged. And then there is more DNA variability, more errors in the code, and in the absence of natural selection, weak and damaged humans are allowed to survive and breed more and more inferior human beings. Veganism is a rich nation problem. In the 3rd world it’s a survival diet until they find or can afford meat. Vegan and plant based ideology developed under capitalism, driven by the fact that plant foods are financially cheaper than meat, making them a more profitable commodity.
(3) All vegans are science and reality deniers well, this is pretty much self explanatory. But lets start with the basics and what the actual science says. There is NOT A SINGLE one scientific study proving that meat and animal based products are bad or unhealthy for humans or cause any disease or illness. And evidence we have from many different science fields suggests the exact opposite, the more meat and animal products you eat the healthier, stronger and smarter you are, and you enjoy a longer lifespan. In fact, human history, evolution, anthropology, and our physiology and biochemistry ALL support that humans should be meat / animal based AND NOT plant based. According to the scientific evidence not a single human being in existence should ever be vegan, vegetarian or plant based. There is NOT A SINGLE one scientific proof showing that vegan / vegetarian / plant based diets are perfectly healthy for humans long term. We know for a fact that the highest quality and most nutrient dense foods for humans on this planet come directly from animals, not plants. Vegans often misrepresent the science and they try to create a false narrative that supports their own bias. This happens because all vegans science illiterate and that means that they simply can’t read, understand and interpret scientific studies, even if they think they can. They simply don’t know what science is, how it works and what consists of scientific evidence and what doesn’t. Just because something is a scientific study it does not automatically mean that this is an evidence for anything. For example, scientific consensus, epidemiology, associative and correlational data does not consists of scientific evidence. In reality, nothing that vegans do or say is supported by scientific evidence. Vegan movement is based on lies, misinformation, propaganda and pseudoscience. Going vegan is an evolutionary step backwards. Even smart people are not immune to the Dunning-Kruger effect.
(4) All vegans lack awareness and common sense well, that one is obvious. Vegans are not aware that veganism is killing billions of animals every year, it is harmful to both humans and animals and it also destroys the environment. Vegans are not aware that pain, death, torture, suffering is part of life and reality they live in, so they should just deal with it. Vegans are not aware that there is nothing wrong with killing animals for food. Vegans are not aware that food requirements of homo sapiens are dictated ONLY by our physiology and biochemistry, and not because of what people think is good for them, and not because of some false ideology. Vegan are not aware that vegan / plant based movement is nothing more than a false ideology / personal belief system that is simply not grounded in either reality or science. Vegans are not aware that almost every animal on this planet is edible for humans, while almost all plants are poisonous to us. Vegans are not aware of 3.4 million years of carnivory by the human lineage. It’s what we evolved to do. Our physiology and biochemistry are designed to eat meat and fat. Vegans are not aware that plants are slave drugs: carbs, sugars, caffeine, tobacco, alcohol, pot, opium (including opioids like heroine, morhpine) cocaine, etc. Veganism is an industrial indulgence. It wouldn’t even be possible without fossil fuels to harvest massive mono-crops and transport foodstuffs across the globe. It’s harmful to both humans, animal and the environment and it is not sustainable. Vegan and vegetarian agenda is based on lies, misinformation and pseudoscience and is being pushed by the food industry and intellectual idealists.
And the funny thing is that vegans will try to deny every single thing i have mentioned above. They will try to block and deny it however they can, so their blind belief in their false ideology of veganism stays safe. It is bad enough that so many people believe things without any evidence. What is worse is that some people have no conception of evidence and regard facts as just someone else’s opinion. As Nassim Taleb puts it, if reality continously delivers something that doesn’t “make sense” to you, it is YOU that you need to worry about. In other words, delusional and mentally ill people are not aware that they are delusional and mentally ill. Vegans are a perfect example of that.

I soak it in calcium fortified almond milk over night. My grandmas recipe says soaking in milk because it removes excess blood and toxins. It s all abt balance. If u eat much meat without moving much, th risk of getting sick is higher if not, the benefit of getting healthy is higher. Eat moderately. Eat less for less work or zero activity. Eat more for more work, more activity. It all depends on you but fasting is always needed from time to time.

Bust it up into 4 meals and use lard not butter because butter will contain estrogen if processed from a cow gave estrogen to produce more dairy products ( estrogen is fat soluble ) also drink a protein shake mixed with water not milk right after you workout.
