I’m celiac and have been for 20+ years. Imagine the awful stuff I have eaten over the years. LOL Especially when I first was diagnosed and so sad to not have the breads and pasta that I was used to. Now, I steer clear of starches so no longer care about the breads and pasta substitutes but I still agree with you Bobby. Most of that stuff is full of additives that are not good. And Annies….ugh. I love getting chai and hot coffee. My favorite chai is lightly sweetened with no sugar syrup and coconut milk. My favorite coffee is a pour over of morning joe and 10% coconut milk sometimes 15% coconut milk.

I work at a Starbucks in Canada and we haven’t had the orange refresher or the mango syrup since 2018, I personally am a fan of the Pokémon Go Frappuccino which I call the Mewtwo Frappuccino, that’s a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with Raspberry Syrup and 2 scoops of Blackberries, and it doesn’t take us too much longer than a regular Vanilla Bean Frappuccino.

As a starbucks employee there is no such thing as “secret menu” its just customization we dont mind making your drink but please pleasee bring the recipe

Do you take any supplements? I would really like to see what you think of different brands of supplements, especially omega3 fish oils because some are very cheap and use oils that are high in dangerous metals like cod liver oil for example. I would like to know the safest brand for fish oil. It all seems too complicated for a consumer to find the truth about clean fish oils because you have to know what kind of fish they use and if they were wild or farm raised and you also need to know if they were refined and how they were refined. I also recently tried taking hydrolyzed collagen peptides and it made me sick for over a week. I was curious whether I have some kind of sensitivity to collagen peptides or if I chose the wrong brand that cuts corners. Probiotics are also on my radar and I’m always wondering if certain cheaper brands are really doing any good or are they just a waste of money?

#1) don’t ask if we have a “secret menu”
#2) don’t say “I have a secret menu drink I want to try” & expect us to grab your phone and type in a two sticker drink
#3) don’t complain when we make a “face” or “take a long time” after you coming up to us with your annoying complicated order THATS NOT EVEN A RECIPE ON OUR MENU

Strawberry frap with and conclusion Starberrys in
Light in fenti drink with whipped cream and dried strawberries on top
2: Cosmo and Wanda
Matcha tea with pink cotton candy frapp with and conclusion cakepop on top with whipped cream with matcha on top wipped cream
3:caremel spring frapp
Caremel frapp with caremel syrup on and inside with gramer crackers inside with wipped cream and a gram spring cracker on top
My aunt is a barista then she’s in Tim hortons now she said there’s a drink it’s like hot chocolate but it’s cold I forgot what’s it’s called
I get my Frappuccinos at Walmart so I can’t do these kind of because the Oreo one I can just add oreos
But the Oreo frap is not part of the secret menu or atleast not where I live it’s just a regular drink

I totally eat GF and we love the Food for Life sprouted GF bread, all flavors! It’s the best for avocado toast! But we always toast it and it’s pretty dense so it takes awhile to toast. I’m not sure why Bobby doesn’t like it but might be because he’s had it not toasted. Did anyone else have this experience?

LOL I strongly suggest that you know the recipe and make sure that what you’re asking for is even available. Picking drinks that are from another country is a good way to NOT get a drink made. And leave the attitude at the door. Also putting in a mobile order still backs up the drink making, so keep in mind all this customizing is time consuming. Don’t ask for the world and be mad you don’t get it in under 5 mins. ESPECIALLY at a busy location. Nothing worse than a customer asking for all these changes, mad at the cost, mad at the wait, THEN SAY IT ISN’T GOOD. Welp you ordered it so not sure what to tell you. Oh wait stick to what’s on the actual menu not all Baristas know these recipes nor are they required to.
Canyon Bakehouse each of their products have a slightly different ingredient list. The “shelf stable” breads all use canola oil, whereas the three main “freezer” breads use olive oil. The bagels don’t use olive oil either. Read each product’s label because they change it up a lot depending on the product.

Worked there for 2 years, and don’t mind “secret menu” (blog-post) items. But over half the people who try to order them just plainly ask, in some variation; “Do you know the ‘X’ drink?”
Uh, NO, we don’t. If it’s not an official drink, there is a low chance we’ve heard of it before, and an even worse chance we know the recipe. But if you have the ingredients on your phone/a list of sorts, it’s no problem… but most people ignorant enough to ask if we know the absolutely random drink online, don’t have the recipe, and they always then take up time to search for it on their phones.

After watching this video, I just checked the Canyon Bakehouse Bread that I bought at Ralph’s (Kroger company), not only were the ingredients different (Canola oil instead of EVOO) than the Whole Foods bread, they were swapped around. Tapioca was the first ingredient. So, they are bagging a cheaper product for the other markets.

If you’re ordering a customized frappuccino from Starbucks. Your barista is frustrated.frappuccinos are already a pain in the ass to make. But when you add additions. It makes it worse. Other than pour-overs, frappuccinos require the most steps and take the longest to make.
